1. Princes Park Master Plan petition for action 
The area south of Visy Park at Princes Park (the Southern Sports Area) accommodates a range of community sporting activities, including cricket and touch rugby in summer, and soccer in winter. Council strongly supports sports participation at Princes Park, when sports grounds are used for competition and training throughout the year. Demand for the use of these sports grounds is increasing throughout the City of Melbourne and Council is currently unable to meet the demand for grounds in Princes Park.
The Southern Sports Area can cater for the demand for increased grounds and facilities for sports use with the redevelopment works described below.
In 2012 the City of Melbourne Councillors signed off on the Princes Park Master Plan after consultation with residents, sporting groups and other users of the park. The Plan includes the following recommendations:
- Upgrade sports surfaces within the southern sports field area to enable flexible community use. Works include regrading, irrigation and drainage improvements and best practice turf surfaces.
- Implement sports lighting around the perimeter of the southern sports fields in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards.
- Install a multipurpose fully accredited synthetic sports surface on Crawford Oval. This will increase the carrying capacity for the same amount of sports area. Retain sports lighting and upgrade existing boundary fence.
- As a part of Council’s pavilion refurbishment program, review the capacity of the southern pavilion to accommodate increased usage.
- Develop a new turf cricket oval to the south of Oval One. Create low mounds between Oval One and southern sports field area to provide enhanced views of the ovals. Install seating and introduce additional tree planting for natural shade.
- Upgrade the cricket nets adjacent to the Southern Pavilion.
These works will dramatically increase the quality of the playing and training ground surfaces, which all sporting groups at the park share. These improvements are long overdue for clubs at Princes Park. With the projected increase in demand for sports fields, now is the time to make the plan a reality.
2. Fibre optic UMC for Meerhof
In early 2008, Telkom trenched a fibre optic cable all the way to the water tower at Meerhof school. This was to upgrade the very old copper cable leading to Meerhof. Also to provide better call quality and internet speeds to residents. Meerhof currently has ancient copper lines in the town.
Some of our DB boxes still use "cricket bats" The Fibre optic UMC will connect the old copper lines to the Fibre optic line. The UMC will sit in Meerhof.
Not only that, Meerhof has run out of available lines. telkom is using the backup copper trunk cable to add lines. This is not allowed but they have no choice. A UMC will solve this issue as well.
In 2007, if you applied for a 4MB line, you were told to wait until the upgrade finished. Its now 2011. Data speeds and communication will only increase in the future, not decrease and our current infrastructure will not cope.
3. Make All Games Compatible With Windows 7
I updated my computer to Windows 7 from Windows XP I tried reinstalling some games that I used to play with ease on XP but now I haven't been successful in installing them on my computer or being able to play any of them.
4. Upgrade the Nintendo Wii's Internet Browser
The Wii was launched on November 19, 2006.
On May 10, 2006, the Opera Software company announced plans to develop a web browser for the Wii.
The full version of the Internet Channel was released in April 2007.
Keyboard support was added in an Internet Channel update on October 10, 2007.
Since October 10th, 2007 The Nintendo Wii's Internet Channel has not seen a significant update.
5. Install a shaded play gym area for kids under five at Manly Bayside Park
The single children's play apparatus that was included in the recent upgrade of Manly Bayside Park is a large climbing net which is suitable for kids over five only.
The old park did, however, have an unshaded play gym with a slide and other items that were suited to younger children.
Now there is nowhere for the younger kids to play at Manly and parents are being forced to travel to Wynnum or Lota.
Since 2001, Inuit Canada have stopped to upgraded MYOB. Since that day many users have been stuck with the last version (V2 5.5.6).
If you download the last version of MYOB on the US site, you'll see how many cool features we're missing.
Intuit have tried to convert all MAC users into PC users. But thing did not goes well for them. So they start to produced Quickbook, (Old version of MYOB without payroll support).
Let's work together and try to get our MYOB support/ upgrade back.
7. Water Extension & Upgrade for residents of Eatontown Road
Water Extension and Upgrade! Our well water is unfit to drink or cook with. When they removed the coal off the landin this area it affected the quailty of our water supply. We also would like to have the water lines upgraded so that the residents that do have water would have better pressure.
We, the people (players) of Outwar (www.outwar.com), are getting ANGRY with outwar. We have the "No ads" upgrade in the point store; as in, we bought that upgrade throught points. When we go on outwar.com, we are FORCED to download programs, with viruses, interstitial ad delivery, and other SPAMM.
When we try to unistall the programs,we get even more pop-ups. WE DEMAND, that you (outwar) make the rinoblocker free, so we can stop your ads from annoying us. If you do not reverse the ads, we will take imedite legle action.
