1. Public Opinion - Whistleblower Pharmacist should be reinstated 
Miss Neelu Chaudhari was struck off the Register of the General Pharmaceutical Council after a 27 year unblemished career as a senior pharmacist, for Whistleblowing.
The professional body accused her of bringing the profession into disrepute by her belief that the drug overdoses prescribed in a five week period, before her neice's death, were not errors but deliberate and should have been investigated by the professional bodies, independently of the Coroner, Police Primary Health care Trust, NHS Hospital Trusts and the hospitals.
The drug overdoses prescribed by the GP were continued by hospital paediatricians after admission to hospital and the baby was denied intensive care. She was then subjected to a secret "withholding withdrawing treatment", "allow to die" and "Do Not Resuscitate" medical opinion against her parent's wishes and without their knowledge.
The hospital doctors finally invited social workers to apply for a secret ex-parte Emergency Protection Order and Police arrest Warrant to isolate the baby in hospital, remove her mother from her cubicle and deny family visits to hospital in the last 6 days of her life.
The details of the drug overdoses were omitted by the Coroner, Pathologists and Police at the Inquest.
Neelu compiled an expert report into the drug overdoses and provided copies to the respective professional bodies yet no doctor, pharmacist or nurse has been properly investigated. Instead, Neelu has been struck off for doing what the professional bodies ought to have done. She is also required to pay costs of thousands of pounds to her professional body.
This petition seeks public opinion as to whether,
1. Miss Neelu Chaudhari should be reinstated as a pharmacist;
2. Whether the professional bodies should investigate complaints independently, promptly and without time limits;
3. Whether Whistleblowers should be compensated for their time and effort and commended for their courage, honesty and integrity.
2. Reinstate Steven Barwick as SPO at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital
Steven Barwick has been working at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital in the position as Security Officer for approximately two years. The people who work with him on a daily basis have experienced him to be very professional, respectful and dedicated in his interactions with patients, visitors and employees.
Recently the Management of the Security Department at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital has terminated him from his position. They are accusing him of misconduct in handling a patient who was seen in the Emergency Department. Officer Barwick had to contain a patient who had started to assault a ER nurse. He was the first officer to arrive at the scene and kept the nurse from being harmed.
We the understated believe his termination was unjust and needs to be reconsidered.
This petition calls for the reinstatement of Rebecca (Becky) Renick to the position of Front Office Manager at The Greenbrier Resort, White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. Becky was removed from the position in January 2010 after a shortage in her bank.
Throughout her career with The Greenbrier, Becky did not experience difficulties with cash handling, her bank or money drops; her 10 plus years of quality service to the hotel with little to no disciplinary actions should be the back bone to her character. We the understated believe that Becky’s termination was an impulsive decision that should be reconsidered.
Becky started at the hotel in retail, and quickly showed outstanding leadership skills, which was the spring board to her advancement into the rooms division. While holding the position as Front Office Manager, Becky utilized great guest service and analytical skills which inspired her team to strive for the Mobil Fifth Star. At this time the hotel is in dire need of managers like Becky; not only did Becky motivate her department to adhere to Greenbrier standards; she was also a role model and positive influence to other individuals and departments throughout the hotel.
4. Corey Rueber to be NHK Supervisor
For a variety of circumstances that cannot be stated on this petition, NHK employees are calling on NHK management to reinstate Corey Rueber as supervisor.
5. Reinstate Fire Chief Gary Thomas
As everyone knows Fire Chief Gary Thomas was fired after 29 years of service to his community.
This petition was originated by concerned citizens of Carroll County and is no way associated with Gary Thomas.
6. Stop the Draft...Stop the War
This is a petition, aimed at the United States Congress, to let them know that if they pass Rep. Charles Rangel's bill to reinstate the draft, that it will be one of the worst mistakes in American History.
7. Reinstate Pluto as a Planet
On Thursday August 24, scientists voted. They agreed that Pluto is no longer a planet, because it does not meet the criteria of all of their new laws. Law#3 states: "The planet has cleared the space around it's orbit."
Pluto was demoted, to a minor, or "Dwarf" planet. Now there are only eight planets in our Solar System.
Textbooks, diagrams, and teaching procedures will be changed, and our Solar System will be altered. This petition is for reinstating Pluto as a planet, and "saving" our Solar System.

