1. Stop Firearms from being Banned in the United States
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
2. Stop deportation of Sam Lloyd
Sam Lloyd is being deported for a crime he has already served time for. Sam has lived in the U.S. for 25 and knows no other life.
Sam legally entered the U.S. from England when he was 7 years old. Sam's crime was not a violent offense. Nor was it drug related. Sam has a daughter that was born in the U.S. His family is here. He has nothing left for him in England.
In the United States, the "fiscal cliff" refers to the economic effects that could result from tax increases, spending cuts and a corresponding reduction in the US budget deficit beginning in 2013 if existing laws remain unchanged.
The deficit—the difference between what the government takes in and what it spends—is projected to be reduced by roughly half in 2013. The Congressional Budget Office estimates that this sharp decrease in the deficit (the fiscal cliff) will likely lead to a mild recession in early 2013.
The laws leading to the fiscal cliff include the expiration of the 2010 Tax Relief Act and planned spending cuts under the Budget Control Act of 2011.
4. Support Congressional Term Limits
Congressmen have abused the fact that they can focus more on the topic of personal campaigning, in turn neglecting their legislative duties.
The following signatures represent citizens who are demanding the installation of congressional term limits in or bellow the amount of 5 (five) terms for the house of representatives, and 3 (three) or fewer terms for the senate.
5. Arm Teachers to protect Children in Schools
Since the year 2000 we have witnessed 77 shootings in schools around the US leaving 165 students and educators dead.
This situation is intolerable and something must be done to end the madness! We can no longer leave students as sheep in a slaughter pen, they must be protected in the only way murderers understand and that is DEFENSE!
6. UN Palestine Vote Illegitimate; West Bank is Ancestral Israel!

https://www.facebook.com/events/309263592522739/
UPDATE: Israeli Cabinet resolution rejects UN vote on Palestine and affirms Jewish rights in all the Land of Israel.
"The Jewish people have natural, historical, legal rights to its homeland with its eternal capital Jerusalem... The State of Israel as the state of the Jewish people has rights and claims to areas that are under dispute in the land of Israel...The Palestinian Authority's one-sided step at the U.N. constitutes a gross violation of the agreements that have been signed with the State of Israel; accordingly, the Government of Israel rejects the U.N. General Assembly decision."
7. Bring back Deadliest Warrior for season 4
Deadliest Warrior, a show Aired ny Spike TV, is a documentary television show where historical or modern warriors and their weapons are used to determine which of them is the "deadliest" based upon tests performed during each episode.
The show first aired in April 2009 for its first season and was later followed by another two other seasons. In 2012 Geoff Desmoulin, one of the hosts alongside Dr Armand Dorian and Max Geiger ( later replaced by Richard "Mack" Machowitz) announced via twitter that spike had cancelled the series.
8. No Tax Raise & No New Taxes
As Americans we are already paying too much in tax. Our founding fathers argued that they did not want to put a ceiling on a 10% tax rate for citizens because a future Government might have the audacity to impose such a high rate.
History supports less intrusive Government, free enterprise, and less than a 10% tax rate for all.
9. Bahraini Medical Students should not be denied access to their university in Saudi Arabia
During the period between the 14th of February 2011 till the 16th of March 2011, where the Bahraini revolution took place before authorities cracked down all the protests, we were not allowed to get in or back from Saudi Arabia as smooth as it was.
That’s why we had to stay over the weekend at the students housing although we used to get back to Bahrain to meet with our families. Ala’a and Zainab were in Bahrain during the weekend before the crack down took place on the 16th of March and could not get back to university until the 19th of March. However Zahra’a stayed there for more than two weeks because she had exams and was afraid if she get back to Bahrain she will not be able to get back to Saudi as all Shia were banned to get in.
On the 21st of March 2011 10:00 PM the director of Al Dmmam University housing requested us to take our personal belongings as an order came from the Higher national security counsel requesting to depart us from Saudi Arabia immediately. We asked for more clarification at that time, but we were told that our families are waiting for us at King Fahd causeway without even mentioning the reasons for that action.
