1. Thank you ArcelorMittal Galati

Street dogs are estimated to be 2.5 millions, roaming around entire territory of Romania, in villages, large towns, closed factories, in hospitals and school gardens, at the edge of the road, on highway.

Abandoned, abused, suffering. Just born puppies, seniors, disabled, small and large size, different colors, shapes and personalities. Since the communism gone, more then 20 years ago, no authority done absolutely nothing in Romania to stop the strays overpopulation grow.

ArcelorMittal is the World largest steel company and they own a steel plant in Galati, one of the largest from Europe. This was built in communism time and when ArcelorMittal purchased it, they became the "lucky" beneficiary of few hundred strays which rapidly became few thousands dogs.

Located at the outskirt of town, the steel plants surroundings are the “ideal” place where most of the dogs are abandoned from Galati, often from Braila (near-by large town) or villages. In searching for food, dogs migrate to the departments where people work, take lunch breaks and leave rests of meals in trash.

Packs of dogs were formed in a short notice ,sometimes these dogs became territorial, aggressive and attacking employees and clients of the local steel plant.

A solution had to be found by the AMG board for the safety of people and for health security reasons.

In 2007, AMG contacted ROLDA to work out an action plan for dogs and people wellbeing.

In summer of 2007 the first steps were made for what became soon one of the biggest dogs centers. In fall 2011, AMG invested in kennels improvements and also sponsored the building of a charitable small veterinary clinic to be used for free sterilizations and low cost treatments for homeless dogs.

The plans for coming future include connecting the shelter to national electric network, adding water and electricity for the vet clinic, purchasing the veterinary equipment, building running spaces for dogs exercises.

From its inception, this investment cost AMG over 1 million EUR.

AMG is the first company based in Romania who decided to invest into solving its own street dogs problem, being tired to wait for incompetent authorities to do something for years.

AMG carefully considered all aspects related to employees safety, the protection of environment, animals welfare. Kennels build with modern materials are insulated, offering space and comfort to all sheltered dogs. This was a project in partnership with a relatively small foundation (at that time) ROLDA, a project started from zero, built up with dedication, responsibility and in respect for every form of life.

ArcelorMittal Galati silently offered an alternative for thousand of “nobody” dogs.

Hundreds of dogs were captured, placed in safe, clean kennels where quality care is provided (good dry dog food, veterinary assistance, flea and internal parasites control treatments), dogs are tamed, evaluated and rehomed safely in countries like Holland, Norway, UK, USA or Romania, from where touching follow-up stories came regularly.

It is over 5 years since AMG efforts make a difference for the Galati community, for each and every life saved for possible dangers and looked after with care and compassion.

5 years, day by day commitment, funds spent, help offered unconditionally to ROLDA to accomplish the strays rescue mission. Its speaks for itself and this should be appreciated, encouraged, maybe set as an example into this materialistic World ready to forget its values.

Romania and why not saying Europe, especially its south-east part, needs more reliable sponsors and partners like AMG. ROLDA is lucky to benefit of such a collaboration and see with less worries our dreams come true.

By adding your name to the list of signatures, you’ll be mentioned as a person who appreciate and admire AMG investment for Romanian dogs.

In a country in which dogs are slaughtered, abused, used in the most barbarian way, AMG choose to have a different approach to proof that a civilized, humane way of dealing with street dogs population is “mission possible”.

2. MINIMUM STANDARDS REQUIRED FOR CONFERRING TITLES AND ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES

We desire, to respect the required minimum standards, required for conferring titles and academic activities, the research and development professional degrees and certificate of entitlement to related scientific areas, which operates in accordance with the National Education Law nr.1/2011.

If will renounce to these criteria, all the titles will be conferred, based on obscure criteria (EQUIVALENTS, tell those who not interested in the performance and visibility).

If so, we end up with, which have speech problems in mother tongue, to arrive Ph.D., or to handle (based on the phenomenon of competence called RELATIONS) positions the highest paid of public money.

We thank you for support.

----------------------------------------------------

Unii sint inca furiosi, acuzatori. Altii nostalgici.

Condamnarea comunismului, in mod oficial, nu a avut efectul scontat.

10. Opriti greva ilegala a magistratilor !

Avind in vedere ca greva magistratilor contribuie la degradarea grava a serviciului public al Justitiei in Romania si lezeaza demnitatea profesiei de magistrat;

Avind in vedere ca revendicarile greviste ale judecatorilor sunt mercantile si ilegitime, situindu-se in afara cadrului legal stabilit de Constitutia Romaniei, Legea 304/2004, Legea 303/2004, OUG 43/2002, Legea 317/2004, Hot. CSM 387/2005, Ordin 529/C/2007;

Avind in vedere ca prin greva, judecatorii contribuie la destructurarea sistemului de balante intre puterile statului si incearca prin acest protest politic sa devina autoritate legiuitoare prin interpretarea creativa a legilor;

