We would like to show the Board of Education that they have our support for a referendum to be placed on the ballot in November 2010.
5. Keep Karaoke at Coach's Corner
Karaoke has been a part of Coach's Corner for over 20 years. Every Saturday night, the one thing you can rely on, is the knowledge that a friendly face will be a t Coach's to greet you.
Whether you are from PG, Burns Lake, BC, AB, Italy or any other great place is this land, if you've been to karaoke once at Coach's, chances are great that you will return. It's a staple, like bread to butter.

6. Επιστροφή του Δισκοπότηρου της Αγιά Σοφιάς - Return of the Holy Communion cup of Hagia Sofia
Notwithstanding the ramifications that such action will inevitably have, the British Government should, at least as a gesture of good will, negotiate the eventual return of the "Elgin Marbles" to Greece for display with other artifacts relating to Greek heritage at this (the Acropolis) important World Heritage Site.
8. Republican Party Must Return to Conservatism (for Registered GOP)
The Republican Party has continued to stray from the Reagan conservatism that made it effective and a force for good in the world. If the GOP hopes to become relevant again, it must halt this left-ward drift and return to conservatism.
Otherwise, it will continue to lose elections and to give this country by default to the socialists, fascists, and others on the Left who currently are working through the Democrat Party and its affiliates in various NGOs and the mainstream news media.
9. Petition campaigning for Emily's return from Brazil
Emily Machado who went missing on March 27, 2008 was located in Brazil. I have filed for the return of Emily though the Haige.
Gilad Shalit was kidnapped in Israel by Hamas militants in 2006.
He is currently being held captive in Gaza and has not been heard from in almost three years.
We want him home - as Zionist Youth Movements and organizations in South Africa, we are calling for this now.
11. Bring back larger sized g-strings/thongs to variety stores!
Up until 18 months ago larger sized (sizes 18, 20, 22, 24 & 26) G-string/ Thongs were available within the large variety stores of Big-W, Target and K-Mart.
Currently this line of product has been removed from sale; only bikini style and other full coverage styles are available. This doesn't always suit the larger, more amply sized, bottom and has left a sub-sect of society having to source from Overseas; and pay additionally.
We ask for these stores to bring back this line of underwear, whenever they were in stores they always sold out, so obviously there is a market for the product!
12. Bring back the Gravy Chips
The People's Chip refers to a potato chip flavour discovered and advocated by Australian radio comedy duo Hamish & Andy. The flavour is gravy, derived from roast beef.
Smiths recently ended their 2 week promotion of releasing the GRAVY CHIP to the people. Due to the popularity of the chips they sold out nationwide within a week of release.
Please sign this petition if you share the same passion about the GRAVY CHIP and would like to see it back on supermarket shelves.
13. Disappearence in Pakistan must be explained by Government
The latest disappearence is that Mr. Asad Ali Shah a, 24 years old teacher of saint paul, Rawalpindi, who was arrested on 22, March 2008, just two days before the new elected assembly took oath.
Mr. Shah's mother and father who were interviewed by BBC said he was arrested by the elite force. He was taken from his home in the early hours of the morning by personnel from Elite force who told his parents that they would return him within 15 minutes as they wanted him to support a statement.
However, until now there is no news about him.
14. Bring Back Unsolved Mysteries
Unsolved Mysteries television show needs to return with new episodes so that it can help the families of missing persons.
15. Give Paul Hemmings His Job Back
Paul Hemmings has been suspended from his job as site manager of St Johns school since late November 2007. He is accused of committing fraud. Paul denies the charges.
We believe the case against Paul to be both unfounded and petty-minded and we believe the official support given to him by the school's governing body, the council and his own union over the last 3 months to have been exceedingly poor.
We request a fair hearing for Paul, with proper representation for him, so that our friend can rightfully return to his place at St Johns where he stands as a dearly valued member of our community.
16. Save HOST UK - welcoming international students
HOST UK is having its core funding withdrawn and may have to close within a year. This will be devastating for the thousands of international students who apply to HOST for a weekend visit in a British home, and for the hundreds of volunteer host families who offer them hospitality.
Every year more than 300,000 International Students come to this country to study at our universities. Choosing to study outside one’s own country is not just about formal education: the students also hope to familiarise themselves with a different culture, by immersing themselves in it. Unfortunately, the high concentration of international students on their courses, and the lack of occasion to get to know people beyond the campus, mean that they often return home without gaining this valuable experience. Less than 3% ever experience family life in a British home.
