On Friday my son who is Year 1 aged 6 yrs old was involved in a incident with a year 3 kid where the kid urinated into a bottle and squirted into my sons mouth.
The kid is suspended but I don't think that was a appropriate punishment in my eyes this kid assaulted my son and I recommended that he be expelled from school as my son doesn't want to go to school and I don't feel safe knowing this child is still the school with my son.

At the beginning of the current academic year the University of Essex outsourced the clamping of vehicles at the Colchester campus to a private company
3. Get rid of the 10 times rule and let people play

5. LOTE should not be compulsory in Secondary school
Children in year 7 -10 at Secondary schools should be able to have a choice if they choose to study a language or not.
Many have gone through school and found it a waste of time for them, only blocking out other subjects that they would rather do.
Many Boys struggle with this subject and is cause for misconduct by teachers and unruly classes.
Please save the cows, they should not be eaten, at all, i mean period. They did not choose this life to be slaughtered for no apparent reason!

Coulter Bus and Excavation has long been a staple and asset to the Smithville community by providing a bussing service to our schools and a top-notch excavation company for business and residents alike, however, Coulter busses and trucks are a true nuisance and problem for the residents of Lakeland Heights.
Large trucks and machinery and a fleet of busses interrupt what is typically a peaceful neighborhood.
Coulter should not allow their fleet to use a neighborhood street, with lots of small children, when they have equal access to a public street.
8. Tomato Sauce Should Be FREE
We belive that Tomato sauce in Australia should not be at any extra cost. Especially when added to small things such as a Pie or Pastie.
Fair enough you buy a bottle of it, but a small little portion in a bite of your favourite hot food should not cost anything near the price that it is at.
We (Ross and Jess) are fans of tomato sauce and find it a necessary addition to our favourite Aussie meals.
9. Vin Diesel SHOULD NOT be Hitman
The passionless contract killer Agent 47 has risen as one of the greatest assassins in game entertainment history. His persona, that of a intelligent and silent killer has been most alarmingly been matched with the actor Vin Diesel as was announced by "comingsoon.net". In the interest in respecting the character of Agent 47 in any sort of cinematic rendition of him, it is the purpose of this petition to ensure Vin Diesel is replaced with an actor to better represent Hitman.
David Bateson the actor who performed voice acting for Hitman 47 in a variety of Hitman game titles seems to be a popular choice among those most familiar with 47's background.
Regardless of the actor those hereby signed and I plead to those parties involved that Vin Diesel is not made Hitman in a future game releases associated with the Hitman series and secondly not with any Movie based on Hitman.
10. Everton deserves to be playing in Champions League
It's simply ridiculous. Should Liverpool be allowed back into the Champions League next season as holders? The answer should be a firm NO! Rules are rules and the game will only be fair if rules are followed. Even mighty Brazil needs to play qualification games to enter World Cup 2006.It's obvious that it was stated at the start of the season only the top 4 teams in EPL will represent England in Champions League and Liverpool should not strip Everton of its merit.
Everton deserved its place in the Champions League for their remarkable achievement in 38 tough games in EPL. Liverpool should not robbed them of their fruits of labour with their 13 games success in Europe. If Liverpool supporters get their way with petitions and literary appeal, it would sound a death to football. To spread justice, please forward this petition link to others too.

11. 'The Hindu' should not only retract but apologize to its readers for the use of the term 'beefed up'
To the Editor, The Hindu.
Vegetarianism is India's gift to humanity though the number of vegetarians is dwindling because of the India's senseless imitation of the west in all aspects.
The headline in the 'Hindu' of the January 22nd, 05 'Security Beefed up for Kanchi Shankaracharya's trial...' smacks of deceit of gullible readers who are misled to believe the title "The Hindu' stands for some thing representative of the Hindu culture and people. Hindus believe that killing of any living being is sinful because God lives in all beings. The mantra 'Sarvabootha nivasosi Vasudeva namostute' is chanted by Hindus every day.
Slaughtering of a cow is doubly sinful there is no other animal who serves the human being like a cow. From giving the life giving milk to tilling and manure. Even after its death (natural)it renders itself useful. (Use of the hide).
So the 'Holy Cow' is not a fad but expressing of humanity's gratitude and reverence to the single most useful animal to the human kind. Lord Krishna is also known as Gopala.
Beef is savory for Christians and Muslims who have no such sentiments.
It is safe to say that everyone- or most people- who have ever encountered the long-time Mt. Carmel High School teacher Mr. Cummings was not pleased with his attitude. His attitude is not only extremely negative, but he speaks to students in a condescending manner. He constantly reminds students in a lower math class that they should be in a higher math class, and also reminds students in a higher math class that they should not even be placed there.
As an educator, this behavior should not be acceptable. It makes students feel uncomfortable, and it also shows just how much he is NOT helping the students who could really use it. Evidence of this can be proven if one were to either take a poll of how many students would transfer out of Mr. Cumming's classes if given the chance, or, to research through the counseling office how many students actually went through with the class transfer. Either way, the number of students is a large number; large enough for one to question the efficiency of his teaching.
The goal of this petition is to bring attention and demand action for the improper treatment of students as well as to suggest a new educator; one that will provide a better education and learning environment for the class.

16. Disallow "teaming" in Fortune Bingo at Pogo
Due to the harrassment being received by the "teamers" in the game Fortune Bingo at Pogo, we (the signers) ask Pogo to disallow "teaming". Some of the harrassment received involves, but is not limited to: cursing, name-calling, false reporting and adding non-teamers to friends list in order to follow them around and further harrass them.
Bingo is, by all rights, a one person game and should not be dominated by those wishing to obtain the offered badge faster than regular players.

