The last traditional census was taken over twenty years ago. The forms were detailed and lengthy. We, the undersigned, believe that a new form of the traditional census should be resurrected.
93. Remove Asst. Principal Radcliff from his job NOW
Recently Asst. Principal has become a party to a federal lawsuit involving allegations of child molestation. He has also in the past been accused by students of inappropriate behavior during his tenure at MBHS as Assistant Principal. If you believe that he needs to be removed from his job please sign this petition.
94. REDUCE SPEED ON HOYT STREET
REGARDING SPEEDERS ON HOYT STREET.
WE THE UNDERSIGNED ARE CONCERNED FOR THE SAFETY OF THE RESIDENTS, MOSTLY CHILDREN ON HOYT STREET. WE HAVE AT LEAST 20 SMALL CHILDREN AND HAVE A GROWING AMOUNT OF CARS AND LARGE TRUCKS COMING AND GOING. WE WOULD BE INTERESTED IN REDUCING THE SPEED LIMIT OR INSTALLING SPEED BUMPS.
TUSD Board Members face the difficult task of selecting High School boundaries for the purpose of contining the excellence and integrity of the school district. The undersigned residents/attendees of the TUSD respectfully request that the Board respect the research, dilligence and integrity of the committee the Board comprised to determine the best means to CREATE THREE EXCELLENT HIGH SCHOOLS FOR TUSTIN UNIFIED. SELECT MAP B - thus enabling all three schools to thrive as equally as possible without unreasonable inconvenience to families of the TUSD. ALL students and families should be considered rather than the personal needs and wants of a select group. CREATE A LEGACY OF THREE GREAT HIGH SCHOOLS BY SELECTING MAP B.
96. Tamil the Clasical language

We the people of Edgeley are not pleased with the present garbage handler.

98. NO balkanisation / bantustanisation of Somalia
The Government of South Africa, through the Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Nkosazana Dlamini- Zuma recently commissioned a Report to whether to recognize the northern region of Somalia (Somaliland) as sovereign state.In the Report, law advisers from the South African Department of Foreign Affairs support somalilands argument for independence. As the Report writes “It is undeniable that Somaliland does indeed qualify for statehood, and it is incumbent upon the international community to recognise it.”
The South African government lawyers agree that “any efforts to deny or delay would not only put the international community at the risk of ignoring the most stable region in the Horn [of Africa], it would impose untold hardship upon the people of Somaliland due to the denial of foreign assistance that recognition entails.”
The South African government law advisers pondering about the practicability of bestowing sovereignty to Somaliland wrote: “The interest of world peace and stability require that, where possible, the division or fragmentation of existing states should be managed peacefully and by negotiation. But where this is not possible, as is the case with Somalia, international law accepts that the interests of justice may prevail over the principle of territorial integrity,”
If the Minister heeds this advice it will lead to the creation of five (5) Somali Bantustan-like countries; Somaliland and Punt land to name just but two. The advice given to the South African government is contrary to the UN, Africa Union, Arab league, Non Allied Movement, of which South Africa is a member, categorically say “that the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Somalia is sacrosanct.”
Hence closing the floodgate of Bantustans in Somalia and its ripple effect in other African countries. If the Minister accept such advice, the move will undoubtedly undermine the South African propelled African Renaissances and the NEPAD initiative that many Africans see as the only hope for Africa and Africans.
We urgently urge the Minister and the ANC Government not to heed this advice which will reintroduce tribal based fragmentation, ala apartheid, of the region through the backdoor.
We the undersigned Somalis and other Africans plead with the Minister and the ANC Government to reject the Bantustanization of Somalia and the Horn of Africa.
99. Reduce Speed Limit on Buckshoal Road (SR 601)
Buckshoal Road is a rural country road that starts at it's intersection with Highway 58, in Halifax County, and ends at Arron's Creek where it crosses the county line into Mecklenburg County. This road has had a history of suto accidents, some resulting in death. Speed seems to be the major factor in all the acidents that have occurred on the Road. Many people use this road to attend church, or communte to work. Farmers use this road extensively, child play near this road daily. Bicyclists and horesback riders also use this road. We the undersigned formally request that speed limit be restricted and enforced to 35 miles an hour on the complete route of the road. This is a safe speed for this dangerous and winding road.
100. End horse slaughter in Canada
We, the undersigned residents of Canada, draw the attention of the house to the following:
THAT hundreds of thousands of work horses and foals have been slaughtered for food in order to be sold as gourmet meat in foreign markets; and
THAT in 1998 alone, approximately 23 152 American horses were transported to Canada and killed for human consumption; and
THAT horses are companion animals, they are not raised for food and are taxed differently than food animals; and
THAT slaughtered horses come from a variety of places, receiving a variety of veterinarian care and drugs throughout their lives, unlike animals that are raised for meat; and
THAT the horse has been an important figure in the history of Canada and our Royal Canadian Mounted Police force; and
THAT in 1999, approximately 62 351 horses were slaughtered in Canada; and
THAT the state of California has already passed Proposal 6, known as The Prohibition of Horse Slaughter and Sale of Horse meat for Human Consumption Act of 1998:
THEREFORE we the undersigned, your petitioners call upon Parliament to enact legislation against the slaughter of horses and sale of horse meat for human consumption.