Avind in vedere ca revendicarile salariale lipsite de bun simt si solicitarea atribuirii a 1% din intregul PIB al tarii si gestionarea exclusiva a fondurilor bugetare de catre ICCJ vor conferi acestei profesii privilegii de casta nobiliara;

Avind in vedere conflictul constitutional intre ICCJ si Parlament si Executiv, constatat de Curtea Constitutionala si luand in considerare numeroasele condamnari ale Statului Roman de catre Curtea Europeana a Drepturilor Omului, direct imputabile magistratilor pentru erori judiciare;

Avind in vedere consecintele devastatoare ale grevei asupra economiei nationale si asupra drepturilor justitiabililor, restringerea accesului la justitie si prejudiciile imense aduse cetatenilor prin inchiderea si blocarea activitatii instantelor,

14. Stop Human Trafficking in Eastern Europe!

HUMAN TRAFFICKING IN EASTERN EUROPE IS DESTROYING AN ALREADY VULNERABLE SOCIETY!

• 200,000 individuals are being trafficked from Eastern Europe

• 80% of the world’s trafficked women are from Eastern Europe.

• Human trafficking is modern day slavery.

• They are forced to domestic servant hood, sweatshop work; but the majority of teenagers are forced into PROSTITUTION and CRIME.

• Albania is the country most involved in the sex trade, with women and children being lured to go to the West with false promises of marriage, jobs or education.

• UNICEF put the global value of human trafficking at over $12 billion dollars a year, just $2 billion less than Albania’s gross domestic income.

• In Belarus, over 800,000 are “missing” believed to be working --- many against their own will or in extremely hazardous conditions.

• 6000 children between the ages of 12 and 16 are trafficked from Eastern Europe each year.

16. Civilize Romania - Euthanize the Stray Dogs

There are about 200,000 stray dogs in Bucharest only and about 5,000,000 stray dogs on the streets of Romania's cities and towns. They live on the streets. They attack people and especially foreigners. They killed a 6 year old child a few weeks ago. They killed a Japanese tourist a few years ago.

Everyday, at least 500 people have to go to the hospital to get shots against rabies, because of the dogs that attacked and bit them.

Taking care of these stray dogs is extremely expensive and it would mean that an orphan Romanian child will die because of hunger or an old person will not be able to receive his/her medication, because money that could go to help the humans in need help perpetuate this plague.

17. Bring Gazette to Romania

GAZETTE IS A JAPANESE VISUAL KEI BAND !
Biography

In March of 2002, Ruki, Uruha, and Reita (all former band mates), and Aoi and Yune (also former band mates) formed a band under the name Gazette.[2] Originally signed to Matina, they released their first single, "Wakaremichi", and a video release in April. By September they had released two more singles and another video, headlining a show for the first time in October.

In early 2003, Yune decided to leave the band, and he was replaced by Kai. Shortly after, they signed with the PS Company label, and in May released their first EP, Cockayne Soup. They started their first tour, with the band Hanamuke, and along with the tour, the bands collaborated on two songs. A second tour followed with the band Vidoll, and the bands were featured together on the November issue of Cure, a magazine focusing on Visual Kei bands.[3]

In early December they played a co-headlining show with Deadman. On December 28 they performed at Fool's Mate magazine's Beauti-fool's Fest which was later released on DVD.

On January 16, 2004 they recorded a solo performance at the Shibuya-AX, which was released on DVD as Tokyo saihan ~Judgement Day~.[2] On March 30, 2004 they released their Madara mini-album, which reached #2 on the Oricon Indie Charts. Madara was followed in May by a companion DVD, which included six music videos and an in-the-studio documentary. The same month, Gazette was featured in Shoxx magazine's Expect Rush III, a catalogue of independent Visual Kei artists.[4] A second live DVD, Heisei Banka, was released in August.[2] During September and October they toured with fellow PS Company bands Kra and BIS. Their debut album, Disorder, was released in October, and made it to the top 5 of the indies Oricon Daily Charts.

The band spent the remainder of 2004 and 2005 touring extensively, releasing Gama (another mini album) in August.

In 2005 the band released their first major label single, Cassis, in December.[5]

Starting 2006 with a name change—from Japanese characters to a romanized script—they released Nil, their second full-length album, on February 8, 2006,[2] and embarked on another Japanese tour, ending at the venue Nippon Budokan.[6] That July, The Gazette performed at the Beethovenhalle in Bonn, Germany, their first show outside of Asia. The concerts were arranged in conjunction with the AnimagiC anime and manga convention.[7]

Three more singles were released followed by another studio album, Stacked Rubbish on July 4, 2007. It reached #2 on the Oricon charts within a day from the release. The album debut was followed by a promotional tour from July through September. In October, The Gazette started their first European tour stopping England, Finland, France, and Germany.

A new single called "Guren" was released on February 13, 2008.

