2. Marijuana reform and legalization

Legalization ( End Prohibition ) and Reform ( Current Laws ), of the current laws and policies which govern the use of Marijuana in the United States, it is time to seriously look into abolishing Prohibition of Marijuana, and change the laws accordingly to this issue.

Each and every year medical science has stated that the use of marijuana is safer than alcohol, and should not be listed as a narcotic, is not as addictive as once was thought, and has far more uses in the medical arena in the treatment for patients either terminal,or chronic, and safer as a alcohol alternative. With current standing laws more than 800000, people this year have been arrested, and many either white collar or blue collar workers, taxpayers and voters such as yourselves their lives destroyed, jobs lost.

Laws like these are not a deterrent, with more than 100 million plus users of marijuana and growing each year there has to be Open mindedness, and change. More money 10 billion yearly, and more over a trillion since President Nixion was in office for the war on drugs, this money which could've been better spent on programs for schools, parks, the poor, etc. the time is now to tell our representatives that it is enough, it is a time for change.

3. Justice in Gang Realated Cities of the United States of America

Many of us say that our city is wonderful, those who live in a good environment. But has anyone really thought about what its like for people to live is fear in their homes?

Personally my family is in danger because they are looking for justice, many of their neighbors can’t say anything because if they do they themselves will get in trouble by gang members. And for a person that is trying to get a lot of people to understand that not all the police officers are working their most, I'm not saying anyone police officer in particular, there are people that are trying to help but not enough.

My sister had to look herself for her stolen property, she called the cops and finally they got some one arrested for violating her property, yet one was released on the same day.

I know I’m not the first to bring this up but we really need to get it together, because there are people getting killed trying to support and take care of their families.

4. Add No Confidence Vote Legislation to Amend the Constitution

Other countries have a No Confidence provision in their laws in order to remove elected officials from office. I believe that this would be a benefit to the United States as well.

Currently, we have an Impeachment process that can be cumbersome, expensive and drawn-out.

A No Confidence Vote is a simple matter and can be written in such a manner as to provide for an orderly transition of power and in a way that the priviledge would not be able to be abused.

5. Revisions to Teenage Driving Laws

Vechile accidents have long been to blame for the highest number of teenage deaths in the United States. Statistics show that teenage drivers, under laws now, are still at high risk of getting into accidents that could endanger not only their lives, but the lives of all those on the road.

With revisions to the currents laws teenage drivers would gain more experience, and become more intelligent, safer drivers and the bring the potential for the decreasement of their involvement in roadway accidents and deaths

So please, just sign it will only take you a minute to sign but it may just be the one thing we need to keep children from getting hurt.

8. Elimination from the selection for the United States Air Force

The reason for my elimination is that I have minor disability due to being blind in one eye. But, no record has been issued stating that I am disabled. However I am physically fit and able to perform the tasks demanded by the Armed Forces during and after basic training.

I am willing to provide the proper documentation from my physicians stating that I am able to execute the necessary duties. this matter infringes on the statutes set forth in anti-discrimination laws.

Discrimination is treatment or consideration based on class or category rather than individual merit; partiality or prejudice. As an American Citizen I am entitled to the same opportunities that all other citizens are entitled. My dream is to be a part of the United States Air Force so that I may take part in a legacy of excellence and contribute to my fellow man.

I hope to be considered for training as an Air Craft Mechanic, Medic, Weather Officer or anything that deals with computers and aircraft navigation systems. I know there are many jobs I am not qualified to do, but I want to perform any job that i can.

I am certainly qualified for any of the aforementioned positions.

I am asking for the opportunity to join the Air Force and make my family proud by protecting this nation. This has been my dream since I was a young child. I want to put my life on the line to protect this country, which has done so much for me.

Please help me fulfill my potential and serve the United States. With Your help, my dream of doing this could happen.

9. September 11th, A Day To Remember

On September 11, 2001 two terrorist planes struck the World Trade Center along with one other terrorist plane that struck the pentagon. The World Trade Center collapsed, with people still inside.

In total, 2973 people were confirmed dead, and 24 remain missing as a result of the terrorist attack. Those people were ordinary people, citizens of the United States. Those people had family all around our country and even the world.

