1. Get the Bible back in schools
Youth in our nation need times of prayer and Biblical teaching in order to properly make decisions, and need to be encouraged to follow the LORD JESUS CHRIST who alone should be our law giver, judge and King.
Along with requesting times of prayer and Biblical classes in schools, we the undersigned also demand that all evolution classes and classes teaching non-biblical principals be stopped at once since this is teaching a lie to our youth. As the founders of this nation stated, "We are endowed by our Creator with certain inalienable rights .. . .." The founders of this country proclaimed a Creator, as do we. HIS name is JESUS CHRIST.
2. Stop Ontario works from paying women to have babies
Ontario works is supposed to help women get back on their feet. It isn't! women are going on this welfare system and never getting off. They see it as free money. They keep having more kids and acting like they don't know who the daddy is. They are taking up spots in the day care system and still not working.
We should have something in the system to stop this. There should be a limited time frame for the people to be on it. Not a forever program. I believe one year is more than enough time. If you have more kids while you are on welfare you get cut off. We can not keep paying for people to sit at home and take advantage of this system. Most have males living with them.
Ontario works doesn't do home visits anymore to insure that the people are not lying. Large groups are using their money for drugs and alcohol not spending it on the children and housing. if a person on the welfare system can afford monthly car payments and insurance something is wrong. As a tax payer I am getting upset that we allow this to continue.

4. Review Development at 458 Bonogin Road, Bonogin 4213
The proposed development of ten houses at 458 Bonogin Road, Bonogin Queensland has commenced with tree clearing without council approval.
The Bonogin Valley community have not had advance notice of the development or received representation by council to engage with the community to provide advice regarding environmental management from loss of bush nor impact to the natural habitat of wildlife species living in this designated area.
Some serious scams are happening in our country including corporate frauds. The latest is the chit fund fraud of the sharda group in the state of west bengal along with the other serious frauds happening across the country where huge public money is being lost. As an institute specialized in accounting, why an action is not being initiated from the institute’s side to safeguard the interest of the “AAM AADMI”.
Even the way the electricity bills and oil prices are increasing, its becoming very difficult for the consumers to take the extra burden now and therefore the cost audit reports which are prepared by the cost accountants should be informed to public so that the public can know the actual cost of the products which the people are consuming.
People who support the view and want this to reach the president of our institute and the other concerned authorities may sign the petition.
I request all the people to sign and circulate this petition.

Previous to CIWAA's inception the WCB and the Government have relied on Injured Workers inability to organize and remain fragmented leaving many voices without a united message.
We must unite all the Injured Workers under one group and one message. That group is CIWAA and that message is We will not allow WCB to deny legitimate claims of Injured Workers in order for corporate Alberta to benefit with the lowest WCB premiums in Canada at Injured Workers expense.

8. Support 10c deposits across Australia for plastic bottles and cans
Millions of plastic bottles and cans get wasted every year. What is plastic?
A plastic material is any of a wide range of synthetic or semi-synthetic organic solids that are moldable. Plastics are typically organic polymers of high molecular mass, but they often contain other substances. They are usually synthetic, most commonly derived from petrochemicals, but many are partially natural.
Remember, plastic doesn't fade over the years. It's forever stuck on Earth unless it's recycled.
Australia offers only one 10c deposit location in Australia and that's in South Australia. I am creating this petition to change this, to change the world and most importantly CHANGE AUSTRALIA.
We need to create more deposit centres to save our world.
9. Allow development of future Star Wars video games
Future Star Wars video games, Star Wars: First Assault and Star Wars 1313, have already been leaked and administered to the public by LucasArts and a majority of hardcore and casual gamers have been looking forward to these games ever since the trailers had been released.
Now Disney have shut them down it is not fair for them to have a CANCELLED final game(s), and its not fair on the public who have been so patiently waiting for these games to be released. It does not seem morally right for any company (ESPECIALLY Disney) to do something like this. You never leave a job half done! A Lucasarts representative has this to say:
“After evaluating our position in the games market, we’ve decided to shift LucasArts from an internal development to a licensing model, minimizing the company’s risk while achieving a broader portfolio of quality Star Wars games. As a result of this change, we’ve had layoffs across the organization. We are incredibly appreciative and proud of the talented teams who have been developing our new titles.”
10. Reinstate Carl as the Security guard at Medway High School
On March 27, 2013, there was an incident involving a student who refused to go to the office when asked by the security guard to do so. The security guard grabbed the student and made the student walk to the office.