Out of the students housing building which our flat is in, the Head of university’s office manager was waiting for us as he drove us in his private car to king Fahd causeway and he handed us to the Bahraini security Force. Around 50 masked police officers were waiting for us.
Until that time we were able to contact our families in Bahrain, but our contact them got stopped since we were submitted to Bahrain security Force as they’ve taken our mobile and they switched them off. They put us in a mini-bus and closed the windows and one of the policemen was shouting on us, belittling us and frightening us. We felt suffocated. We were concerned because our parents do not know anything about us. Please note that Zainab was in her 13th week of pregnancy as she was most of the time in Bahrain. The lawyer demanded three times the public persecution to release her because of her maternity condition, however, each time the request was rejected.
After that, we have been taken to the police station at king Fahd causeway for further investigation. At 4 a.m. from the 22nd of March Bahraini authorities took us to another temporary police station to stay the rest of the night there. Our families have had appointed Mr. Abdullah Al Shamlawi as our lawyer. At 11 a.m. we had been taken again to King Fahd causeway police station where they started the investigations all again with the investigator started screaming and shouting that we have lost all the years of study and we will get a sentence of life imprisonment. Also he said that we don’t deserve to get scholarships despite that we got the scholarship after we graduated with high GPA (98%) from secondary school.
On the same day, we have been presented to the Public Prosecution and the lawyer attended as well.
General Persecutions directed an accusation to us listed below:
1. Cursing the government symbols and leaders.
2. Incitement the hate toward the regime and demanding the over drawl the regime
3. Organizing protests at the university and at the university housing in Saudi Arabia
4. Contacting foreign TV channel and providing misleading information’s regarding the situation in Bahrain.
The lawyer asked the Public prosecutor to close the file, as there were no evidence against us neither by the Bahraini government or any known evidences provided by the Saudi authorities that would charge us.
Despite that, the Public Prosecutor had decided to imprison us up for 7 days while holding our case pending for further investigation in a police station called “Isa town police station for women rehabilitation”. We were among the first women to be accused and imprisoned after the crack down in pearl roundabout took place on the 17th of March 2011.
As per investigator decision we were supposed to stay in the custody for 7 days only. However, the custody duration expanded to 23 days until the13th of April.
Suddenly, the authorities have decided to release us where we were handed back to our families from the same police station we detained from. At that time, they let us sign on pledge that we will not participate in any activity against the government and the royal family, we will not contact any media and they have the right to call us anytime if they hand new evidence and by that he case had been closed.
On the 2nd of June Ala’a and Zahra received a call asking us to attend the military court. Zainab was not asked to go due to her maternity. We asked for clarification but what we have been told that we need to sign papers regarding our closed case. On the 6th of June we went to the military court and shocked that we were presented in front the military court judge were he accused us with the charge of participating in a protest in the Pearl Roundabout to commit crimes and breach of public security. None of the previous accusation was directed to us. We had appointed another lawyer called Mr. Mohsin Al Aalwi and procreated to attend court on our behalf. He attended 3 court sessions, when finally on the 21st of June we got the acquittal.
Later, when we decided to get back to the university, we where told from the Saudi authorities on the King Fahd Causeway that we were banned from getting in and we are not welcomed in the country anymore. We contacted the University to get a clarification regarding our studying status but they cleared that they have no authority to help us getting back and it was all directed to them from higher authorities. From that day until today we had communicated with all possible responsible parties both in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia that might help in our case.
Moreover, we reported the case to BICI (Bahrain Independent Commission of Inquiry), which one of their recommendations was to return all dismissed students back to their studying seats. The National Committee who’s assigned by the King to apply the recommendations duty was finished on the 20th of March 2012 without even reporting back regarding our case. Keeping in mind that we met with the president of that committee since they started.
Also, we communicated with all human rights defendant parties and committees inside and outside Bahrain. Last but not least, we met with many committees and missions sent by many countries as US and Ireland who visited Bahrain. Also we met with FIDH.