Because of the terrorist attack on 9/11, The United States remains in a war in Iraq, where al-Qaeda and the other terrorists came from. It has been almost five years, and the war goes on. An official count of 19,890 Americans have died in combat, but it has been estmated as 20,000 - 48,100.

11. Tax credits for former convicts

To The United States Congress:

While quadrupling the number of people in correctional facilities over the past 30 years has played a major role in reducing crime, America's problematic prison system has done a poor job of ensuring that convicts who leaves the prison gates are ready to lead productive lives.

America releases about 550,000-600,000 each year, and does little to prepare them for work or school and-not surprisingly re-arrest most of them within three years after being released. Few released convicts find full-time work and many abandon spouses and children. People who have already spent time in prison or jail move back to some of America's poorest neighboorhoods to terrorize neighbors who can ill afford the cost of crime.

This must stop. I am asking The United States Congress to pass a law that would give employers tax incentives if they hire former convicts.

We need to send a strong message that former convicts deserves a second chance in life. If we as a civilized society cannot give them that chance, then i say we are partly responsible for them being re-arrested for not receiving a fair chance like the rest of us.

14. Reform Copyright Laws

P2P (peer-2-peer) users have been in a constant fight against the RIAA, MPAA, and even the FBI. Some people may say that P2P users should be punished for the breaking of copyright laws. Others say that data should be free for distribution. Millions of people in the past, the present, and hopefully the future will be using P2P.

The question comes down to do you think P2P users should be pursuited or not. US code Section 2319 of Title 18/Part I/Chapter 113 has given the government the ability to charge P2P users with a crime.

18. BE IT MANDATORY TO LEARN ENGLISH OR BE DEPORTED

I am tired of encountering mostly illegals anyway who REFUSE to learn the language of the United States, ENGLISH. I hereby recommend, as hard as it may be, to not only capture illegals, but to make sure each and every individual who is here either illegally or on a working visa, or whatever it may be is speaking ENGLISH.

Try visiting WEST NEW YORK, NJ, or Union City, NJ, Jersey City, NJ. You will not find a lot of English speaking people. Therefore, either get them to ESL classes, or get them the hell out of here.

19. AT&T & ABC Consumer Addressibility Improvement

The current state of the broadcasting industry is not immediately held liable for content and other intellectual property issues known to cause severe brain damage and mental illness. This petition would establish a plausible option for residential parties and consumers to generate inquire concerning content, thematic inference and other causes of particular conditions such as parkinson's disease, alzhimer's disease and even some forms of schizophrenia.

Regulatory issues would include:
1) Launching a full scale internet service operation for all national regions
(FCC-AT&T);
2) Introduce the Medicaid/Medicare coverage plan which would allow a co-pay option for partial internet access (SSI-SSA);
3) Create a national broadcast community in which forums and other programming are recognized by the US Congress under meritious and technical basis. (FCC-ABC)

We the people petition the US Government for a REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES over the United States Senate, Congrees, and all other officials and spokesman for the US Governent for their efforts to lead the people of the United States into a Democracy by referring to the US as a Democracy when in fact the US is supposed to be a Constitutional Democracy.

26. Don't use conventional forces in new Gulf war

This is a petition to USA Congress do not engage in conventional war against Iraq. In case of the estimate of real nuclear threat use nuclear weapons.

The only purpose of this war whould be to protect communist forces in
Eastern Europe for liability of slave labour in their military forces.

If Iraq is considered a symbolic state under Russian orders to weaken the US economy and creating a real threat of nuclear attack against the US then the US should order nuclear attack against targets otherwise suspected of carring
or producing nuclear weapons under Moscow control. Do not use lives of US solders against technology.

28. "White" to "European-American"

In the state of California and other places in the United States, the term "white" is almost entirely used on every standardized and state-issued test. This wouldn't be a problem if all ethnicities were refered to by color (examples: black instead of African-American, yellow instead of Asian-American, brown instead of Hispanic/Latino) however, every ethnicity is given the proper title except for European-Americans. This is a common occourance, especially on the Stanford 9 and other such tests.

Please, people of every ethnicity and State in the United States, sign this in the name of human rights, equality, and freedom.
