1. Say no to the Travellers and Gypsy Site off Hall Lane Little Lever 
Landowners who own a section of green belt land located off Hall Lane, Little Lever are in pre-application talks with Bolton Council’s planning department and have put forward proposals to build affordable houses on the site.
However with the plans unlikely to be accepted, due to building on green belt land, they have also put forward a scheme to establish pitches for gypsy and travellers site.
If you have any objections to the proposed gypsy and travellers site then you need to add your name to this petition.
You can’t afford to sit back and think that someone else will do it - This is your community; make sure you have your say!
2. Bring Back Luningning Mariposa and Milagring on Wowowee
WE, the loyal fans of Luningning, Milagring and Mariposa also known as the “ASF Trio”, truly were the best among the group, would like to express our sentiments with regards to the heartrending outcome of their careers in Wowowee. Why does their career had to end so saddened.
We were very much shocked when we first heard the news about them quitting on the show. All of us were heartbroken due to their sudden resignation on the show. The reason were still unclear why they left the show, but maybe it was a mix of everything from Ms. Anna’s issue, their “age issue”, less exposure and being neglected on the show. They were not even given the chance to do some farewell dance and were not able to give final messages to their supporters before they left. It was not justifiable for us fans, we were undeniably dissatisfied about it.
We know it was really hard for them to leave but maybe from their own point of view, that’s the only option they’ve had. For all the years they entertained us, seeing them leave like that is like “losing a piece of your heart” someone told and that is true… you have to accept the fact that the public isn’t ready yet to let go of them. Truly they were loved by many, they were such great dancers, very nice and very humble. They will always hold a special place in our hearts.
We request for the concerned parties to hear out the voices of the fans. We yearn to see them on the show again. Please bring them back on the show and give them proper treatment that they deserve. Seeing them everyday on national TV had been part of our daily lives. You have to realize that there is a need for you to make it up to us, the die-hard TRIO FANS. They have contributed a lot on the popularity of the show. Wowowee still won't be the same without them. They touches many lives. No one can ever replace the trio. They were indeed tough shoes to fill, truly dance icons that is why they deserve better.
3. Give borrowers a chance to refinance
The government bailed out many business places against the will of the people. We as Americans have been abused by congress as they go against the voices of Americans, congress has caused a great part of this recession and why should we allow these people to take our future and monies from our children especially when the congress has decided to give banks the run and say to create mortgages for the lower income people to have homes , but also have the fed banks write loans like 80/20 loans with no money down yet the loans were either compromised to go either way especially when a family wanted a thirty year fix rate they would get one but the trick was either on the regular primary note or the junior loan which was set at a high rate locked in for 30 years at 13%.
Then told with two mortgages once you were signed into it later you wouldn`t be able to refinance because you have one loan even though you have two mortgages, then they gave you a two year arm at 7.0250% nthen after two years up it went. They used language to make you feel as though you had a good mortgage fix for thirty years, but no where to be found on the primary note. The language was the killer and people trusted the lender and they took millions for the money,and now the bail out money is buying the mortgages back.
4. Stop NAIS
NAIS stands for National Animal Identification System.
NAIS is trying to be passed by the federal government. This will make anyone who has animals to register their property and their animal. At our expense. This is to make sure that there stopping animal diseases brakes out.
This also stops anyone from taking there pets off there property. If you go to the Vet your vet has to disclose if your animal is contagious or not. If so they are supposed to confiscate and destroy. You have to have promotion from the government to take you animal to the vet.
If you show your pet in FH or FFA you have to have promotion to do that as well. They want you to micro chip or brand your pets. They are going as far as micro chipping rodents and chickens. It has been proven that micro chipping causes cancer in animals. Some animals it would be very hard to micro chip let alone brand.
What this will do if it passes is most people will get rid of there pets do to expense. This will also stop 4h programs and FFA programs. A lot of these programs help keep kids off the street and out of trouble.
It will put grain growers, farmers and hay growers out of business. Vets and horses ferriers will be out of business. Our economy as we know it will be destroyed. The government is already trying to enforce NAIS in Kentucky, Oklahoma and Tennessee.
I got this idea today after I saw the video of Britney @ www.x17online.com and how the papz ask her and she was really nice.
Since she has been really nice to the papz, let's use them to do something to us!

7. Stop Credit Checks for Employment

More and more when you apply for a job you have both a criminal and credit background check. Employers have the right to deny you of a job because of your personal credit.
I think this should change. I think the a criminal background should be allowed but nothing based on your own personal credit.
There are a number of factors some of which are out of ones control that can damnage a persons credit.
In doing research I found that employers can base you get a job that you have the experiance and skills in on your credit. On a certain website I found "In some cases, you may want to investigate a potential employee's credit history. If the position you are trying to fill involves handling cash or otherwise managing you buisness assets, a credit check is essential. Inablility to managae personal credit and finances doesn't mean that an individial will have similar difficulties in a business setting. However, it is objective evidence of how the prospective employee has managed his or her assets."
There are hundreds of reasons why peoples credit becomes messed up such as a becoming ill, a child or relative becoming ill, divorce, lay off, thats just to name a few.
I want to make this stop America and I need your help. This is why I'm having this petition because people should be able to get any job not based on there credit but based on there skill and ability to preform the job.