HOST was founded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, The British Council and The Victoria League in 1987 with the aim of fostering international friendships and promoting cultural understanding between nations, by enabling students to meet residents of Britain in their own homes. We have developed a network of Volunteer Regional Organisers in order to link students with volunteer host families, who act as ambassadors for Britain by sharing their way of life for a weekend or at Christmas.
In the past 20 years, more than 35,000 international students have benefited from this scheme. The opportunity to spend a few days living as a member of a British family, joining in their activities and learning at first hand about our customs and beliefs, makes the students feel welcome in this country and has been proved to contribute to a successful outcome of their studies here. (UKCOSA Report ‘Broadening Our Horizons’ 2004). Indeed, the demand for HOST visits is greater than we can supply.
HOST is unique in enabling UK universities and colleges to offer extra value in a way unmatched by any other country, perhaps tipping the balance when it comes to choosing a country in which to study.
The benefits these visits bring, as students return to their own countries should not be underestimated. As the graduates progress into senior positions in government, industry and the professions, their happy memories of the time spent with a HOST family engender positive feelings towards the United Kingdom and all things British. It is worth noting, as the Prime Minister seeks to encourage links with China, that more than 38% of students applying for HOST visits are Chinese.
Until now HOST has received £140,000 per annum from the British Council – surely the best value public relations campaign the Government has ever had! This grant is being phased out due to the Government’s policy of not giving block grants to NGOs, and HOST now faces imminent demise.
Whilst HOST raises over 55% of its funding through its own efforts, the £140,000 provided the stability to pay staff salaries. We have already made our Chief Executive redundant in a recent cost-cutting exercise. We are doing all we can to raise the extra funding, but cannot afford professional fundraising help. We have also found that, because of our unique nature, we do not drop into any of the categories that grant makers will fund.
HOST looks to the government to consider whether it can afford to lose the value of HOST at so small a price.
17. NO reincarnation or prostitution, No death/return of Sagar!!!
An article has just come out stating that Harsh will force Vidya to get into the field of prostitution while making her believe that Sagar has come to meet her.
Sindoora will yet again try to kill Sagar and will send someone to attack him. Sagar, in return, will be unconscious, however, his death is presumed to take place, making him return to the show in a new avatar.
18. Bring Michael Schumacher back to Formula 1
He is easily the most successful driver ever to have driven in Formula 1.
When he won his sixth championship in 2003, he surpassed Juan Manuel Fangio, whom everyone considered to be the greatest driver ever. Then he went on to add another championship, increasing his tally to seven.
No one can ever come close, or hope to match him. True, he may have been very controversial, but Schumacher won a huge number of fans, and his loss couldn't really have done Formula 1 any good.
His retiring at the top of his game only adds to this perception. And to confirm it, he comes back for his first test after a year, and tops the timesheets on the first day.
Now we have potentially another Schumacher in the form of Lewis Hamilton. Formula 1's viewing figures would soar if the people got to see a season of Schumacher vs Hamilton, the old versus the new. Isn't this opportunity too good to pass?
If you think so, please sign this petition.
Return Larry Warton.
New writers, new executive producers... hear our plea!
India’s communists have always opposed India’s strategic embrace of the U.S.
It believes that the U.S. is a hegemonic, deeply destabilizing power and India cannot become a close ally of Washington without sacrificing or compromising its policy independence and narrowing its room for manoeuvre in world affairs.
Second, the left argues that the text of the "123 agreement" differs significantly from the statements that Singh made in Parliament, promising that it would address all of India's concerns about full civilian nuclear cooperation with the U.S. and autonomy for the Indian nuclear programme.
The left says there are specific differences between the agreement and a law passed last December in the U.S. Congress as a prelude to "123", called the Henry J Hyde Act. The act mandates annual certification by the U.S. President that India is behaving in conformity with American foreign policy objectives, and also imposes a few other conditions that India said were not acceptable to it.
According to the left, the Hyde Act will prevail over the "123" agreement and can be used arbitrarily to terminate nuclear cooperation with India.
The act, it says, falls short of guaranteeing full-scale nuclear commerce with India, which was promised when Singh and President George W Bush inked the deal in July 2005. For instance, the U.S. will not export uranium enrichment or fuel reprocessing technologies to India.
The act, argue the communists, will erode India's sovereign decision-making in respect of its nuclear programme. Since the "123 agreement" essentially derives from the Act, it must be opposed.
In addition, the left is concerned at the likely impact of "123" on India’s traditional advocacy of universal nuclear disarmament. It says that by getting "accommodated in a U.S.-led unequal nuclear order", India’s leading role in championing nuclear disarmament "as a major country of the non-aligned community" will be given "the go-by".