The security guard was then asked to leave the school and was subsequently relieved of his employment at Medway High school.
11. Demand an Independent Review of the Australian Dairy Industry
Australian Dairy farming is an industry of national significance, embedded as the backbone of many communities in regional areas.
Farming people have provided a rich heritage of hard working Australians, a legacy that remains integral to the tapestry of our modern culture. Dairy farming is an essential component of the Australian economy, generating $4billion through the farm gate in 2011/12, and creating employment for an estimated 50,000 people on farms, in manufacturing and other directly related industries. (Dairy Australia Annual Report 2011/12)
12. Mutha FM petition for a community broadcasting licence on FM in Cape Town
We need to gather support from our community so that we can apply for a Community broadcasting licence on FM in Cape Town.
ICASA needs to know that there's a need for Mutha FM in the Cape Town community and we need your help in order for us to show that we have the support of our community.
13. Re-Open Wilson Tennis Courts to the Public!
The Wilson Highschool Tennis Courts in Long Beach, CA have been vandalized for people have cut the nets, oiled the courts, and thrown shattered glass. Unfortunately, because of vandalism and without the money to hire a supervisor, the City has closed the Wilson Tennis Courts in Long Beach, CA to the public, taking it away from the community.
My name is Michelle Truong and I'm a sophomore at Wilson Classical Highschool(right next to the tennis courts). With the help of my team and whnever time allows, we are trying to raise $4,500 to reopen the courts. This has upset me and my community for we had no say in the decision of closing the courts. I have petitioned and written a complaint letter to the City. I have even written to Roger Federer for assistance. I need help reopening the tennis courts to the community. I deeply feel that it's wrong for the City to take away the rights of the public and I need help.
Press Telegram has even written a column of my efforts which can be viewed here: http://www.presstelegram.com/columnists/ci_22691362/shore-patrol-wilson-classical-tennis-players-find-access
I have contacted USTA (United States Tennis Association) and I have even written a letter to Roger Federer and several other famous tennis players for help. Press Telegram has even written a column of my efforts. I want to spread the news and get more people involved. Whenever time allows, my team and I will try to fund-raise the $4,500 it takes to hire a supervisor to supervise the courts.

http://www.presstelegram.com/columnists/ci_22691362/shore-patrol-wilson-classical-tennis-players-find-access
We, the people of Long Beach and supporters for this cause, encourage the Re-Opening of the Wilson Tennis Courts to the public. The City should Reopen the Tennis Courts to the public on the weekends to allow children and the people the time, space, and opportunity to play, and preserve the community’s right to enjoy tennis by using the tennis courts that their property taxes pay for.
14. Petition Against SingTel's Poor Services for IDA Action Review
Telecommunication providers in Singapore have failed to comply with the telecommunications QoS standards regulated by IDA from time to time.
Telecommunication providers should not only just be responsible for internet communications, but also telecommunications which consumers been paying the monthly bills. However the matter of fact, consumers have not been receiving the expected level of service standards as according.
It is evident that there have been numerous incidents of non-compliance or service disruptions across all the major telecommunication providers which have caused consumers to be greatly affected due to the reliance on these service providers.
As far as telecommunication providers try to mask their shortcomings, through many engagements between representatives and its consumers, there were many lies which were gradually unfolded to the consumers have greatly impacted the company itself to its dishonesty and integrity of business ethnics.
This petition is written in context to Singapore Telecommunications Limited, SingTel. It is evident that SingTel has not been honest to its consumers with its products and services. Individual Customer Service Officer would deliver not only standard FAQ answers to its customers, also at the same time, very deliberately a lack of knowledge on SingTel's products and services; in turn have caused great amount of confusion to its customers at stake.
Not only should Customer Service Officers be aware of customer recovery; the telecommunication provider have failed to provide a satisfactory service to its customers. Services that ranged from mioTV, Internet (ADSL, Fiber Optic), Mobile Network (3G, 4G), as well as other products and services under SingTel.
Firstly, there have been many cases where SingTel mioTV's performance has not been up to standard. Regular pauses of imagery, slight distortions, pixelized imagery, freezes, downtimes, as well as the recent disruptions that caused an uproar, are not part of the deal with what consumers subscribed for.
Secondly, SingTel's Internet Service performances of its unreliability. Internet, one of the most important technology we can't live without, where communication begins with the internet.
