1. Facebook: Stop Blocking us from sending friend requests 
I started this petition because I am sick of facebook blocking me from sending friends requests. Sometimes I get blocked even if I haven't sent any requests.
How are we supposed to become friends with someone or even get to know them if we get blocked from sending friends requests to people we don't know?! That's the point to becoming friends, send a request!
2. Arrest Our Elected Members of Congress for illegally not passing a budget
It is written in the US Constitution that Congress must pass a budget. No budget has been passed in over 4 years.
Clearly Illegal.
1. Obama and unrepentant terrorist William Ayers misappropriated over 300 million dollars in donations meant for the education of Chicago’s minority students. They routed the money to Obama’s community activist buddies who then tried to turn the students in radicals. The program was a total failure.
2. Obama, as an Illinois State Senator, redirected tens of millions in Illinois tax dollars to Valerie Jarrett and Tony Rezko, to provide housing for low income families. They returned the favor with political donations. The housing units were built with cheap materials and labor and are uninhabitable after a mere 10 years of use.
3. Obama accepted millions in illegal campaign contributions from foreign credit cards after the credit card filters used to screen out foreign money, was switched off. This also allowed domestic donors, who were over the legal limit, to contribute more.
4. Obama and SecState Clinton’s efforts to bring the US under the UN’s Small Arms Treaty are direct violations of the Second Amendment of the US Constitution.
5. Obama attempted to move control of the Census Bureau from the Commerce Department to the White House, to be managed by then Chief of Staff Rahm Emmanuel.
6. Obama had provided under the radar amnesty to illegal immigrants by allowing ICE Director John Morton to prohibit ICE officers from enforcing US immigration laws.
7. Obama allowed USAG Holder to ignore the violation of US immigration laws in the sanctuary cities, i.e.,San Francisco, etc.
8. Obama has failed to defend US soil in Arizona as Mexican troops bring illegals and drugs into the USA, crossing the border doing so. This is a direct violation of Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution.
9. Obama illegally fired the IG Walpin for investigating Obama’s buddy, Mayor Kevin Johnson (Sacramento), for fraud (850K) with AmeriCorps.
10. Obama is in contempt of Federal court for his illegal oil drilling moratorium in the Gulf.
11. Obama spent a month as the UN Security Council Chair in 2009, which raises the question of his conflict of interest between the US and the UN. This is also likely a violation of his Oath of Office as the UN conflicts with our Constitution on many levels, i.e., LOST, UN Small Arms ban, etc.
12. Obama signed an EO in December 2009 that allows Interpol to operate in the US without oversight by Congress, courts, FBI, or local law enforcement.
13. Obama and SecState Clinton misappropriated, er, used $23 million in US taxpayer funds to help Obama’s homeland of Kenya move to a communist nation where the freedom of speech, private property rights, and other rights are subservient to “social justice”. This includes the fact that the Kenyan constitution adopted Sharia Law, which violates the basic human rights of women.
14. Obama was likely involved with then Governor Rod Blagojevich to try and sell his Illinois Senate seat, i.e., pay to play. Jesse Jackson Jr is under investigation for it and it appears that Valerie Jarrett might also have been involved.
15. Obama ran a website that asked Americans to report on other Americans, in the area of ObamaKare, using whitehouse.gov and taxpayer money to do so. He repeated this with AttackWatch.
16. Obama got onto the Indiana ballot through voter fraud in 2008.
17. Obama sealed all of his records that would show that he is possibly an illegal president, that he is feloniously using a false SSN, that his draft registration number is false, that his Fulbright award was falsely awarded as Obama claimed foreign student status, and that his student aid was falsely obtained.
18. Obama violated the Constitution by firing the GM CEO.
19. Obama violated bankruptcy laws by forcing GM bondholders to accept millions of dollars in losses of money that they were legally entitled to.
20. Obama violated bankruptcy laws by awarding the UAW with a share of GM and Chrysler during their bankruptcy proceedings.
21. Obama bought votes for ObamaKare with acts like, “Cornhusker Kickback”, “Louisiana Purchase” and the DoI increasing water allocations toCalifornia’sCentral Valley. This brought in the votes of Dennis Cardoza and Jim Costa, both Democrat holdouts.
22. Obama lied about Americans being able to keep their healthcare coverage if they wanted to. ObamaKare is already forcing them out of their current coverage.
23. Obama attempted to bribe Joe Sestak with a job offer in order to get him to drop out of the Senate race against Arlen Specter.
24. Obama bypassed Congress and told the EPA to set carbon emission standards.
25. Obama forced BP to pony up a $20 billion slush fund to compensate Gulf Coast businesses and residents affected by the BP oil spill. It was administered by one of Obama’s political appointees and there is NO Congressional oversight.
26. Obama did nothing to Holder (abetted a felony) when Holder refused to prosecute two New Black Panther Party members for brandishing weapons in front of a voting location in Filthadelphia. A direct violation of the voters Civil Rights.
27. Obama bypassed the Senate with a recess appointment of Donald Berwick as the head of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Violates policy.