In Bahrain , we tried with ministry of foreign affair , Ministry of Education , Ministry of Interior , Supreme Council of women , Saudi Embassy in Manama , Bahrain Embassy in Saudi Arabia . Bahraini Member of Parliament Ahmed Alsaati . MOI in Saudi Arabia. University of Dammam . king Fahad causeway authority.
We applied for admission to the University of Arabian Gulf, but our request was denied for the reason that the Gulf universities operate within a single system .As a result, the Saudi authorities refused to allow us to complete our study there , the Arabian Gulf Univesity refuses to accept us as well as.
Al Wasat newspaper published a number of topics related to our cause.
Our Current situation, is unknown if we will be able to get back to Saudi where we need to complete the remaining semester (2 months. Otherwise, we need to apply to private universities where most of them we contacted requested us to repeat 3 to 4 years and on our own funding despite we used to have it as a scholarship.
We hope that your foundation could consider our case and help us completing our study.
With regards,
Aalaa Al-Sayed
Zainab Mohammed
Zahara Salman

From recent reports of ‘Enbridge pipeline spills’ and in consideration of the high level and probability of extreme environmental damage resulting from any crude oil pipeline rupture, it would only make good sense to install a continual monitoring system to guard against any ‘rupture’ condition.
Whereby on ‘system failure’ as an audible alarm sounds the product flow is also stopped immediately from upstream of the protected/monitored portion of the pipeline by the closing of the sections’ ‘inlet shut-off valve’, which safely stops all product flow into the ‘protected and monitored’ portion of the line.

Australia has done absolutely nothing to publicly defend one of its citizens from harassment and political savagery by the United states, Great Britain and Sweden.
We therefore request the President of Ecuador to grant his request for asylum for the sake of truth in an untruthful world.
13. Repeal FATCA: Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act
FATCA is an oppressive policy that just brings more trouble to US Citizens. The USA Along side France is one of the only countries that taxes their citizens, even if they live abroad. These taxes can be high and can cause problems related to income and heritage.
US citizens should be able to live abroad without being taxed and controlled by the government all the time. Furthermore, FATCA is causing the USA to lose citizens. Even if they don't want to, people are forced to give up their passports in order to financially prosper.
We need to end this policy which oppresses Americans and creates an unwanted big government atmosphere.
14. Remind the USA that Women are still People
It has become apparent that many legislators in various states across the USA are not allowing women to make private and intimate choices about their own bodies. This includes toying with the idea of state sanctioned rape, mandatory ultrasounds, and even equivocating women to cows and hogs on a farm.
One legislator has gone as far to say that being raped is equal to having a flat tire on your car.

15. Put a Humane force in Las Vegas
Many states have a NSPCA humane force A.K.A animal cops. Las Vegas does not have one. We need one desperately. We need one NOW! The abuse has become so bad that even my next door neighbors are doing it.
It seems left and right animals in Las Vegas are hurt and abused for no reason except for a persons sick fantasies. I'm not asking for money im just asking for help so if you can contact any major officer (mayor, governor, president etc.) please send this to them.
I may be only 15 but this is what I want to do, defend animals of Las Vegas and let them have a good life.

17. Just Label It! So We Know When It’s GMO
There aren’t a whole lot of comprehensive studies out there on GMOs and the health impact they have on humans because scientists have to ask permission to do them, and because GMOs are patented by two major corporations, Monsanto and Syngenta. These patents make it extremely difficult to gain access to the information needed to study how GMOs affect human health. That said, here’s a sampling of what has been published about GMOs:
So far, there’s only been one published study on how GMO ingredients affect us when we eat them. It was in the journal Nature Biotechnology, and it found that after we eat GMO soy, some of the GMO genes are transferred to the microflora of our intestines and those GMO genes are still active.
Another study, published in Reproductive Toxicology, found Bt-toxin (used in genetically modified Bt corn) in the blood of 93 percent of the pregnant women studied and their babies. The study authors suggest that aside from eating products made from GMO crops, eating meat from animals fed GMO crops may lead to a “a high risk of exposure.”
