Regarding Sexual Predators.
I Am Asking You And Others, To Please Consider, Propose And Pass A New Stricter, Tougher Law, That States, Any Crime Committed Against Any Person Under 18, Is An Automatic Life In Prison, With No Plea Bargaining For A Lighter Sentences, Or A Chance Of Parole.
We Have To Get These People Off Our Streets, Sexual Predators Do Not Have A Disease Or Sickness, Because A Disease Or Sickness Can Be Treated Or Cured.
These People Do What They Do Because They Want To, Not Because They Are Ill, Children Are To Paedophiles, Like Whiskey Is To A Alcoholic, They Rarely Only Commit One Crime.
You Waste Billions Every Year To Other Countries That Hate Us As Americans, WHY?, Use That Wasted Money For The Federal Prisons To Hold These Sexual Predators.
How Many More Of America's Children Must Die Before Something Is Done, You All, Say That Our Children Are Our Future, PROVE IT, PROTECT THEM.
Life Must Mean Life For Sex Abusers Of Helpless And Innocent Children, And The Sentences Must Prevent Crime And Deter Sex Offenders.
As most teenagers would know, Habbo Hotel is a very popular site for people over the age of 13. It is a very fun site with lots of things to do, mainly socializing. People use it to have fun and make new friends around the age genre of 13 - 18.
It has come to my attention that Channel 4 have written an article about habbo, who are claiming it to be lurking with Sex Predators around every corner. They had reported that someone had been undercover as an 11 Year old girl, which is not suitable for Habbo since it is a TEENAGE Hangout. Meaning people over the age of 13.
What also has made me angry is that they went to rooms SPECIFICALLY for DATING and attracting Cyber Sex! Such as: Kissing booths, Single rooms, Night clubs, Beds, Sexy Single rooms, Boys & girls dating rooms etc. They did not investigate the other side of habbo which is about having fun with your friends to pass the time.
Please, I hope you sign this petition to stop it getting Shut Down in the future if they take this out of hand.

3. We NEED a FAIRER JUSTICE SYSTEM
In the UK, our justice system always seems to favour the offenders. By offenders we mean paedophiles, child abusers and domestic abusers and those who are charged with obsession of child 'porn'.
These abusers more often than not get lenient sentences with lots of support to get 'their' lives back on track when their victims get none. They also recieve luxuries in prison such as gyms, TV's etc with many finishing their low sentencing with a new i.d and a new life at the cost of tax payers money.
This is while their victims receive nothing and help is minimal, leaving them to cope with the aftermath of their abuse and the prejudice which accompanies it.
4. For The Rights of Survivors & The Safe Guarding of All Our Children
Paedophiles and rapists yesterday won the right to have their names removed from the Sex Offenders Register in a landmark human rights ruling.
Appeal Court judges ruled sex offenders who no longer pose a threat should be given the chance to have their names wiped off the police database. The decision has outraged victims’ groups who fear sexual predators will commit further crimes without any restrictions or supervision of their movements.
The case comes after two convicted sex attackers, including a child rapist, went to the High Court arguing that being on the register for life was a breach of their human rights.
5. Protect Vulnerable Children Overseas
As seen on BBC Two programme 'The Paedophile Hunters' (Sunday 30 January 2011, 10pm) the UK has no legislation for investigating paedophiles overseas.
Many perverted people travel to less developed countries like Cambodia, as featured in the documentary, to groom children as young as 4 and to sexually abuse them.
The United States and most recently Australia have produced legislation to help protect these children.
We as yet do not have any similar agency in the UK to search for these people, gather evidence and bring them to trial in the UK.
This is something that should be changed and by signing this petition we hope to lobby the UK government to create a law to protect children from British citizens who travel overseas to abuse children.
6. Scrap Parental Responibility Rights For All Convicted Paedophiles
Current legislation states sex offenders who have committed sex offences against children still have Parental Responsibility Rights to their own children.
With your help we are starting this petition which will hopefully bring about a change in the current laws and prevent sex offending parents/guardians from having any rights whatsoever over children including their own.
Despite being jailed, prevention orders, signing the sex offenders register they still maintain these rights.
Why should the innocent parents/guardians have to pay legal fees or represent themselves to prevent the abusers from having access or rights over their children ? Why should they justify their actions in protecting their children ?
This is blatantly cruel and costly for those to whom the damage has been done.
Lets get this law changed to automatically scrap their parental responsibilities.
This petition has been created due to the e-petitions via number10.gov.uk/new being reviewed and apparently being relaunched later in 2010.
Therefore previous e-petitions concerning this matter and a numerous of other's have been closed so therefore these signatures have been lost.
7. Close Linden Bank Bail Hostel for the safety of our children
It has come to light via the national and local press that Linden Bank Bail Hostel now holds high risk sex offenders and paedophiles. The hostel is located opposite a park, within half a mile of two primary schools, within a mile of two secondary schools and a number of nurseries.
Sandbach is to small of a community to house these sort of high risk offenders and an alarming number of incidents are currently being reported in the area.
8. Jared's Law Maximum Mandatory Sentencing In Crimes Against Children

