1. Demolition of the Black Bridge 
Bridge has been non-functioning since the 1960's/1970's, Summer/Fall of 2011 was supposed to bring to the end a Restoration Project for pedestrians and bicyclists. As of January 1, 2012 The Mayor told Fox23 News that the project is some years from happening.
AND MAINLY as of January 1, 2012 9am conditions involving the bridge contributed to the death of Warren Belcher!! Been informed that Warren's death is not the first incident involving the condition of this bridge and its lack of safety!!
On May 25, 2005, our dear friend was struck by a truck while riding her bike. She was not wearing a helmet and suffered severe head injuries, skull fracture, bruising on the brain, etc. Our purpose in writing this petition is to encourage people to wear helmets when they are biking, skating, skateboarding, etc.
Please sign our petition to show your support for the enforcement of wearing helmets for safety.
3. Support Cindy Coogan, CRNP as health provider in Tidioute, PA
The current CRNP Cindy Coogan is being relieved of her services from the health center in which she has served for many years. Her current patients are in disagreement with Titusville Hospital's decision to remove her from Tidioute as they consolidate. We are now supporting her decision to seek a doctor and health center in the Tidioute Borough through a different hospital, Warren General Hospital.
4. Help Our Midget Football Teams
The Youth of Front Royal and Warren County need the Board of Supervisors to have the County of Warren pay the annual light bill charged by the County for the use of Bing Crosby Stadium and surrounding practice fields. Rising expenses in football equipment has financially strapped the league which has been a staple of this comunity for almost 50 years.
The Front Royal Midget Football Leaque receives NO co-sponsoring funds or help from the Waren County Parks and Recreation Dept. Expenses can be as much as $30,000 per year for field fees, lights, gaming policing, insurance, new equipment and for old equipment to be refurbished.
5. Save the Barren and Green Rivers
The Mammoth Cave Region and Barren River are being impacted by intrusive industry. This area is relatively unpolluted and the law enforcement against pollution lax. There are some people who are taking advantage of the local people by moving into the Warren County to spread destruction and pollution.
The Warren County Judge Executive Buchannon and Mayor Sandy Jones are responsible for the development and destruction of the karst region. The Judge and Mayor are backing development plans that are inconsiderate of the fragile ecology of the region. The Mayor is supporting an "enterprise zone" to develop a tourist attraction in the Barren River wetlands. The Judge Executive is trying to build an "Industrial Park" (Transmodal Park) and airport in the Mammoth Cave area.