However, with SingTel's ADSL or even Fiber Optic subscription plans, it seems otherwise. Internet disruptions and downtimes are very common. Besides that, it is evident that its products supporting the internet communication have failed regularly, hence, the cause of intermittent connections to the internet. It is evident even through a simple streaming of videos online would jam for a while due to buffering. Many technical employees and employees of SingTel would constantly sell customers lies to buy regarding the background of Fiber Optic to cover most of their shortcomings. Is that what really happen to your loading time even with Fiber Optic Subscription?
Furthermore, it is clear that with Fiber Optic, transmission via light, there should be lesser issues compared to ADSL. However, these were nothing but rumours. Even with Fiber Optic subscription, streaming of videos do factor in buffering time, page would stop loading all of a sudden, the unavailability of web pages, yet the same time the ability to troubleshoot a ping to its Residential Gateway. These common issues among its customers are more than evident its poor services.
Lastly, the mobile network performance of its unreliability. Mobile phone is the basic to communication we all are using in this era of technology. Without communication, information would not have been successfully been relayed.
However, SingTel's infrastructure to its mobile network have regularly failed its customers both incoming and outgoing calls. In both scenarios where a customer is making an outgoing call or receiving an incoming call, the probability of a call failure is high with SingTel.
SingTel claims that the causes are due to the mobile phone, its connectivity to its broadcast towers, and other unknown factors which also have been proven otherwise. Furthermore, consumers faced common issues with its 3G network at various locations, and worst, in times of emergency, its users are unable to establish a call out for help with SingTel's poor infrastructure and connectivity islandwide.
The above statements are collectively the feedbacks, comments and voices, of SingTel customers where services are not up to standards the amount billed monthly. If Singapore preaches about being a "World-Class Service" to its customers, then this should be the first to be rectified serving its citizens with "World-Class Service" not just to our tourists.
It is clear that these has caused SingTel to fall into breach of any service industry best practice on communications with customers.
15. Don't Subdivide Greys River
There is a proposal in place to subdivide the Deadman Ranch along Wyoming's Greys River into 30 lots (up to 70 in the future), convenience store, and RV Park. The developers assert that the public will favor this because they will enjoy the convenience of a store in the heart of Greys River.
However, people choose to recreate in Greys River precisely because there’s not a convenience store, subdivision, RV park, etc. in the middle of it.
Let us keep this beautiful area pristine and petition the Lincoln County Planning Commission to reject the Blind Bull Meadows subdivision proposal!
Teletoon used to have tons of great shows that all ages could enjoy such as the Johnny Bravo, Courage The Cowardly Dog, Doodlez, Fly Tales, Ed Edd & Eddy, Angela Anaconda, BraceFace, What About Mimi, Padington Bear, Bugs Bunny & Tweety Show, Scooby Doo Where Are You? What's With Andy Etc Etc Etc....
All Theses Shows Were Amazing and filled our lives with joy But something else that was fantastic was the Promos and There Old Logo. There New Logo is so boring and bland.
They stopped making those shows in favor of shows that are suitable ONLY for younger audiences (age 7 and down). We want to get these shows back on the air as re-runs.
Please Support This Even If You're Not Into these shows and show your support.
17. Vans Warped Tour Perth 2013!
This year it was announced that Vans Warped Tour would be returning to Australia and will not be coming to Perth. As we get Soundwave and completely sell out tickets for Perth Soundwave I see no reason for us to miss out on another popular festival with similar music.
"Soundwave boss AJ Maddah will team up with Warped founder Kevin Lyman to bring the festival back to Australia and has confirmed that the tour will travel to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and a couple of regional centers on the east coast. Perth will not be on the schedule."( - http://www.fasterlouder.com.au ) This is ridiculous. As the manager of Soundwave he should see Perth as a potential market and we need to show him we want the festival as much as the festival wants us.
The festival came to Australia for the first time in 1998 and never came to Perth either. Its time for a change! Grab your keyboards and lets show the Perth music scene isn't as weak as they perceive.
18. Keep Central New Brighton School Open
The Ministry of Education have proposed that Central New Brighton School merge with South New Brighton School on their site in Estuary Road. The date of this proposed merger is January 2014. The original date of the merger was 2016.
We believe the shortened time frame will not allow enough time to:
# gather all the relevant information needed on land and building needs at SNB school.
# upgrade SNB school to accommodate 100 new students in suitable 'modern learning' environments.
#follow the merger process so that staff are appointed, a needs analysis is completed and a vision for the new school is created.