BetonSports has sacked its chief executive and left him languishing in a US jail. We think this is wrong.
The company terminated his contract and removed him as a director. The company also attempted to distance itself from salacious stories that appeared in The Mail on Sunday over the weekend.
The newspaper claimed that parties held at its Costa Rican base to try and encourage high rollers to spend more cash included the provision of ladies of the night, shipped in from the US.
Demi Moore's husband Aston Kutcher was also said to be involved in parties that "catered for every perversion." Carruthers apparently used to meet and greet guests at these Caligula-inspired soirees.
But hang on. Carruthers has been arrested for executing the business plan of BetonSports - that is to say undertaking online sports betting in the US. Surely therefore his arrest is not for breaching company rules but for implementing them. We think Carruthers has therefore been made a scapegoat by the company.

9. Bowls - Abolish Sets Play in Singles

Over the past few years sets play in singles has become a more and more popular format for governing bodies and competition organisers to choose in favour of '21-up'.
This petition will aim to prove the large amount of players who, for various reasons, are against the sets format and wish to fully reinstate '21-up' across the board.
Get rid of sets, let the best player win.

11. We want Mick to play 5-a-side on 22/12/05
My mates and I play 5-a-side football at the Powerleague in Norwich every Thursday evening. As we all know 5-a-side is a team game, and as such the senior members/organisers should lead by example and be available to play every week.
Now this isn't going to happen on Thursday 22nd December 2005 as one of the co-organisers isn't allowed to play as he has guests round. "That's poor" I hear you say, indeed, so vote today to reinstate Mick Potter to play footy on the 22nd December.

16. Reinstate Contests On Neopets
It has come to our attention as "Neopians," that the ability to hold contests has been striped from us with dire consequences to our accounts. Contests encourage competetivity amoung us neopians which in turn helps us offline. These contests can also be seen as a relaxing way to meet new friendly people, and admire other's hard work. Many who have participated in these contests have been frozen and refused when asking for their account back. There are far worse activities going on in the boards than contests and many who participate in those, such as dating, profanity, and scamming, remain untouched. We ask that you please re-instate the ability to hold contests. Below are some requests/alternatives to your contests ban.
1. We believe that you should create a chat board specifically for contests. This will not create spam on the rest of the boards and will help the normal boards to stay on topic.
2. We would like you to reinstate contests in the guilds. Contests are a large part of the guild experience. They promote guild spirit and unity. Without contests, many fewer people are going to be creating/joining guilds.
3. If scamming people/refusing to give winners their prizes is the main issue, then creating contests that offer prizes should be what is banned, not all contests together. We neopians agree that its the contests that are fun. Prizes are offered in less than 15% of all contests anyways. If you choose to reinstate contests, then i know that all neopians will agree to not give or claim to give prizes to the winner(s).
I would like to point out that contests are a drawing factor to users playing neopets. If contests are eliminated, there will be a drop in attendance to neopets.

We do understand your position on bulk mailings, but find it hard to understand how opmale comes under any of those said rules. The people receiving e-mail from opmale have asked to be added to the mailings. So those mailings are not unsolicted random mailings, which we believe your rules were intended to cover. We do not believe AOL intends to halt support for our men and women in uniform, but if this is the case I'm sure many people will consider changing to another provider.