103. End Live Animal Exports from Australia
June 26, 2003
While death and suffering has been endemic throughout the history of the live export industry, Australia's relentless drive to expand its market for 'live exports' has resulted in a corresponding increase in casualties associated with the long-haul overseas trade in live cattle over the past 7 years.
With the resumption of the live sheep trade with Saudi Arabia in 2000, there are now even larger numbers being exported to the Middle East.
After the stress of transportation, all the surviving cattle and sheep face death on foreign soil, many into countries which have no animal welfare laws or, at best, inadequate laws.
They will usually be killed without pre-stunning and often even without adequate restraint facilities. Animals Australia has eye-witness harrowing accounts of slaughter facilities and methods.
The result is inherent and persistent suffering.
104. Support for Tim Wolf
We, the undersigned, believe Tim Wolf was terminated without a fair cause. We are petitioning to show that the community stands behind Tim Wolf and we want him to continue being the City of Argonia Police Chief. He has worked very demanding hours and has done all that was asked of him, time and time again, to show his loyalty to Argonia, Kansas.

105. Parking on Abertillery Road, Blaina.
We, the undersigned, beleive that paking should continue on Abertillery Road.
Some of the people who use this for parking have no alternative parking rights , other than the main road. Some of the houses don't even have access to a back lane. This makes life increasingly difficult, especially when seeing to children e.t.c.
We also have a Fire Fighter on call who needs to park conveniently to gain easy access to his car to attend an emergency without interuptions.
We also beleive the cars being parked on Abertillery Road are helping to slow the flow of traffic.Being forced to pull in to give way to oncoming traffic.
106. Fight against rapes & sexual assaults

In 2001 I was raped and sexually assaulted by Junior, an alien resident. As an American, I truly hoped that the authority and organizations I have contacted would help me. Junior has in many occasions attempted to kill our fellow Americans. His goal is to exploit little girls, continue to rape other women, and to exploit the US' social services. I have gotten raped for protecting my fellow Americans and for defending the US government. Therefore, I'm requesting your signatures to help keep junior out of our society since his goal is to obtain his US citizenship so that he could expand his criminal activities. As Americans, we should remain indivisible and not be fearful of chasing rapist and possible killer out of our society. Your signatures will help make a difference. We the undersigned tenants of West Farms NHDFC Inc. confirm that there is a lack of security, unlocked entrance doors to the buildings and non working Intercoms "buzz" in our multiple dwelling of Eight Buildings.
110. Pave Our Streets - Kiefer Drive and Hagar Road
We the undersigned residents of the City of Montgomery, Alabama, residing within District One, do hereby recognize the following to be true and just:
1. It is the duty of each city council official to assure the needs of the council district represented by the official.
2. Each official is responsible for the conditions of the streets and roadways within the official's district.
3. Each street and roadway within the offical's district should receive equal care for upkeep and maintainence.
4. Several roadways within the Eastmont community of district one have been repaved and surfaced within the past twenty years, while other roadways have not.
5. The roadways of Kiefer Drive and Hagar Road, within district one, are in long need of repair, in order to insure the needs of safe driving along these roadways, equal continuity of the the community's road maintainence, and the aesthetic appearance of the community.
THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED, that the residents of the Eastmont community of district one of Montgomery, Alabama, compel its official, the Honorable P.C. Pilgreen, to utilize his office to immediately affect the repaving and surfacing of the roadways of Kiefer Drive and Hagar Road.

On February 12, 2003 Frenchie Davis was removed from American Idol after admitting to the producers that she posed nude for an online website, using the money so that she could re-enroll in Howard University. In a recent interview, when asked about the proudest moment of her life, Davis said, "Other than getting back in school after not having the money and not being there for a year," American Idol "has been the proudest moment 'cause I worked so hard." We the undersigned believe:
Iraq is indeed a threat to not only its own people but to the entire world.
Even if the UN inspectors are able to find nothing, after they have left, Iraq will be free to do as they please. Thus the threat will continue into the future. Saddam and his thugs must be removed from power in Iraq, by force if need be. Thus freeing the good people of Iraq of ruthless tyranny. All weapons of mass destruction must be removed from Iraq.
History must not be allowed to repeat itself. War is a grave thing, yet the only thing that some mad men understand. Diplomacy will not work with the unwilling. Nothing that Sadam or his representatives say can be believed.
The League of Nations did not work for the same reasons that the UN is not working now. The time for diplomacy is long past. We must not wait until thousands are killed before we take action.
We the undersigned further support the United States, President Bush,Great Britain, and Prime Minister Blair.
All of the leaders of the free world should unite behind Mr. Bush and Mr. Blair to end this scourge. Now, before it is too late.

We the undersigned believe that we as students in Windsor should not have to go to school on Martin Luther King, Jr. day. We are a disgrace to society because we have to go to school on this special day. Not only is this day celebrating someone important to history's Birth but it is also giving him praise for what he has accomplished in this country. Without him we probably would still be segregated. Without the "I have a dream
" speech we would not have become a free country like we have. We, and two other schools in the state of Colorado are the only schools not out for this special day. By signing below we are showing that we strongly disagree with the School Board for not allowing us to get this day off.

We the undersigned are VERY angry about the behavior of Brianne Patterson, owner of the older Mocha-Twist.net and her newest obomination, Split-Personality.net. For over a year we say Brianne has stolen layouts, copied layouts, and ignored copyright warnings by claiming work as her own.
We demand that HostRadius terminate her domain because of multiple accounts of copyright infringment. You've given her too many second chances.
119. Add Signatures Back To The Features Of Sony's Music Bulletin Board System
This petition is being started due to the fact that Sony Music disabled the signatures in their Bulletin Board System. Many of the fans enjoyed their "siggies" and spent a lot of time creating custom graphics and saying hello to their online friends in their signatures. They also made the messageboards a lot more colorful, decorative, and fun. We, the undersigned, understand that the signatures were taken away because of complaints of slow loading and computers freezing but we would like for a compromise to be reached where we can have our signatures as long as we keep the html down to a minimum.
