Every week that I go to Walmart and to the pet department almost all the fish that are not removed from the aquarium are sick and may have bladder disease, ect.
Most of Walmart's problem is overcrowding of fish and failure to provide proper treatment to sick fish. I belive this is animal cruelty, to not ensure the fishes' health and to let people buy these fish.
Another concern is that there is never anyone experienced in the pet department and usually another department handles the fish. It breaks my heart to see these fish suffer and die.