# integrate all children so that the merger is seamless and children's learning at both schools is not iinterrupted.
# see what demographic changes may occur in the East in the next three years.
# allow families to keep the current stability they have with schooling while there are still so many other aspects of their lives that are physically and emotionally of concern and unsettling as a result of the 2011 and on-going earthquakes.
19. Ending discriminatory profiling of Nepalese citizens in Nepal
Police in Nepal detained more than 700 young men from the streets of Kathmandu for sporting long hair and earrings.
Every person is entitled to fundamental rights. Right to liberty is the right to act in accordance with one’s judgment to attain one’s values.
Right to the pursuit of happiness is the right to live for one’s own sake, fulfillment and enjoyment.
20. Stop the Illegal Transfer of Music in Liberia
Whereas the illegal transfer of Music has taken over Liberia;
Whereas the Copy Right Law of Liberia has become toothless;
Whereas Musicians have been denied their rights to use their talents to survive;
Whereas Liberia is losing too much money from the music and entertainment industry;
Whereas even the law enforcers have become a part of the copyright violation in Liberia; and in as much as the musicians in Bong County have tried to appeal to those transferring their music to desist but failed;
We have therefore decided to ask the government of Liberia to:
Note the first amendment in the Bill of Rights. Everyone has a road to happiness. Many people who can't marry aren't happy.
22. Mandatory Outside Video Surveillance at Service Stations Nationwide
Greggory Savelio, a senior at Westwood College, was on his way to work on August 22nd 2009 at approximately 5:30 pm when he stopped to pump gas in Dekalb County at the Chevron gas station located at 2450 Candler Road, Decatur, Georgia. A man approached Gregg in a robbery attempt and he was shot and killed. The gas station did not have any outside surveillance cameras so the perpetrator was able to flee the scene. The killer later committed the same act with another innocent victim at a different gas station, but was eventually caught because this location did have outside surveillance cameras on property.
The Chevron did not have outside video surveillance at the pumps where Gregg was robbed and shot, and we believe if there had been a camera in place this would have helped find Gregg’s killers immediately, and possibly even deterred Gregg’s killers from targeting him. One of Gregg’s killers was apprehended but unfortunately, due to the fact that he was not apprehended immediately he was able to flee and commit another robbery and murder another man less than a month later in Richmond County Georgia.
Gregg’s murder was committed in broad daylight and had there been outside surveillance (of quality nature) Gregg’s killers would have likely been identified and arrested immediately.
Noticeable outside video surveillance at gas pumps would deter criminals from targeting patrons, and in the event a crime is committed, the surveillance would help the investigation in apprehending the criminal(s).
23. STOP the CELL TOWER in Milton
AT&T and American Tower Corporation have submitted an application to the City of Milton to place a 140 foot Cell Tower on the Stars Soccer Club property on Birmingham Highway.
Please join us in our fight against AT&T and American Tower constructing this intrusive tower which will forever change the landscape of Milton. If this tower is permitted in this residential neighborhood, your neighborhood could be next.
This decision, regarding this Cell Tower, will impact us and OUR COMMUNITY for decades.
24. Global Collaboration, Curing Cancer
Many of you may have seen the 'Stand up to Cancer' campaign which was aired on Channel 4 in October 2012, which asked for public donations in order to fund Cancer Research UK. Cancer Research UK are the world's leading charity dedicated to beating cancer through scientific research.
According to Cancer Research UK, they are on the cusp of many cancer treatments, however there is a gap between the discoveries coming out of the lab and the number that they can afford to take forward to develop as new tests and treatments.
To date, the 'Stand up to Cancer' National campaign has raised over £8 million pounds which is fantastic. However, we know it takes about £500 million to to take a drug all the way from the lab to the market; this figure takes into account all of the treatments that didn't make it.
Therefore, I personally feel that a faster way to close this monetary gap between scientific discoveries and bringing those treatment to the patients, was if the world's most profitable corporations all collaborated together and donated a small percentage of their pre-tax earnings to Cancer Research UK.
The more ideas that they can test, the more likely they are to get new treatments to patients faster. And as I say, there are many treatments that are on the cusp of being brought to market.
This may appear to be a large 'ask' of our profitable organisations, however sometimes the simplest ideas are the most effective if you have the collective power of many people.
