Currently our anime programming consists of two hours on Mondays from 11 PM to 1 AM (all times Eastern) on Sci Fi, 4 AM Tuesdays on IFC and from 12:30 to 6 AM Saturdays on CN's Adult Swim. Where is the rest we were promised years ago?
Sure we have AniMondays but whtever became of Encore Action's (Starz) AniMidnight anime shows and films? Gone. We used to have anime all night Saturdays and Sundays. Gone. I remember a promise of weekday anime shows from Turner who runs CN. They promised us a return to the old Rurouni Kenshin and InuYasha and Sailor Moon of bygone years but nothing was ever done about it! Anime is so popular now that it would behoove giants like ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, etc. to include anime in its lineup. Sponsors would flock to these mogul networks to post ads.
Anime is becoming more and more difficult to find on home videos. Indeed most must be purchased online mainly from Japan. We miss our anime so please help Naruto (see pix) and all his anime friends to come back to us. They have been away far too long! Thank you so much my friends. 2. Stop Newpath Networks LLC from installing a wireless facility in our neighborhood 
Newpath Network LLC is making a proposal to erect a wireless communications facility, on the West side of N 112th Place at East Jenan Drive. The pre-application is going through the approval process and final plans have yet to be approved by the City of Scottsdale.
Why you will be affected:
• Recent studies indicate that people who live near cell phone or microwave towers have higher rates of cancer.
• Studies of people who live next to microwave towers indicate they suffer from headaches, insomnia, fatigue, nausea, dizziness.
• The tower may decrease your home’s property value.
3. Benazir Bhutto : May Her Soul Rest in Peace
Pakistan former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto has died after a suicide bombing that killed at least 14 of her supporters, ex-government spokesman Tariq Azim Khan and Pakistan's primary television networks said.
Bhutto is helped from her vehicle following the October 18 suicide attack on her motorcade.
1 of 2 Bhutto suffered bullet wounds in the aftermath of the bomb attack, TV networks report.
Video of the scene just moments before the explosion showed Bhutto stepping into a heavily-guarded vehicle to leave the rally.
Khan said while it appeared Bhutto was shot, it was unclear if her bullet wounds were caused by a shooting or shrapnel from the bomb.
The suicide attack left at least 14 dead and 40 injured, Khan told CNN in a telephone interview.
The attacker is said to have detonated a bomb as he tried to enter the rally where thousands of people gathered to hear Bhutto speak, police said.
Video from the scene of the blast broadcast from Geo TV showed wounded people being loaded into ambulances.
Up to 20 people are dead, the report said.
Earlier, four supporters of former Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif died when members of another political party opened fire on them at a rally near the Islamabad airport Friday, local police said.
Several other members of Sharif's party were wounded, police added.
While President Pervez Musharraf has promised free and fair parliamentary elections next month, continued instability in the tribal areas and the threat of attack on large crowds has kept people from attending political rallies and dampened the country's political process.
Campaigners from various political groups say fewer people are coming out to show their support due to government crackdowns and the threat of violence.
4. Release Rent Control (Starring Brent Spiner) on DVD
Brent Spiner (best known as Data from Star Trek: TNG) has an extensive movie, TV, and theatre career, so he has many fans.
Unfortunately, he's only starred in one movie: Rent Control (the 1981 version).
The problem with that is no one can find it anywhere. It's not on Amazon, eBay, Netflix, or any other websites, so most fans have never seen it.
They probably never will unless someone re-releases it, and that is the target of this petition.
5. Placement of anti-bullying cirriculum in Putnam City Public Schools
Bullying is a form of victimization, or abuse, and it is wrong. Children should be able to attend school or take part in activities without fear of being harassed, assaulted, belittled, or excluded.
Studies show that 15%-25% of children are bullied at school with frequency. The children being bullied may have reduced self-esteem or depression, drop in school performance. Some emotional scars from bullying can be lifelong. Young people who bully are more likely to miss school or drop out. 60% of boys who were bullies in middle school had at least one criminal conviction by the age of 24.
Bullying creates a climate of fear and disrespect in schools and has a negative impact on student learning.
6. Get Rid Of Quizmania & Midnight Zoo
August 7, 2006
Night owl TV watchers in Australia are angry at the lack of selection after midnight on all 3 commercial networks in Australia.
The Nine Network started screening a version of Channel Ten's "Up-Late Game Show" called "Quizmania".
A week later Seven started their own version "Midnight Zoo". All these shows are exactly the same.
Where's the variety? Channel 31's Fishcam and SBS's Weatherwatch are more interesting then these quiz, and I use that term lightly, shows.
This petition is the try to get the Nine and Seven Networks in Australia to listen to their viewers and act accordingly.