Finally, an Italian study published in The Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry found that in young and older mice fed Bt corn, there were changes to their immune systems that corresponded with allergic and inflammatory responses. In humans these same inflammatory changes are associated with arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, allergies, and autoimmune diseases.
So here are three studies: One reports that GMOs survive in our bodies—they aren’t killed in the stomach, as some have suggested, but travel to the intestine where they remain active in the body. Another study reports that we are exposed to these GMOs, not only from the GMO foods themselves, but also from eating animals that eat GMO foods. And finally, animal studies reveal that these GMOs may be linked to disease.
So I say, Just Label It!
18. Support Anti Bullying Laws for The United States
Thousands of people have been bullied or are being bullied in our country. Some of them consider a deadly choice to finish their situation because they are afraid to tell someone or if they tell someone their is the possibility that some people see it as normal.
Those people see it as normal because they also have been bullied in the past but did not make the choice that people today are making; so lets make a law that will prevent all consequences of bullying and stop bullying.
The law will abolish bullying in The United States, teach the effects of bullying, and make The United States a place where people have the opportunity to be themselves without fear of what people think of them or what would they do to them.
19. RESPECT GAY RIGHTS - SCRAP THE ANTI-GAY BILL
Addressing an audience of diplomats in Geneva, US Secretary of State Hilary Clinton called for the rights of gay people to be respected.
"Gay people are born into and belong to every society in the world," Mrs Clinton said.
"Being gay is not a Western invention. It is a human reality."Reacting angrily to Mrs Clinton's speech, Ugandan presidential adviser John Nagenda told the BBC: "That fellow [Mr Cameron] said the same thing. Now this woman [Clinton] is interfering.
"If the Americans think they can tell us what to do, they can go to hell."
Uganda is a staunch ally of the US, receiving military assistance to fight a local rebel group - the Lord's Resistance Army - and has sent troops to Somalia to fight the al-Qaeda-linked al-Shabab group.
Mr Nagenda said Uganda would continue to co-operate with the US on security and other issues, but added: "If they are childish enough to take away aid, we'll see what we do [in response]."
20. Bring F1 United States Grand Prix to Chicago in 2012
I firmly believe that Chicago can host the 2012 United States Grand Prix.
The United States has not seen a Formula 1 race on its soil since 2007. The USGP in Austin is on the verge of being canceled. The Grand Prix of America in New Jersey is is still two years away. There is a massive amount of interest in Formula 1 in the United States - and Chicago is the perfect place to host it.
21. Let Richard Wentz fly his flag
A retired member of the New York City Police Department who helped victims out of the World Trade Center on 9-11 is now at war with his Coral Springs homeowners' association over a commemorative flag.
Richard Wentz has been given 10 days to take down his flag down or face fines and possibly legal action.
"That flag means the world to me. Other than my children, that flag means the world to me," said Wentz.
Wentz lives in the Fairways at Heron Bay. The commemorative flag lists the names of everyone who died on Sept. 11, 2001, and is a replica of the ones placed in Battery Park during the 10th anniversary of the attacks.
"When I received the letter, I actually stood out in front of the house yelling in anger about it," Wentz said.
Wentz, a retired New York City police officer, said he ran into the Tower 1 and started pulling out people before the building collapsed. Wentz said he lost 43 friends and colleagues that day. The inside of his home is a shrine to the friends he lost.
Wentz now has cancer, he said, from breathing in all the particles during the cleanup of Ground Zero.
The letter from the Fairways at Heron Bay association said the flag detracts from the aesthetic harmony of the surrounding properties. He said he was confronted by Patricia Favata, president of the Board of Directors.
"She pushed the issue and said, 'Do we really need to get lawyers involved?' Her demeanor got very nasty," Wentz said.
No one was at Favata's home when Local 10 tried to talk to her.
Several neighbors said they are disgusted.
"He was involved in 9-11, and what he went through, he deserves to have the flag up there. I think it's an honor in our neighborhood to have the flag up," said resident Irene Skulsky.
"That flag doesn't bother me at all and shouldn't be taken down," added another neighbor.
Bill Sugarman, the president of Benchmark Property Management, which represents the association, said he received complaints.