25. Remove all non-British Citizens from our country
There is overwhelming evidence that you the British Government do not look after your own people. You give million pound houses and unlimited funds to all manner of foreign illegal immigrants, there are also millions in this country you the government dont even know about who are again illegal, you are doing nothing to get rid of these parasites.
They are a drain on our tax payers and N.H.S. You the government are accused of being in favour of ruining our country and giving it to the Muslims, Polish, Somalians, & any other foreigner that wants to invade us.
While OUR BRITISH soldiers are coming home from war and living on the streets and in hostels, not only our soldiers but our citizens as well, you are accused of not looking after THE BRITISH PEOPLE.
26. No More Bed Time For Soundwave
Every year in February and March, the Soundwave Festival tours Australia, bringing much-anticipated international and national bands to our shores for one day of hardcore excitement. However, due to scheduling conflicts, many of the festival's punters are unable to see the bands they want. In fact, hundreds have voiced their displeasure in the timetable on various platforms.
To solve this situation, we, the 300,000+ strong fanbase request that, to accommodate for these horrific clashes and the disappointed and saddened fans, the curfew be reconsidered for the festival in it's 5 states. As ticket holders, we feel that we should be able to see the bands we want without having to make a heart-breaking choice. The festival is, for many, the only way to see these bands, so you could (hopefully) understand the frustration and sadness that arises from these bands clashing.
We ask that you please consider lifting the curfew to the fair suggestion of midnight. If the show were to run a mere 2 hours longer, many of these clashes would not only be resolved, but bands would be able to play longer sets for their high-paying, loyal fans.
Note from Sarah-Jane: I, myself am attending Soundwave with my special needs sibling and a friend who legally blind. I will not feel safe with punters running between stages between acts for my sibling and friend. I feel the curfew raises safety issues. A longer timeset would ensure more bands could play in the one allocated spot. Additionally I am worried about the crowds forcing their way to the front of stages after other acts at different stage locations causing fights and drama.
Note: This petition is directed at the council and venues of the Soundwave events (excluding sideshows). We fully support and appreciate Soundwave staff and what they do for their fans.
27. Save Translation at Imperial
The Imperial College Management Board has informed us that the activities carried out by the Translation Studies Unit (TSU) are not considered core to the College strategy and that, if possible, the Unit should be transferred to another institution.
If this solution proves not to be feasible, consideration will be given to closing the unit by the end of September 2013.
Millsberry got shut down a couple of years ago and i think it should come back. Along with alot of anther people and if you one of them sign this petition!
29. CALL FOR A KIMERALD COMEBACK TELESERYE AND MOVIE PROJECT
This is a legitimate petition of the loyal fans of Kimerald who have supported their endorsements, shows and movies for the past 6 years and 10 months and have contributed to the continued success of ABS-CBN.
After we haven't seen them in a major TV and movie project since December, 2010, we deserve to have Kimerald again. Their fan base remains very strong and solid. A Kimerald teleserye would help boost primetime ratings, attract more prime advertisers for ABS-CBN and would make us watch the network's shows again and a Kimerald movie would be a sure box office hit.
The Kimerald loveteam possesses an undeniable charm, magic and genuine chemistry that would delight even the most jaded of heart and has won many 'most popular loveteam' polls and awards since 2006.
Kimerald aren't just an ordinary loveteam, but a loveteam with star power as proven by the huge success of their teleseryes and movies especially their last 2 and 3 respectively.
As a matter of fact, when Tayong Dalawa bid farewell, it had a strong 45.8% rating leading all primetime shows during its 8-month run and has significantly contributed to the Philippine primetime television industry and Kung Tayo'y Magkakalayo was a consistent top rater. In 2010, Paano Na Kaya and Till My Heartaches End are on the list of top 12 highest grossing local films and last year, 24/7 in Love had a big impact to Kimerald fans as witnessed by ABS-CBN executives during the premiere night.
Parents are being given the option to save the government from spending £10m needlessly on a new school with inferior facilities.
A public consultation has begun on proposals to merge Bispham and Collegiate High Schools, creating one sponsored academy.
The council bosses have said that if the merger is backed, there will be a choice between the existing Bispham buildings or a new multi-million pound building at the Collegiate site (a modular building which is only set to place 900 pupils). If the new building was given the go ahead, the existing performing arts facilities, affiliations to The Royal Ballet and the only performing arts college in Blackpool will be lost.
Bispham High School is part of the community and would decimate the area and local businesses if it was to close. The amount of children and teachers at Bispham High School add to the economy.