17. Mrs. Boone Should Not Be Essex High School Girls Basketball Varsity Coach
The reason behind this petition is that some people feel that Mrs. Boone didn't go about the right way in selecting the players for the Varsity team. Two seniors who have played since 8th grade were cut from the team, one was given a bad explanation and the other person wasn't given one at all. She told a parent of a child who was cut that her child was not good enough as some other players to be on the team and that if she was on the team she would sit on the bench. What kind of thing is that to say to someone?
We feel that seniors should have some advantage when being picked for a team compared to 9th and 10th graders, who have the rest of high school to play varsity. Why should they come in and take senior spots when we can only play varsity not junior varsity and that this is our last year ever to play high school basketball again.
18. Petition against Admin resigning from HBFFA
Please sign this petition so Admin can see how many players want him to stay and run the server. The server cannot run without him, under Boss's control it will fill with corruption. A 14yr old with his history and lack of responsibility should not be hosting such a large server, or any server at all for that matter.
It is a well known fact that in the Canadian court system fathers are not treated equally. In a country such as Canada where equal rights are highly valued, this outdated practice has to be stopped. One parent should not suffer nor should one group benifit because of gender. The courts are overburdened and "friend of the court" isn't really a friend to anyone. It takes two parents to bring a child into the world and together 50/50 they should raise them.
Money should not be the issue the child should be. Let's be realistic here and put an end to father+rights=oxymoron. Please if you agree with this spread the word so that we can put an end to this unfair bias.

Unfortunately, playsite.com has new management and will not be able to offer Scrabble, Monopoly, and BattleShip -- those games will be coming down next week. I don't want this to happen as these are my favouritte games, played by thousands of other gamers every day. These games are there to stay and should not be removed!
21. Abolish the raising of gas prices for the poor
We should not have to pay the same gas prices as the rich.. please stop raising the prices on the poor like you do the rich... it does not make sense, and it is not economically feasible.
In recent years insurance companies have started excluding coverage of surgery for obese people, requardless of the illnesses that will be cured by having the surgery. I think anyone considered Morbidly Obese (BMI 40>) or Obese(BMI 35>) with comorbidities, should be allowed to have the surgery.
Recent research has shown that it is the only effective cure for obesity and the surgery will cure almost 99% of related illnesses. Insurance companies should not be allowed to exclude a surgery considered Medically Necessary. This is discrimination against Obese people.
23. EX-INMATES SHOULD NOT BE SENT TO LIVE WITH THE ELDERLY
Ex-Inmates, Murderers and the Mentally Ill, have now been sent to live among our elderly, in state run nursing centers in residential communities. Rapists and murderers are roaming the streets from 8am to dusk with no supervision, and are allowed to live with elderly people who can't defend themselves.
In Hazel Crest a south suburb of Chicago, an eighty year old man was brutally beaten when a man broke his window of the retirement center he lived in and savagely beat him to death. His killer was apprehended, but to the shock of the community and the local Police department, the James Riesners killer lived just behind his residence at the Imperial Nursing Facility. He was a 2 time offender and was released from prision and sent to the nursing home because of mental illness. We as a community and a nation should not have these people living in nursing homes around elderly people who are afraid.
24. Fair treatment of taxpayers of Langhorne, Pa.
We the tax payers of Langhorne, Pa. feel that the privatising of West Harthorne Street to a private road, should not be subject to Snow removal, street repair, street lighting nor tree removal or trimming at the cost of tax payers of Langhorne township.
Also we feel the cost of police officers giving tickets to drivers unfamiliar with this act should not be paid out of township monies. If the people of West Hawthorne need a private street, then they should expect to pay all cost of police, fire, street,and all other services used.

City Hall should not compete against private business. Private businesses have to pay high taxes and costly business licences.
27. Don't let AOL take AIM away
There are rumors about AOL's famous Instant messaging being taken away and made a pay for use service. Yes this is true they are taking AIM away unless we can try to change that. They are taking AIM away and charging by the hour. At this time the price is undecided. If we can get 1000 signatures we can save AIM.
28. Don't Ban Reptiles in New York State!
Acting under pressure from animal rights groups such as the HSUS, ASPCA, and PeTA, NY State has proposed to ban the keeping of "exotic animals", including reptiles as pets throughout its territory. It claims in Assembly Bill A07375 that "across the country, children have been asphyxiated by pythons" and that reptiles are a threat to the health of people because they carry Salmonella.
However, these supposed threats to public health are negligible. If a reptile is properly maintained and its keeper practices an appropriate regimen of personal hygiene, the threat of the reptile transmitting Salmonella is nonexistent. Also, as John Coborn, a noted herpetologist, once said, "it is easier to get Salmonella from the supermarket chicken roaster than from your snake."
The allegations of children being killed by pythons across the country are also incorrect. When a reptile escapes, it rarely hurts anyone, as any respectable herpetoculturist will tell you. If it does hurt or kill someone, that person is almost always its owner. Finally, most people bitten by snakes were drunk at the time.
When a wild animal hurts someone, it is not usually a snake, and some say these bills were spurred by Serval Cats scratching people.
I am not saying that reptile owners should not be required to have permits; several states require this. Florida is one such state. Reptile owners in Florida are subject to inspections by the Fish and Wildlife Commission, and this system seems to work well for everyone. I am only saying that we should not ban reptile keeping outright.
29. CHILDREN FIRST IN AUSTRALIA
Children should NOT be "seen and not heard".
Children of Australia should be given a safe, secure and happy life, free from abuse neglect and fear, and furthermore, children have the right to be heard.