I sent the petition to Channel's Nine & Seven and got a letter back from Channel 7 on October 5th...
Dear Mr Stancliffe
We received your letter dated 29 September 2006 regarding Midnight Zoo.
The final episode of Midnight Zoo goes to air the morning of October 21 2006. After that time, the Seven Network will again be scheduling normal programming including brand new episodes of The Jury and repeats of series 1 and 2 of Lost.
We hope this provides you with the variety on late night TV that you have been missing.
STOP PRESS: LETTERMAN TO GO TO NETWORK TEN
Channel Nine has lost their deal with CBS and Network Ten has struck a deal with them. The Late Show with David Letterman will move from Nine.
In February of 2004 one of my dearest friends' daughter, Mikiala Martinez, was kidnapped from the streets of our hometown, Great Bend, Kansas. Mikiala was then taken to rural Barton County, where these 2 men admittedly beat, shot her and hid her body. Since this heinous crime against this mother of two, James Martinez (Mikis father) and I have been attempting to pass a new Kansas Law that will help us as the public to protect ourselves against these violent offenders.
We are very fortunate to have Representatives John Edmonds and Bob Bethel guiding us through the State House. We feel only military, law enforcement and legislators alike are bestowed with the authority, the ability and have undertaken the duty to protect. Other than this we must protect ourselves.
Public notification regarding the potential risk that accompanies these such violent offenders has been highly understated. Statistics prove the majority of these violent offenders violate parole, there for they violate another innocent being. Noone can protect themselves, their homes or their loved ones from potential danger if they are unaware of its presence.
We feel we have THE RIGHT TO KNOW when such violent offenders are released in our community and we hope you agree. 8. MTV Japan
MTV is launching three new channels for asian americans MTV K, MTV Chi, adn MTV Desi, but they however left us jpop fans out because unfortunately they didn't bother to create an MTV J for us and we don't understand why this is.
The purpose of this petition is to make our voices heard and demand they create an MTV J for us.
9. Stop WWE RAW heat Velocity and the WWE expierience from going off air on Spike TV.
A rumour is out that the WWEs contract with Spike TV should be over in September of 2005 this means every WWE program EXCEPT SmackDown, AfterBurn, Bottom Line, and all WWE paperviews.
If they do go off the air just maybe all WWE programing that was on Spike TV just might go to the USA network Spike TV says "they want to attract core viewers".
Please sign this petition or the WWE programing on spike TV could very well only be seen on syndicated networks (networks that are nearly impossible to find on local listings or on any listing for TV or if you do find them sometimes because of no specific reason it won't be on or it will be on at times like 3:00 AM) but there is a small Chance that it will go to the USA network SMALL chance please sign it alot. and tell everybody you ever met in your whole life to sign it.
10. Bring Back Cartoons, old school and anime!!
Ever Since the 1960, cartoons, especially the ones on mornings and afternoon, were top-notch and keeping the kids happy. But since before and after the new millenium came, all that changed. All we see in weekday mornings and sometimes weekend mornings are the morning news, paid programming, and court shows. Like it or not, Cartoons are our way of life. They help us be happy and teach us to be better people.
If we don't bring back cartoons, the children will have nightmares when they watch the news when another U.S. soldier gets killed in Iraq. Cartoons will not fade away that easily.

11. Stop Little Kids Networks From Airing Drug Addicted People On Their Shows
Little kids networks have beenputting many bad people on their shows, as everyone knows, there is a rumor of Steve Burns, former host of Blue's Clue's having a drug problem. Other very beieveable interviews suggest that the man who played Barney was hiding heavy drugs up his tail. The creators of Tellitubies were long under the ifluence of drugs, and the more recent not as popular kids show, Boobah, was even described by Entertainment Weekly as 'Pshycedelic', and 'On Acid'.
Young children look up to the stars of their favorite shows, and I would like to stop people like these people from being able to appear and/or create shows for younger kids.
Dear (UK) TNA Wrestling Fans,
As you will all know, one of the leading wrestling companys/industrys named TNA, have recently begun booking a new show in the name of TNA Impact. This show is a new kind of entertainment that only TNA can bring unlike other federations like the WWE and other pro and semi-pro federations.
This petition is to try and get a response from UK TNA fans that would enjoy having TNA Impact aired on regional television rather than satellite or sky, which is not available for some people.
Channels like C4 and C5 would benefit from the weekly TNA Impact shows, greatly in my opinion and hopefully many of the people that will sign this petition will think the same.
I am sure that if we presented these two networks with the information and signatures that we will gather, they would happily review the idea of airing TNA Impact shows.

14. Cheaper Sms on all mobile networks worldwide
This Petition Is Very Simple. Its To Get The Mobile Networks Out There To Give Us Cheaper Sms! The Price Of Sms Is Kind Of Cheap But its Not If You Text All The Time. The Balance On Peoples Phones Goes Down Way To Fast. I Want To See The Mobile Networks Drop The Price Of Sms By At Least 5p. They Are Making Far To Much Money Out Of It And With MMS Coming in They Will Be Robbing Us Of Even More Money. So If You Want Cheaper Sms Sign This Petition. :D

15. Elect Showtime to release "Full Frontal Comedy" series DVD
Showtime's Cable Ace award winning stand-up comedy show the best of its kind at the time. Many now famous faces like Tenacious D (Jack Black & Kyle Gass), Jay Mohr, and Joe Rogan were first seen of the show. A DVD collection of the best from this show would for hours fall-out laughter. 17. Boycott the History Channel
We the undersigned do strongly believe that the History Channel(TM) and A&E(TM) Cable Networks have betrayed the trust of Civil War Living Historians in the February 19th airing on the History Channel of "The Unfinished Civil War."
We believe that Civil War Reenactors and Living Historians were grossly misrepresented and used as unwitting pawns in the South Carolina Confederate Flag Debate. The History Channel absurdly represents the reenacting community as being entirely composed of obese, racist, traitorous, uniformed, flag-waving malcontents with little regard for real history. In the "Unfinished Civil War" The History Channel has chosen to rewrite history rather then report it.