The left also says that it is "debatable" whether nuclear power, which would be promoted under the U.S.-India deal, is a sustainable solution to India's energy problem.
"The bulk of the left’s current opposition to the agreement derives from procedural arguments (about Singh’s assurances to Parliament), and from differences between its text and what was promised in July 2005, and again in March and August last year," says M.V. Ramana, a physicist and energy expert attached to the Centre for Interdisciplinary Studies in Environment and Development, Bangalore told IPS.
The present position of the left parties significantly differs from its original stand on the U.S.-India nuclear deal two years ago, which emphasised its negative consequences for India's advocacy of global nuclear disarmament.
For decades, said the left parties in July 2005, India "was …committed to nuclear disarmament… The BJP-led government had begun the journey of accepting a junior partnership of the U.S. in return for a de facto recognition as a nuclear weapon-state… The current agreement marks an end to India’s nuclear disarmament policy".
Nevertheless, the communists have decided not to press for a vote on the "123 agreement" under Parliament's rules of procedure, unlike most of the non-UPA parties. A negative vote could lead to the fall of the Manmohan Singh government.
"The left is loath to topple the UPA government because it fears that that will pave the way for a return of the BJP," says Achin Vanaik, a professor of international relations and global politics at Delhi university.

22. Ellington Community wants Board Step Down
There are a few reasons we want the board to step down and here are some supporting evidence:
1. Grounds are not maintained consistently.
2. Rare communication from board members.
a. Do not return emails
b. Do not return phone calls
3. There is limited communication between board members and also with the community.
4. Money is being spent without proper authorization from community:
a. Purchased a tractor.
b. Hired a maintenance man.
c. Hired someone to put out newsletters.
d. Hired officers; we don't know what their contract
states, how many there are, how much they are
getting paid, etc.
5. Individuals are added to payroll without proper
authorization from community.
6. Vendors come out and are not met by any board
member and leave.
7. Pool is not up to code.
8. Club house dues were raised without proper
authorization.
9. Board members have been rude and obnoxious with
the community.
10. Promises are made and not kept.
a. The opening of the club house on Sundays.
11. Board members do not show up for scheduled
meetings.
12. Emergency meeting called by previous treasurer,
which was denied by board members.
13. Not a fully functional board with only 4 members.
14. Monies sent in by homeowners have not been
cashed after months of being held onto or they
have been lost by the board.
15. The board is not forthcoming with information that
is privileged to the community.
23. Call Taiwan's different political parties to unite against the Chinese Communist Party
Taiwan's Pan Blues and Pan Greens have been striving with each other for a time that makes Taiwanese people sick.
Taiwanese people should realize that the real threat is neither Blue nor Green, but the Communist regime across the strait.
If the Communists had never stolen the nation of China, the Nationalists would not have applied "White Terror" in Taiwan; thus, the native Taiwanese would not have been oppressed by the 1949 fleets; thus, there would not have been so much conflict between the Blues and the Greens today.
In fact, as Dr. Sun Yat-Sen suggested, Taiwan should be independent, if there had never been riots by the Communists in China, the Nationalists probably would never have occupied Taiwan, and Taiwan now would be Republic of Taiwan.
While the Greens are accusing the Blues of loving China instead of Taiwan, the real threat comes from the Communists. The Blues never set up weapons against Taiwan, the Communists do.
Since the Nationalist Party is Chinese Nationalist Party, the most ideal to finish the whole strife on Taiwan's political stage is to send the Nationalists back to China.
However, as long as the Communists are still in charge of China, the Blues cannot return to China; and Taiwan cannot join the UN as an independent nation.
24. Support Fundraising at St.Johns College
The head office at St.John's College has decided that we have gone to the public too often and has decided to limit fundraising to coupons at the beginning of each year. Thus they have decided to cancel any other fundraisers. This has deprived many children that ability to participate in educational trips.
Many children can not afford the price of the trips on their own, but with the help of the people in the community they are able to participate. In return for the support of the community, they receive a present of appreciation in return.
25. Bring back the attitude era
July 14, 2006
Recently WWEinc shows have been second rate. i feel that WWE need to return to the attitude era.
when someone got a title match because of their abilitys and skills. not because they were good with a mic or were related to the boss.
WWE need to listen to the fans when it comes to TV.
after all without the fans the company is finished
Day 36, 28th of May, 06, Michael was evicted from the big brother house.
Quoting the Big Brother website, from day one Michael lived up to his psychological profile, proving that he was "likely to be strategic as he is analytical". He analyzed, pondered, assessed, scrutinized and dissected every aspect of the House - and drove a lot of people crazy in the process! The BB House just won't be the same without the 'self-employed' Insider.