The rules say there can only be one flag per home.
"The only flag that is allowed is an American flag. The problem is he is flying two flags, and until someone changes that there is a problem," Sugarman said.
Wentz refuses to take it down. "I will not take that flag down. That flag will remain up. I don't care how many fines they want to give me, how many notices they want to give me, I refuse to take that down," Wentz said.
The American Civil Liberties Union weighed in, saying that although homeowners associations are constitution-free zones, it has asked the state to limit what associations can do.
"This is an absurd, excessively literal interpretation of the rule. Why anybody would want to enforce that is beyond me," said Howard Simon with the ACLU.
22. Save the Wolves
Wolves are the ancestor of domestic dogs. Many people think that they are dangerous creatures, but they are only dangerous if they are tormented or if they are starving hungry because humans have driven away their prey.
Ranchers often fire the guns in the air to frighten the wolves instead of killing them. Despite this, however, the US government plan on culling wolves. The methods used here would be extremely cruel and would probably involve poisoning and shooting.
Despite what some people may tell you, shooting is not a humane death. If you miss and hit an animal in the wrong place, you can injure it and it will probably die slowly due to blood loss or starvation. Poisoning is also a very cruel death. The animals that are poisoned can, depending on the type of poison, take hours to die, and they will almost certainly be in terrible pain.
Wolves are an endangered species and we don't know how many are left now. This "cull" could bring the species even closer to extinction.
23. The UN should recognize Japanese War Crimes as an act of Genocide
In WWII the Japanese committed a genocide on the Chinese, Korean, Filipinos, Malays, Vietnamese, Cambodians, Indonesians, and the Burmese. The Japanese murdered women, children and men who weren't part of the war and sometimes raped them. They made women their sex slaves. One of their most horrific act was the Rape of Nanjing.
They committed cruel acts on POWs lie bury them alive, used chemical weapons to kill many ( Hilter refused to use and the Nazis had tons of chemical weapons ), etc.. Find out more at your local library or search Japanese War Crimes.
24. Help starving Somalian people
People children women and men are starving to death in Somalia while we enjoy wasting food in developed countries they are human being they have the right to live with dignity and pride they first of all the right to live. we suck their resources and in exchange we give them nothing but poverty and humiliation. Stop that!!!
If only those rich Arabs who are wasting their money in financing some club without even gaining anything help your brothers first save those people from dying!
25. Keep "Law and Order: Criminal Intent"
The series finale of "Law and Order: Criminal Intent" will be airing Sunday, June 26, 2011. The ratings are gradually getting better. The return of Vincent D'Onofrio and Kathryn Erbe has returned "CI" to it's early glory days. We can't let the best "Law and Order" go away.

27. Stop illegal deforestation at Monarch Butterfly Sanctuaries
The only host plant of the monarch butterfly (milkweed) is often a noxious weed in Canada. In the USA there is a loss of biodiverse agriculture and agricultural lands to urban sprawl and use of pesticides and herbicides.
In Mexico there is illegal logging of Oyamel fir trees within the Monarch Butterfly Habitat. In 2009 According to Monarch Watch over 50 percent of the monarchs died due to mudslides, freezing rains and floods within and around the sanctuaries.
28. Petition to get Faith No More to play in North America
This petition is to show the band how many loyal fans they have in NORTH AMERICA that would love to see them perform again before their final date in Chile 2010.

According to the founding documents of the United States of America, our government derives its powers "from the consent of the governed." The citizens are the masters; government is the servant.
Yet most Americans now feel their government no longer represents them.
We want to reclaim the authority to rule ourselves as delineated in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States of America.
30. T-Mobile offering a text/calling bundle between the US and Canada
T-Mobile is mobile phone provider to over 100 million subscribers globally, and is one of the biggest providers in the world. They offer many services including unlimited text messaging, free long-distance calls within the United States, and a bundle package offering discounted calls internationally.
However, among these features, there is not one that offers a package allowing consumers to pay a monthly fee in order to text message or call Canada from the United States without paying high fines per minute/per text.