A report of child abuse is made ever 3.5 SECONDS! The average time served for crimes against children is 3.5years! Even to go as far as to beating to death a persons own children can land them as little as probation! When are we going to stop this? When are we going to save enough is enough!
60% of people reoffend in just the first thirty six months, 33% of victims repeat the cycle, and 56% of victims end up imprisoned for other crimes, which they hold the abuse accountable for.
Just think about the first two figures if there are 906,000 child abusers (we know there are many more now, but I will use this figure as out of the 3million cases these were the ones which led to a conviction) 33% would repeat the cycle which is 298,980, and 60% of the 906,000 of them reoffend, that is 543,600. Out of the 543,600, 179,388 will go on to repeat the cycle meaning that we now have 1,384,368 abusers and 1,927,968 victims. Now this is just assuming that the abuser has ONE victim.
Okay now let’s look if Jared's Law was in place, 906,000 abusers, locked up, but before they do they abuse 906,000, these children go on to repeat the cycle 289,980 will offend - 33% would repeat the cycle which is 98,663 which equals to 1,294,643 , this would decrease every year. So if Jared's Law as in place not only would it have saved 633,325 children from abuse, but the rate of Drug and Alcohol addictions would decrease,
Teenage pregnancies would
Petty crime would
As would violent crimes 30% of Abuse survivors are incarcerated for these crimes
The mental health issues drop.

10. Public Data Base on Convicted Sex Offenders and Paedophiles
It is an expectation of each individual to maintain and promote a safe environment for all children and for those who are unable to defend themselves.
It should be an obligation of our government to provide reasonable information that will benefit those of us who are caring for our future, those who are our children.
In achieving a safe environment it should be expected that our government make freely available a database listing convicted sex offenders and paedophiles. It should be without hesitation that such a database be available not just to a select few but to the whole of Australia and so that all socio-economic backgrounds can benefit without financial discrimination.
11. Police Checks and Bans on Paedophiles Applying for Access to Freightforwarding Industry
Paedophiles are known to be able to access two significant and extensive points of communication that cross local and international boundaries. That is, Freight Forwarding and Ham Radio. These two points of communication provide paedophiles with largely uncontrolled open slather to individuals including information of families business personnel credit card details private home data [dates of birth home addresses and telephone numbers family members number of children where schooled private interests et al] as well as Shipping and Trucking data including access to Customs and Government.
Not realising the dangers of a paedophile in the Freightforwarding business it is open slather for the paedophile as is access to and use of Ham Radio that reaches innocent people with children throughout the world as well as locally in Australia.
I call for Police checks and Bans on paedophiles in these areas vital to human existence, movement and well-being.