Who could forget his insider missions:
Sabotaging the clown task
Concocting a tale involving 'Reuben'
And stealing the housemates toothbrushes
Love him or hate him, Michael did cause havoc in the house and offered exciting TV viewing. Yet, the controversy did not end there. Michael continued to voice his opinions on the nomination show, Rove Live and the Kyle and Jackie O show.
So what has happened since then? Well, if 20000+ viewers voice a positive message wanting Michael back in the house, Michael may be considered to return back to the house as a contestant or as a guest. This is a shout out to all viewers who enjoy exciting television. This is not a shout out just to Michael fans.
So, if you love to be entertains
make sure you let big Brother know that the house needs Michael by singing the petition. Never Quit Michael! Never Quit!
27. Return Original English Voice Actors to "My Neighbor Totoro"
March 26, 2006
A petition to The Walt Disney Company/Buena Vista Home Entertainment to return the original English voice actors to the DVD version.
In 1994, the Buena Vista Home Entertainment (a sub-division of The Walt Disney Company) released an English dubbed version of the highly popular 1988, "My Neighbor Totoro" from Studio Ghibli.
This movie has not been available for DVD until this year (2006). This DVD version has been highly anticipated by many families, japanese anime fans, and general public. However, it was never made known to the public that Disney changed the entire voice acting cast to instead cast bankable well-known names to the characters (i.e. Tim Daly, Dakota Fanning and her sister, Lea Salonga).
In fact, the even changed the voice to Totoro! The original voice acting was very well received (what IMDB calls the 'Troma' version, but the 'Troma' version was released through Buena Vista Home Entertainment) and many loved the dubbed version.
Why Disney presumed that they needed to change the actors is unclear as well as why the original voice actors have not voiced a complaint.
So this petition is to voice that complaint against Disney and to urge Disney to re-release the DVD with the original voice acting cast.

Deutsch:
Sehr geehrter Herr Schwarz-Schilling!

English:
Dear Mr. Schwarz Schilling.
This is a plee of Bosnian football fans in Bosnia & Herzeggovina and worldwide. It regards the "Velez" - Football Club of Mostar.
F.C. "Velez" is one of the oldest football clubs in the southern regions of Europe. It has been, contestant of many international championships trougout its rich history. Its colors were representet by footballers who were, later, members of most famous clubs in Europe.
At the begining of the war in Bosnia and Herzeggovina in 1992, F.C. "Velez" was expelled from its own stadium and is being denied return to its own playground. This is a very sad fact since U.N. is granting the right of return to homes to all people in bosnia.
This right should apply to F.C. "Velez" also, - the team which has been forced to train and play at dire conditions of its present stadium and facilities. The club has been able to survive today only by the help of its friends and fans who are realy fond of their club.
F.C. "Velez" has allways been and allways wil be represented by the players from all Bosnian nationalities. It has allways been and it wil allways be pride of the city of Mostar.
So, dear Mr. Schilling we hope that you can use your respected authority and grant the rightfull return of "Velez Stadium" to its club, fans and its people.
Sencerily yours,
Sports-lovers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and worldwide.
29. No Man Should Die Without a State
Robert Jovicic is a man without state.
Born of Serbian parents, he arrived in Australia from France when he was two years old. He has lived 36 of his 38 years in Australia.
In 2004,Immigration Minister Philip Ruddock deported him on character grounds after he was jailed for several burglaries to support a heroin addiction.
Desperate to return to his home country, he camps outside the Australian embassy every night. His health is not good, and his family believe he will die if not returned home before the onset of European winter.
He speaks no Serbian & only speaks English, with,as you'd expect,an Australian accent. He wants to come home to his family in Melbourne.
The Serbian gov't do not recognise him as a citizen,& as a result he cannot work, receive welfare or medical services & is virtually destitute
Effectively,he has been dumped there,in a country that is an absolute stranger to him.
If he lacks Australian citizenship,he is an Australian in all the ways that matter-his family is there & he knows no other home.
While in many cases it is reasonable for a nation to exclude criminals from residency in order to uphold the rule of law & national security,I believe this is a case that warrants mercy. Addiction is a terrible illness This man is too unwell to be a threat. Without access to housing or medical care his situation is dire.No man should be left to die without a state.
Australians have long prided themselves on being a land that gives people "a fair go". I urge the Prime Minister to show that justice can be tempered with mercy, and give this ill man a 'fair go'at staying alive,by simply being allowed to COME HOME.
30. Bring Jon Bon Jovi back to South Africa
September 16, 2005
Please add your name to our list of Bon Jovi fans who want Bon Jovi to return to South Africa.