29. Obama illegally fired Sherry Sherrod from the USDA over remarks she made at an NAACP meeting in March 2010. He violated her due process.
30. Obama violated contractual law when his regime cancelled 77 oil field development contracts previously approved by Interior Secretary Ken Salazar, under Bush 43’s administration. This keeps us from extracting from 2-3 TRILLION barrels of oil.
31. Obama used the DHS to determine the political affiliation of Americans making FOIA requests about the Regime. This led to requests being stalled, lost, etc.
32. Obama instigated a revolution in Egypt against an ally in the War on Terror.
33. Obama violated the War Powers Act of 1973 by conducting a war against Libya without Congressional authorization.
34. Obama lied to the American people when he said that there were no US troops on the ground in Libya and then later said they were only “logistical troops.”
35. Obama acted in April 2009, at the G20 meeting, to expand the Special Drawing Rights, that now gives the IMF more control over the US economy.
36. Obama gave missile codes to British Trident missiles to Russia.
37. Obama passed the Dream Act through an executive order, bypassing Congress again. DREAM is: Development, Relief and Education for Alien Minors.
38. Obama gave taxpayer funds to Solyndra (amongst others).
39. Obama issued an EO on July 12, 2011, attempting to restrict the Second Amendment rights of US citizens in Texas, California, New Mexico and Arizona.
40. Obama’s allowed the FCC to assume authority over the internet, in direct violation of a federal appeals court that DENIED the commission that authority. In December, the FCC voted and passed the first federal regulations on internet traffic.
41. Obama allows the DHS/TSA to routinely violate the 4th/5th Amendment rights of Americans at airports, train stations, and VIPER checkpoints.
42. Obama allows the DOJ in 2009 to stop enforcing federal drug laws in regards to marijuana.
43. Obama allows the DOJ to refuse to enforce the Defense of Marriage Act.
44. Obama attempted to bypass Congress and raise the Debt Ceiling by “reinterpreting” the 14th Amendment.
45. Obama just bypassed the Senate AGAIN by appointing Richard Cordray to a new unconstitutional agency, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Violates policy.

46. Obama deprived the due process of two U.S.citizens, Anwar al-Awlaki and Samir Khan, by assassinating them via a CIA drone attack in Yemen on Sept. 30, 2011. This also raises the question of an act of war against Yemen for firing into a sovereign nation. Obama said in 2008: “No. I reject the Bush Administration’s claim that the President has plenary authority under the U.S. Constitution to detainU.S.citizens without charges as unlawful enemy combatants.”
47. Obama allowed Education Secretary Arne Duncan to grant waivers to No Child Left Behind however, this is a law enacted by Congress and neither Obama nor Duncan have the authority to authorize that.