_____________ROMANA___________
Despre "The Gazette"

MEMBRI:Ruki [VOCALIST]
Uruha [CHITARIST]
Aoi [CHITARIST]
Reita [BASIST]
Kai [TOBOSAR]

S-a infiintat in 2002 cand Uruha , Reita si Ruki s-au hotarat sa isi infiinteze propria trupa.
Desi viitorul pare sa surada baietii erau inca foarte tineri si aveau sa intalneasca multe obstacole in drumul lor spre glorie.
Nimic nu i-a retinut insa sa mearga mai departe The Gazette lansand pe 13 octombrie 2004 primul ALBUM DISORDER , listat in top 5 in Oricon DAILY Charts.
Asa sa revenim , urmeaza turneul Decomposition Beauty , care promoveaza 3 single-uri noi Filth In the beauty,Hyena si Regret .
Newest realeses :
Stacked Rubbish (vara anului 2007)
NEW SINGLE - GUREN (2008)

22. Call for the Denouncement of the Ribbentrop-Molotov Pact

Consiliul Mondial Roman cere anularea acestui pact, fiind necesara in conditiile noii ere democratice europene, nerecunoasterea si necondamnarea acestui pact este inca actuala si afecteaza in continuare cu influente tutelare, natiunile mai mici.

These days, when many are celebrating the 60 years passed since the victory over fascist Germany, the inhabitants of Eastern Europe cannot help but remember the year just before the starting of WWII. At that time, as a consequence of Ribbentrop-Molotov Pact, signed by the fascist Germany and Stalinist USSR, entire countries or territories belonging to East European countries have been occupied by force by the Soviet Red Army, and incorporated in USSR. Thus, the Baltic Countries and Eastern Polish Provinces, but also Bessarabia, Bukovina and Hertza Region, all former Romanian provinces which have been included in USSR, have disappeared . The Ribbentrop-Molotov Pact, based on its provisions, also facilitated the starting of the German's aggression against Europe. The pact offered free hand to Germany to attack Western Europe, and a free hand to Stalin in Eastern Europe.

The Ribbentrop-Molotov Pact has violated all international laws as well as the sovereignty of all European Countries. In spite of this, the Ribbentrop-Molotov Pact has not yet been denounced nor annulled by Germany and Russia . Therefore, the celebration of these days means a victory over fascism and recognition of those who suffered but cannot be considered complete until the denouncement and annulment of the Ribbentrop-Molotov Pact.

That is why we, members of the Romanian World Council, Inc., are asking for a united effort to resolve the injustice created by this Pact that caused countless loss of lives, tremendous sufferings and destructions.

Romania, like all other countries of Europe, wants to live in peace with her neighbors, developing a spirit of friendship, cooperation, and good will.

We are asking the leaders of Germany, Russia and Ukraine to denounce and recognize the annulment of the Ribbentrop-Molotov Pact as a small compensation for the injustice that Romania has had to live for 66 years.

We ask all Europeans to join us in our efforts to eliminate one of the last tragic and painful events in the history of Europe.

23. Save Rosia Montana

Rosia Montana, a community in Romania, needs the support of Canadians. Gabriel Resources of Toronto plans to develop Europe's largest open-cast mine in the Rosia Montana area of Romania. This gold mining project is illegal and immoral and has met with strong resistance because it will force people to leave their homes without their consent, irreversibly destroy a beautiful 1600 hectare area, and threaten the environment with a vast cyanide lake. Yet, Canadian money is keeping the project alive.

The petition below expresses solidarity with the Save Rosia Montana Campaign. The signatures will be presented to the people of Rosia Montana on Oct. 11, 2003 during a ceremony in the village when supporters complete a solidarity march of 130 km. The petition will also be forwarded to the Canadian government, to say that Canadians do not want to be associated with this type of development abroad and to demand that the government withdraw support of this project.

24. Stop Slaughter and Animal Abuses in Romania!

Due to the lack of law for animal protection in Romania anyone can kill an animal without being punished.
Protected by this lack, people without conscience, without pity, more without respect, with cruelty hard to be imagined, are killing animals of any kind, without a particular reason.

For many months, the slaughter of homeless dogs from Romania has brought many tears to animals lovers.

Poachers without pity killed a hundred dolphins in few days in the Black Sea.
The abuses against animals of anykind, the exploitation of wild animals at Black sea are a few exemples of atrocities from Romania, due to the lack of one law for animal protection in our country.

Who will punish the sick minds that are killing hundred of thousands street dogs, when didn't break "any law"?

With your help, we hope to convince the Romanian Parliament to adopt new protective law NOW. This petition, along with your comments, will be sent to Romanian Government, Romanian Parliament, the Presidency of Romania.

Dogs are poisoned, beaten to death, strangled in the street just in front of our eyes, in the eyes of our children - by the City Hall employees. Inhabitants of the town are shocked to discover that the dogs allready being castrated and keept around the blocks of flats are kiled on the place or cought to be killed in the City Hall bases.
These killings are Major BASESCU's programme of getting rid of the dogs in Bucharest.