Dear Mr. Miller:
We, the undersigned, hereby demand AOL reinstate those who have lost bulk mailing list status due to inconspicuous spam controls implanted on AOL 8.0 and 8.0 plus, without the users' knowledge, and further demand spam folders be located where they can readily be seen, and AOL immediately remove these bogus tos violations from our account records. Spam folders did not show up in our normal mail, it was not until one chose another method (such as AOL anywhere) of retrieving mail, that the spam folder was visible.
Most lists and members knew nothing of this, therefore we inadvertently reported each other as sending spam. (Aol was controlling what was and was not spam, without our knowledge, as it seems we've lost the right to view our own mail and make that decision for ourselves).
Many innocent people lost bulk mailing privileges for a 6 month period due to AOL's hasty decision, and we should not be penalized for AOL's mistakes. We have done nothing wrong and have followed tos rules. It is not a tos violation to send mail to those who have requested it be sent.
22. Reinstate Parks and Recreation Funding in Pittsburgh
Due to critical financial problems within the city budget, Mayor Tom Murphy has been forced to cut funding for the Pittsburgh Parks and Recreation Department. Without funding, there will be no Great Race, no Light-Up Night, no Fourth of July at the Point, as well as many other celebrated Pittsburgh events.
In short, there will be a lot less to do around Pittsburgh during the year. Please sign the petition to aid in the reinstitution of these events.
23. Reinstate Fern
Fernando, vettethreat94z, was once a member of CamaroZ28.Com's message board. He was far from a "regularly-posting" member. His many posts were once filled with sincerity, jest and, at times, vital information. Sure, he was out of line at times, but he always made sure to never push the limits of the board moderators and administrators...
...Until one day.
Fernando sincerely admits he's sorry for flaming a board moderator, but he believes that banning him was not the best choice of punishment. He states: "If I were to be given just one more chance, I'd be a productive member once again. One that abides by the rules set forth by the CamaroZ28.Com team at all times."
CamaroZ28.Com's board was the FIRST online message board Fernando had EVER registered for. He's met many members from the board and has gained many friendships from it, as well. He's gained so much from the message board and appreciated all of it. Some of the newfound skills he learned from the board are practiced in his life in North Texas. Now, since he's banned, he feels like he's lost a part of his history and identity.
Those that still talk to him know how he feels. Here's your turn to make a difference.
24. Reinstate Municipal Parking lot on 6th street between North and Broadway
The parking lot located on 6th street between North and Broadway, has been a municipal parking lot for 30 years. The city has leased this lot, collected parking monies and maintained this lot to provide parking for its downtown merchants and their patrons. In May of 2003, the city was informed that the lease would not be renewed. The city did nothing to try to keep the lot, which serves upward of a dozen local merchants in the immediate vicinity. We the undersigned of this petition request that the city take action to: 1) reinstate the lot as a municipal lot, either through legal action or negotiations, or 2) address the lack of parking by appointing monies to build/ develop municipal parking lots.

Jorge Costa, Portugal's best central defender and arguably one of the world's finest, has been benched by Octavio Machado the club's coach. We Portistas from around the world ask that Pinto da Costa, club president, demand and instruct Octavio Machado to reinstate Jorge Costa to his place back on FC Porto and ultimately the national team.

27. EWTN broadcast
This petition is to request that Charter Cable reinstate broadcast of EWTN Global Catholic Network to the Catholic community in the Greenville, South Carolina region. When Charter Cable merged their Anderson area and Greenville area services, they changed all programming to the Greenville, SC programming already in place. The EWTN programs were deleted from the new schedule.
Charter has stated that they will not re-instate EWTN programming without a petition for same from local Catholics. This programming is FREE OF CHARGE to Charter, but will not be re-instated unless a demand can be shown from the local Catholic community.

28. Abolish The Federal Reserve System
It's a simple fact that those who control the money control the country. People in the United States have been led to believe that because the Federal Reserve has the word "federal" in it, that it is some how part of the United States Government. It is not nor has it ever been. The Federal Reserve System has accepted every man, woman and child's property as collateral for the National Debt. The I.R.S. was created to service the Federal Reserve.
Unless we the people begin to control our paper currency system we will never have a real choice of who runs this country. We will always be given the choices before us provided by the international bankers. Our taxes will always be heavy
and that's how they maintain control. If the U. S. Government Printed U.S. Treasury notes and distributed what it created, the Control of this Country would return to the People. The money you make would be yours. Mom could stay home with the kids. Your jobs wouldn't be leaving for Mexico.
The Root of what's wrong with America is its money system and who controls it. On C-span when this subject comes up congressmen always stands up and defend this system and that's because they are cowards. That's because the Federal Reserve System does have the power to make or break us.
The American people need that power back. That is what freedom is all about.