4. We support Staff Sgt Jordan Pritchard
Valley marine calls himself to duty at an Elementary school. Sgt. Craig Pusley wears his desert camo fatigues... no weapons... just him. Took it upon himself to go to the nearby school and stand watch outside. The school loved it. The principal thanked him. No pay.. no breaks... just his heart felt need to do this. His reward?
Marine Corp Reservists says he violated protocol bt wearing his fatigues and not his dress uniform in public. Facing $10,000 fine and 5 years in prison. Also getting a "dishonorable" stamp on his "honorable" discharge. He served 2 tours in iraq, in Baghdad and Ramadi. One in Helmand province of Afghanistan before leaving active duty.
5. Arm Teachers to protect Children in Schools
Since the year 2000 we have witnessed 77 shootings in schools around the US leaving 165 students and educators dead.
This situation is intolerable and something must be done to end the madness! We can no longer leave students as sheep in a slaughter pen, they must be protected in the only way murderers understand and that is DEFENSE!

The Sandy Hook Elementary shooting has made countries all over the world mourn for those children and adults lost.
The parents who have lost their children are now trying to stand back up and be strong. But they can't do it without our support.

9. Petition Against Racism at Shell Oil Station
A recent photo circulating on Facebook shows an effigy of President Obama with a noose around his neck. In the background there is an indication that this racist expression was done onsite of a business reported to be in Orlando Florida.
10. Like my Vote: Allow voting on facebook for the presidential election
Facebook is the most used social network on the world wide web today with an average of approximately 1.01 Billion users per month. It's used to advertise, reconnect with family and friends as well as campaign for any political office.
Why not go one step further and allow the American people to cast the vote on Voting day via Facebook. You can pay bills, watch, television, go to school and so many other things via the Internet, why not make it easy for someone to cast their vote for their candidate via a secure app on Facebook.
There are so many Facebook users that would love to vote but for various reasons may not be able to physically get out to do it. Facebook would give them that chance. Facebook was flooded during the presidential debates. Imagine if every one of those users were able to cast their vote and really take part of their American Right. The turnout would be tremendous. The American voice would definitely be heard.
Universal Studios Orlando, owned by NBC has currently put out a show during their "Halloween Horror Nights" in which the cast openly defames presidential candidate Mitt Romney in what can only be described as a disgusting display.
Universal is well aware that children are in the audience, but does not seem to care.

This is far from the first incident for NBC. Their "Nickelodeon" recently had an issue when one of their so called actors who did a voice over for the new, "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" show, posted some vulgar and disgusting statements on "Twitter" about Paul Ryan's wife and showed how he feel's about women. This was easily accessed from the Nickelodeon web site that promoted the show, and kids could see it. But NBC did nothing about it.
Let them know. Enough is enough. They want to be vulgar and rude and disgusting. We'll keep our money and go elsewhere.