9. EA please release modding tools for bfme 2

Hello EA,
BFME 2 is a nice game, but we modders always think we can make it better. With BFME 1 we could always create new models fine, but since you have changed the w3d format for bfme 2 we could use some new tools.
Tools we need:
- an adapted w3d viewer
- w3d importer/exporter for 3ds max
Tools we could use:
- editor for apt files
Please release these tools if you have them. Supporting modders is the future for game developers.

How many of you know someone who has lost a baby or child in a vehicle accident because they were not buckled up in a car seat or with a safety belt? How many people do you know that allow their kids to stand in the car?
How many of you have SEEN what it looks like when a child has gone through a windscreen, if you have - you know you never want to ever again! Let's give children the right to live a whole life..
People have got so accustomed to the luxury of driving their (safe) cars, that they have become less aware of their own safety by driving continuously faster & more recklessly. They might be able to afford a speeding or reckless driving fines but what none of us can afford is the huge loss of childrens' lives which have occurred over many years. Children are allowed to stand on the back seat (sometimes even on the front seat!), they are not harnassed in in any way - should the driver have to apply brakes - which happens all the times - the child will either go through the windscreen & be killed or be very seriously injured / killed in the vehicle itself.
Please read this and forward it on, YOU could save a child's life TODAY!
11. Fair Child Support Laws in Florida
In Florida under the current laws they can take/make you pay up to 55% of your income in child support. Though I believe that parents should support their children I also believe that the support payer should be allowed to keep enough money to live.
The Court system doesn't care if you have children living with you or not or if you have a new family there is no consideration of these issues.
The paying parent must pay this amount plus pay for the costs of Insurance, Daycare and what ever else the Courts add on.
This is not an attempt to allow parents to not pay support, but an attempt to get the laws changed to a more fair percentage of 20 to 30% of net income.
12. Make MapleStory Cost Money
Congrats to the creaters of MapleStory, the best free RPG game out there. But why make a game free when it could cost money? You'd still have the same amount of players but they'd just have to pay a few bucks a month. You deserve it, look at the game you have created.

13. Stop abuse against the elderly in the UK
This Petition is for us all.
I used to work in a Nursing Home, in Mid Wales, and became a Whistle Blower. Because i saw abuse towards the elderly, ie..from been hit, forced in the bath, shouted at, been tied down,and the list goes on.
Now i want to bring Civil Action against this home. Since 13 ex members of staff have come forward, who also seen abuse.
I have been to my Local Goverment office, Social Services, Police, The Care Standarts Comission, And i was told there is a Network in this town i should not upset. "MASONS" I BELIEVE. So now i need the Public's help to get this case heard.
The Fact is 500.000 elderly get abused in the UK each year.You have organisations like the RSPCA, NSPCA,but you have nothing for the elderly to be protected.
Ohh do not get me wrong you have got organisations, but i have tried them all.And all of them cover there ears and do not want too know.
Since every citizen is duty bound to report crime, and if it is ignored by the Police and Public Servant.Us the Citizen's must use they Rights, EXPOSE THE OFFENDERS WHO ACT IN THE CONTEMT OF THE LAW.
We all have to stop putting our heads in the sand. Because one day we will be old. And ask yourself you want to be abused?? The System does not work and the law needs to be changed.
14. Save the music department in schools!
This is for children. Let's save the music in schools around the world.
Everyone that LOVEs music in school needs to have music. If we [students] lose the music, not many of us will have the chance to learn how to sing properly. So sign this petition and be proud that you have learnt or taught someone to sing.
Horseland has become too full of people who only care about points. We want to redo horseland, make it as it was before.
16. The Sims Online: Give Us A Way To Play!
The Sims Online is supposed to be a social game. But it can only be social if you have a lot to do. To get a lot to do, you have to have money. But in the latest patch, many ways of getting money have been taken away, and objects are more expensive. This means it is a life simulator. It is not supposed to be a life simulator, it is supposed to be a game. We want a way to make money fast, or lower prices of everything!
17. Gift A Smile this Christmas - help the disadvantaged
Each holiday season Sophia my wife and I wanted to do many things to try and share the spirit of the season with needy families, children and abandoned elderly people we know of in our neighbourhood and at many other places. Sometimes we managed doing small things like organizing some old clothes, greeting cards, toys etc to be distributed.
18. Get Rid Of Joe And Lois Sparks
This petiton is for homeowners at sherwood Forest. As homeowners here that have had to deal with the harrasssment, cusssing at our children, giving up the right to ride your motorcycles as a means of tranportation, told you can not bring home and park company trucks on our own lot, have had to either find someone to take your children to bus stop or you have to walk your children clear up to the front because managment won't let bus come back into park,you have been told you can not have a vehicle parked on your lot because it doesn't run, you have been told you have to get rid of your pet because it's not a lap dog, or any other rediculus thing you have been told by them.
