1. Transformers The Ride; Orlando Florida; Make it happen
Universal Studios as of this point has yet to announce any confirmation on plans for a Transformers the Ride to come to Universal Studios Orlando.
All evidence so far is showing that the park is producing more rides and other themed attractions which are aimed at a younger audience. While the other two parks Singapore and Hollywood have got the ride.
There is a very popular audience that is behind the Transformers franchise as it has been proven in many news reports that the Hollywood ride has proven popular with people who have attendees at the park even in its first week of opening.
As everyone knows Florida is one of the main holiday spots in the whole of America and this would help to improve tourism and help attracted people that are not able to attend in the theme park in California.
2. Orlando Magic Spanish Radio Commentator
For close to a decade the Orlando Magic basketball team has had a Spanish radio game "color commentator" working with play-by-play announcer Joey Colon.
To our (the Hispanic fans and listeners) surprise and for no apparent reason this year the Spanish radio game "color commentator" position was eliminated. The position of "color commentator" has been filled by ex-NBA player Ramon Rivas for the last seven years.
This change only affected the Spanish radio games, as the English radio announcer Dennis Neumann and game "color commentator" Rich Adubato continue to work the games.
This action of the Orlando Magic Management is unfair and disrespectful towards us, Central Florida's Hispanic community and loyal fans of the Orlando Magic.
*** As of November 22nd, 2011 families were notified the 2012 c/o Colonial HS will have their graduation at the Amway Center on June 4th at 8pm.
Colonial High School has held its graduation at the Amway Arena and the reinvented Amway Center for over a decade.
Previous locations have not been able to accommodate the families coming to support their loved ones who are graduating. All families and friends should have an opportunity to share this moment.
Any location, aside from the Amway, will put a limit on the people a student can invite to this monumental occasion in a person's life.
For 13 years, students have strived to reach the stage they will walk to receive their diploma. Asking students to downsize the location and limit the list of supporters is immensely difficult and unfair.
Students have family members who graduated at Amway. Thus, creating a tradition. Again, putting a limit on the supporters allowed is absurd when before it was unlimited. The 2012 seniors beg that their graduation location is moved from the UCF Arena to the Amway.
In fact, it will be beneficial to have Colonial's celebration on Monday, June 4th, at 8pm opposed to it's current time of 3pm on a Tuesday, which teachers, students and working family members cannot make in time.

4. Stop Progress Energy Increased Rates
Progress Energy has recently increased their bills causing people to pay twice their normal bills to pay for the construction of a nuclear power plant in Tampa, Florida. Nuclear power is very dangerous, and to place one in a populated area is indisputably reckless.
The cost of the plant is 17 billion dollars and Progress Energy currently serves 1.7 million people. This means that the price each household will pay (if split evenly) is 10,000 dollars. At the current rate, a little less that 8 percent (115.32 annually), this increase will be in effect for nearly 87 years unless more increases are to come to speed up the process. That's 87 years of these intense conditions, and in order to reduce the time, the payments must increase even more.
If you think it doesn't apply to you because you don't live in Florida think again. President Obama stated on February 16th "Investing in nuclear energy remains a necessary step" and "this is only the beginning." He plans to create nuclear power plants all over the US saying each one will create thousands of construction jobs with only 800 being permanent.
5. Stop Supporting Disney or any of its Subsidiaries!
The Walt Disney Company has been getting away with too much, too long. Walt was a great man, very family oriented, and had very great things in mind for the company.
I am sure he would not want his company to be buying Miramax films, who released very nasty films such as KIDS (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KIDS) and don't let the distributing companies fool you- this movie was originally bought by Miramax! Bob and Harvey Weinstein created Miramax. They also created the Excaliber Company, to release films that got over an R rating (a rating that Disney says Miramax can't go over).
But don't them fool you- the Disney execs LOVE Miramax's films. Why? Money of course!
Disney also bought Hollywood Records that released songs titled "F----- Up" and sends Marijuana Bongs to radio stations to get them to play their songs.
And don't get me started on Gay Day. Disney claims that they have no dealings with Gay Day, but however they let them pass out fliers at the gates with pictures of Mickey and Donald holding hands with a twinkle in their eyes. Disney lets them do this! If they will sue Florida daycare centers because they painted Disney characters on the walls, but they don't sue over something like this- you can tell there is something going on there.
If you would like to read more, I encourage you to read "Disney; the Mouse Betrayed" by Peter and Rochelle Schwietzer.
If you would like to take another step and call or write Disney, I encourage you to.

6. Protect Children From Universal Orlando Resort's Obscene Billboard Campaigns
All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent.
- Thomas Jefferson
If you are a concerned citizen who wants to protect young children from objectionable billboard ads, sign this petition today to inform both Universal Orlando Resort and Clear Channel Outdoor that you demand cessation of the provocative “Bloody Mary” billboard campaign as well as all future billboard campaigns that feature objectionable and obscene content.
Universal Orlando Resort and Clear Channel Outdoor, the billboard company displaying the ads, have glamorized graphic violence intended for mature consumption and demonstrated an intentional and blatant disregard for children, family values and community standards.
Universal Orlando Resort is currently justifying its billboards under First Amendment privileges and an official company position that the campaign complies with community standards, despite contrary media coverage as well as outspoken requests from concerned citizens and local government leaders to revise the offending billboard campaign. The official public relations mantra of the company, “Universal Orlando is staying within the range of what is acceptable to the community,” is apparently ignorant or ill-informed.
For the record, it should be noted that Universal Orlando Resort boldly admits the campaign is DELIBERATELY designed to shock citizens and their children as outlined in their corporate press release issued on August 26, 2008 which states:
“Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights billboards will use a combination of creativity and sheer scare-factor to introduce a new face behind the horror; a new presence at the event. That presence will take Halloween Horror Nights – and its billboards – to entirely new levels…The new billboards will be creative. They will be provocative. They will be larger-than-life. They will push the art form – and reaction to that art – to places other theme park billboards will not go.”
Universal Orlando Resort premeditated an advertising campaign that was specifically designed to ignite controversy with the apparent goal of generating revenue for Halloween Horror Nights at the expense of the minds and emotional well-being of Orlando’s children.
Concerned citizens simply can’t flip the TV channel or turn the “Bloody Mary” billboard off as they drive by with their children, day after day, on their way to school. This is the issue, that images intended for a mature audience are being thrust upon the minds and hearts of our children with no avenue of escape.
A visual reference of the “Bloody Mary” billboard is featured in the recent Orlando Sentinel article published on September 4, 2008 entitled “Moms to Universal Orlando: ‘Bloody Mary’ billboards too horrible,” and can be seen at http://www.orlandosentinel.com/business/orl-universal0408sep04,0,3893148.story
It is the purpose of this petition to inform the City of Orlando to take dramatic action in controling the homeless, on Lake Dot Circle, which have become relentless in their pursue for money, food, or anything of value.
We demand the City of Orlando and hold them responsible to ensure the safety of its citizens! Note we are concerned for the safety of our children and the children at the Kwanni's Club day care (on Lake Dot Circle).
8. Stop the Deportation of Charles Sisnett
This petition is for an elderly man that was released from a Florida state prison only to be held by Immigration to be deported back to his birth country. He no longer knows anyone there. All family is here in the USA.
9. Let Dale Earnhardt rest in peace:stop the release of autopsy photos
The Orlando sentinel in Florida are trying to get Dale Earnhardt's autopsy photos released to the public and the family and fans are trying to stop this.