For the entire Presidential Candidacy of Barack Obama, the Mainstream Media has hidden the details of his background, his beliefs and his radical associations with America hating communist and even convicted terrorist. They know that any of his known associations and anti-colonialist convictions would instantly derail Obama's chance of re-election.
After seeing "2016: Obama's America" I decided something has to be done. I believe the more people that see this movie the more people that will have a true understanding of Obama's true motivation.
13. Colorado Shooting Justice/ Challenge to Presidential Candidates
Our hearts have gone out to those affected in the wake of the recent tragedy in Colorado. We may know who committed the crime, but no reason will ever be justifiable. Time will pass, but the stolen lives of the victims can play a role in the future.
As is common with such horrific rampages, we cannot help but ponder what –if any- preventive actions could have been taken. The debate here is lively, with many believing this instance, and others like it, lack a pattern and thus cannot be prevented. The events may be random and relatively few in proportion to the safety we usually encounter in our daily lives, but these mass shootings are not a mere generational event, an unheard-of travesty. Fort Hood, Virginia Tech, and now Colorado are all examples of mass shootings that have occurred since the turn of the 21st century, and various others exist beside them, unfortunately.
As it stands currently, no limit exists on the amount of guns or ammunition available to our citizens. Does this mean we must accept the threat of individuals taking innocent lives whenever they should choose to? Every life is precious and should be protected as such.
Allowing weapons to repeatedly fall into the hands of dangerous individuals is certainly not something that should be tolerated. Our country would be wise to re-evaluate how citizens attain firearms, considering that it could save countless lives.
Gun control has provoked abundant controversy in the political realm. Many Americans feel defensive about altering gun control policies in fear that their second amendment right will be somehow inhibited. The second amendment gives each citizen of the USA the fundamental right to bear arms and this petition does not believe it should be tampered with. This petition proposes new procedures that will coincide with our constitution’s beliefs. Nevertheless, all Americans also share the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and a ruthless gunmen should not infringe on these in any way.
Anyone who possesses or has experience with firearms is aware of their power and the responsibility of their usage. A breathalyzer can keep an inebriated driver off the road and save a life. Maybe it has saved yours or someone you love. You never know. The same principle applies to wielding a weapon. Precautionary measures can stop unnecessary disasters, and the same relates to guns.
The heartbreaking injustice that occurred in Colorado cannot be undone, but it can rest as the foundation for safety in our further generations. Barack Obama and Mitt Romney have both given their condolences, but not addressed future measures to be undertaken. This brings me to my proposition: I challenge 2012 Presidential candidates Barack Obama and Mitt Romney to discuss and introduce ideas on new policies in their campaigns that will provide greater security in firearm/ammunition distribution.
Any candidate can offer condolences; only an innovative leader can respond in a concerned and timely manner to satisfy his commitment to our country. It is simple to ask only one of the men to do so, but this incident is something each should address in the hopes of leading our nation.

15. Tell Speaker Boehner: Defund Obamacare Now!
A ‘Judas Moment’, that's what some are calling Justice John Roberts great betrayal of America’s trust when he cast his lot with the liberals to uphold Obamacare.
‘Ten pieces of silver’ or not, Robert’s ruling for Obamacare is a total disaster. It must be stopped!
Our elected leaders must reject Obamacare at every turn until the day voters plunge a wooden stake through the heart of this unconstitutional monstrosity.
We appreciate Speaker Boehner's willingness to vote again on the full repeal of ObamaCare. But there is more we can do in Congress. It's called Defund Obamacare, and it won't cost the taxpayers a penny!

