1. Let the Monroe Boys Play Football 
The Cougar Board is not allowing Tanner or Jared Monroe to play Cougar football in the upcoming 2008 season. The board is refusing to abide by a signed letter from the Monroe Parents.
The parents have agreed to the boards terms, they will not coach or be team mom, they will not send mass emails if boys are allowed to play, and they have already sent out a mass apology as requested by the board. However, the board refused to honor the letter.
The Cougar organization is a public youth sport program and needs to honor the right of kids to play football. Censor the parents not the kids!!!
Please help get the boys back in the Cougar program. Please stand together in unity and let the board know we will not accept children being kicked out of our program.
2. Warner Brothers: Let John Patrick Evans Audition for The Joker!
This petition was created by me, John Patrick Evans, as part of my campaign to screen test for the role of Joker in the upcoming 'Batman Begins' sequel.
3. Keep The Society Hill II Bus Route
The Society Hill II Association and some residents (2) took a vote on whether or not to keep the current bus route that runs through our community and voted to stop the bus from coming through the community.
The new bus stop will be located across route 440 where the bus depot is curently located. The problem is that there was no posted notice of the upcoming vote and many residents did not know about the upcoming issue therefore not allowing them to vote.
4. Campaign for Truth for the 2008 election
We, the undersigned, as potential voters in the 2008 election, petition the news media to report on the campaigns with fairness, accuracy, and good judgement. We do not want to see, hear, or read a slanted opinion. We want the truth so we can better decide who to vote for in the upcoming election.
5. Call to Peter King to stand as Independent candidate for Federal seat of Wentworth
Peter King has been the Liberal Party sitting member of the Australian House of Representives for the Sydney seat of Wentworth since 2001. Despite his outstanding performance and the support of the residents, he failed to gain Liberal Party pre-selection for the upcoming elections.
This is a call for Peter King to stand as an Independent so he can continue to represent the people of Wentworth.
6. Grand Theft Auto players say Give PS2 a GTA boost!
The Grand Theft Auto series has been one of the most successful series to date with the latest release of GTA3. The upcoming title, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City may be another excellent release that adds to the classic saga. However, anyone who has played any of the Grand Theft Auto games can tell you the two things that are missing: Liscensed Vehicle and weapon names, and multiplayer capabilites. It is not too late to request that Rockstar and their partners make these changes to the upcoming title before its debut. Rockstar is one of the most successful companies that make games today, with most of their releases being topsellers(ex. Grand Theft Auto 3, Max Payne, Midnight Club.) And yet, they have only decided to have liscensed vehicle names in the approaching title "The Getaway." (This was posted in the Game Informer Magazine. This is not mere hearsay.) All people who have played GTA3 at one time or another had a friend who wanted to play, and the person did not want to give up the controller. This is why I request that you sign this petition and quite possibly help Playstation 2 Internet make an earlier debut.
This is a petition to stop the entrance of violent protesters into our nation with the upcoming g-level conferences... Our police and firefighters have enough to worry about without violent protesters armed with homemade weapons and caustic acids coming to Canada.
8. Lead The Way
By now you should have listened to the available audio clips of Mariah's two new, amazing ballads - Lead The Way and Never Too Far - which will feature on her upcoming album/soundtrack, Glitter.
As you might know, Mariah is having a hard time deciding which of these two great songs should be her second single.
This petition is to give the vote to Lead The Way. Not that Never Too Far isn't astounding in it's own right, but if you also feel that Lead The Way would be more successful on radio and commercially all around the world, then we need your signature on this petition.
Once enough signatures have been collected, they will be passed on to Mariah Carey and Virgin Records.

9. Eliza Dushku for "Wonder Woman!"
This petition will, hopefully, further encourage the casting directors of the upcoming feature film, "Wonder Woman" to cast Eliza Dushku as the lead.