16. Standard Examiner Owes Huntsville Residents an Apology for Inaccurate Reporting
On July 4th, 2012, Huntsville Town continued the tradition of outstanding Independence Day celebrations. It was a wonderful day full of activities. The races, games, and booths were fun. The parade was fun and entertaining. The food, especially the famous “Breakfast in the Park”, was outstanding. The melodrama and videos were entertaining. The flag raising and retirement ceremonies were moving, and the Patriotic program brought tears to our eyes with Keith Renstrom, a veteran of some of the bloodiest battles of the Pacific in WWII, as one of the speakers. We celebrated this country, our heritage, and those who have sacrificed so much for our country. Many volunteers gave so much time and effort bringing about this successful celebration.
Imagine our shock when we saw the Friday morning edition of the Standard Examiner. Front page headline news, “Paradegoers Sickened”. We thought, “what parade is the Standard talking about?” It could not have been the Huntsville parade. As we read the article, we found so much that was wrong, inaccurate, and misleading. The Standard Examiner’s article created contention, hate, and anger, which were unleashed against the Mayor, Town council members, and the people of Huntsville. The mayor and councilmembers immediately began receiving a barrage of phone calls and e-mails full of hate, anger, and threats, from people on all sides of the issue, based on false information published by the Standard Examiner.
Numerous media outlets began calling, asking for statements about the float. The mayor and city council members were immediately asked to respond to something they had not seen and were unfamiliar with, as they were in another section of the parade. Their initial responses were to claims being presented to them which were false. KSL’s Doug Wright seemed upset that he did not get an immediate response from Huntsville Town during his Friday morning show. Huntsville town has no professional public relations department. The mayor and town councilmembers are not professional politicians and serve in their spare time. They receive one dollar a year and each receives a check for four dollars at the end of their term. There are no full time employees. The town hall was fully remodeled by volunteers as are many other projects in Huntsville. This is how Huntsville operates. Huntsville was totally unprepared for the media onslaught brought on by the Standard Examiner.
The float was not hateful, threatening, or racist. It spoofed President Obama’s presidential campaign, Eric Holder with “Fast and Furious”, and the Secret Service South America escapades. Why was DeDe Fluette quoted so extensively when so much of what she said was wrong? The Will Ferrell song “Ladies Man”, which according to the Standard contains the line “The time has come to kill the ladies man” was never played. “Hail to the Chief” and parts of Bee Gee’s “Staying Alive” was played for a dance routine. The back of the float did not say “Plan B: Assault Guns”. It said “Ask about our assault gun plan. Call Eric Holder.” The Standard Examiner turned a reference to “Fast and Furious” to a threat against the President which was completely false. There were no “scantily clad white women”. The girls were wearing jeans and t-shirts. The picture floated around the media of masked Obama grabbing his zipper is also misrepresented. Even the photographer said the picture was taken during a fluid dance move. For the media to try to portray anything crude or of a sexual nature from this float is wrong.
Why was Donn Owen quoted saying that wearing an Obama mask is “racist”? If you can wear a Nixon/Clinton/Bush mask, you can wear an Obama mask. For years we have had fun with current events and politicians. Richard Nixon, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Sarah Palin, Janet Reno, and others have been parodied. Republicans have laughed at spoofs on George Bush and democrats have laughed at spoofs on Bill Clinton. It is good and healthy when we can laugh at ourselves. We believe it is American tradition to laugh at ourselves, especially during difficult times. We also believe it is wrong to act out of hate, spite, and anger, or to ever threaten anyone.
If anyone was really upset by this float, we are sorry. But, we also feel the only way anyone could take something wrong from this float is to really misinterpret what was presented or to have read the Standard Examiner’s articles. There was never any “hush over the crowd” as the float went by. There was laughter and cheers throughout the entire parade. Out of almost eight thousand people, only a few felt the float was wrong. If 99% of the people are happy, we think we have done pretty well.
If there was any hate, anger, racism, or threats, it started with the media, particularly the Standard Examiner. How such a poorly researched article, full of inaccuracies and falsehoods, could make the front page is incomprehensible. Only one item was corrected in the next day’s article. Paradegoers were not “sickened”. They had a wonderful day and enjoyed the entire parade. For a couple of individuals and the Standard Examiner to report anything else is inaccurate.
We feel the Standard Examiner owes an apology to Huntsville, especially the mayor and city council, the organizers of the Huntsville 4th of July celebration, the parade organizers, and Standard Examiner readers. We realize an apology may come the same day you read front page headline news “Standard Examiner Readers Sickened Over Tuesday’s Editorial”.

Tell Rick Perry and the Texas Legislature that you want the benefit of federally-subsidized in Texas.
Politicians are notoriously focused on promting their and there wealthy patrons best interest but this is worse. Rick Perry's proclamation that Texans will not be allowed to participate in federally-funded healthcare - placing his aspirations to be a Tea Party icon before the interest of Texans, is an act that has the effect of diminishing the welfare of Twxans without healthcare.
Despite years of their governing, Texas remains at the bottom of the bowl when it comes to the education, health, and welfare of Its people. Tell them you have had enough!

Regardless, once this Afro/American team realized you are so deathly afraid of being called a racist that you will not even challenge them with the fact Sheriff Arpaio's law enforcement team has verified probable cause exists Obama’s birth certificate and selective service registration form are both forgeries, Obama, Holder and the entire Democrat Party know damn well you will never seriously challenge them on anything they choose to do. Therefore they appropriately view you 3, in which the constitutional investigative authority resides, as nothing but cowards and co-conspirators who surrendered your constitutional responsibility over to them simply because you are afraid you will be called a racist.
