1. Remove Silencing Feature off Neopets.com 
Neopets.com replaced suspending users with a feature in which they silence you for a certain amount of time. 24 hours all the way up to 100+ hours. This feature while intended to benefit their effort to keep communication to a family friendly style, has backfired and is silencing countless loyal users for frivolous reasons.
We want Neopets.com, the TNT Staff and Viacom to remove this suspension program because we feel it is abusing the users of the site. Some users like myself have been members for over ten years and were the victims of this undeserving punishment by having our accounts either wrongfully temporarily silenced or permanently silenced. We feel that this is a ploy to increase or "pump" their user numbers up to increase their advertising and successfulness of the sites user base by making users not use one account but remain active on more than one account. One as their silenced main and the other as their communication account.
We came to neopets years ago as children and now we're the victims of a malicious suspension program that is used in an effort to keep the site accessible to children. We want this site to be appropriate for all ages, profit and remain open so we can enjoy it. But we cannot allow this procedure to continue in which you silence us. It infringes against our freedoms in more than one country of speech.
The Lab ray does not allow all the colors it should have. The lab ray cannot paint pets pirate, royal, baby, plushie, quiguki, and usuki. You have to buy the very rare and expensive overpriced paint brushes to get the color you want.
There are too many rules on that site and it's starting to get to me. Let's say you make a cool layout, you put it where ever you need it and the site says something's not allowd. So you go and fix it and the layout doesn't work....
4. Unfreeze my neopets account!
My neopets account (Which had 160,000 np, tons of trophies, and 10 pirate paintbrushes that I was selling for VERY cheap) got banned for "chain mailing".
I was only having a conversation with my friend! that is NOT a reason to be banned. I hope this gets the neopets team to change their minds.
5. Let the Kids at Neopets Use the Lost Passwords Box!
I have realized how difficult it is at Neopets when a child loses their password and can't use the lost password box to get it back.
This frustrates me, and do not like it!
6. Make neopets poogles not a limited edition
Neopets.com is a very fun addicting kid website. It has tons of games to play, and you can safely talk to people online, and make your own neopet, but there are limited edition neopets, which you can't get very often. that is the sad part. :(
7. Release More Neopets Stamps
There are many Neopets stamps which have been released from contests or sponsors.
Such stamps are greatly diminishing, as they cannot be taken out of the stamp album.
These stamps are highly sought after as they are needed for avatars, and some have only as little as 250 ever released into Neopian circulation.
8. HELP ICETAMER67 GET HER ACCOUNT BACK!
Icetamer67 had her account items stolen. She never logged in to a fake login page or ever gave out her password.
When she noticed her items and Neopoints cleared out she reported it to the Neopets Team only to have her account frozen.
I simply want my old account back with my pets and avatars. Instead of dealing with a problem I reported Neopets simply froze my account.
9. CHANGE NOEPETS BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS! GET RID OF THIS BETA CRAP!
Hello as you probably know neopets is a online game where you create pets and play with other players. On this site you can chat/playgames/and do other fun stuff, BUT TNT(the neopets team)Changed neopets! Into what they call neopets neopets Beta.Now let's all face it,neo NEEDED a face lift, BUT TNT is out of control, I logged on to neo, did my dailys and such and made my new neopet layout!
Took me 3 hours but it turned out great! It showed my personallity/what i like/and that I am an active player who pays atteintion to detail.I log off,then come back to my computer and log on to neopets. I see the changes and Im thinking. "HOW COOL"Neo looks advaced now! BUT then I go to my user lookup.AND WHAT DO I FIND! My layout that I spent HOURS on is erased!And my pets look girly!And the look really cute. Which is ok for you preppy people but for people like me cute dose NOT cut it. My jetsam is so horrid looking I have to morph him into something else, what, I don't know because everything is ugly now!I have a baby pet who looks about the size of not a petpet but a petpetpet! I even attached a petpet for the size diffrence!
The petpet was slightly bigger than her! I also have a faerie buzz,and now his wings are clear and look just like every other buzz only he is purple!What a waste of 3.5 mill! I could of bought a purple paint brush for only 100k!He looks like a fling barney! Another issue.My pet's lookups are messed up. Now where do I put my art.*Ponders*OK and now TNT reached a low, Dressing up your neopets. I know im not the only one who thinks it's a rediculesly STUPID idea!Almost as bad a putting tiny dogs in outfits!Thank god my holloweenlupe was unchanged how ever!But most pets are changed and ugly!
Lutaris look like the have a flat head, Kikos look really bad,Kois look as if there fins are mutating into fist, mutant pets are becoming cute like. Every pet has the same pose as the unpainted ones. And not to menchon the xweetoks giving the finger(they hangout with me too much). OK and If you thoguht THAT was bad ALL the female pets have UGLY eyelashes! And once again too cute/girly for my taste.My hissy looks like a thug,I think he may beat me up.And ALL my neofriends are quitting!Neo never asked us the players if it was OK?With out US the players neo would cese to exist!
P.S.Don't forget to boycott neopets may 1st,Thats stickin it to em' Break the chain!MUHAHAHAH.(What is becomeing of my generation.xD)

10. Put an end to GUP~green uni project
Hello I like many neopeans am outraged at the gup. Incase you have no clue what the means its a club that snatches painted and limited edition pets from the pound (many of them transfures) and morphs them into green unis then pounds them! I don't think it's right, a painted pet can easly find a new home but a green uni will have a much harder time.
TNT has done nothing to put an end to this!You can't talk about religion on neo because it upsets players but you can morph pets into worthless unis and upset players. I beleve TNT should stop makeinf these potions and freeze accounts caught doing this. Perhaps if i get enough signatures i will present TNT with this peition and some how put a stop to GUP.

On neopets it is against the rules for a guild leader to give out neopoints or items to their guild members and if the guild leader does this they will be frozen.

12. Get rid of pokemon for good
Hi i want pokemon to be cancled because it is so old and it's getting kinda gay. Digimon savers is comeing to the U.S. this year and if pokemon is gone, digimon will really do great and hopefully they will make a 67&8 or even more seasons. not only do i want it cancled for these reasons i also want it gone because red and green kecleon like the show and constantly dis on digimon,they would be so sad if pokemon was to die.HAHAHAHa brings a tear of joy to my eyes!besides am i the only one tierd of it!
i mean go read a book kids !pokemon is addicting(the games that is)and childern play them for hours on end.people also waste money and trees on this i mean have you seen how much pokemon cards cost?3.86 a pack!and the boster decks are 10.00.that could buy dinners for homeless people wich is more importaint than playing with your stuped cards.it is estamated that over 1 billion trees are cut down for these cards!WHAT A WASTE!.I don't care where you stand on the pokemon/digimon debate(which isent around in japan)you have got to admit that pokemon is distroying the Earth.LITARALLY!At pokrmon's peak pokemon had 6 million fans!and cards were around 4.00 a pack!now think about it if people went crazy and bought many at a time!the games also cost 45.00!You know some one is sitting pritty in a condo or pent house!you never hear about this guy donating mony to charaty!or building any thing to benifit the earth in any way.(i would know i live in Japan!)
Personally i think alll pokemon fans should just forget about pokemon turn off the TV and go out side!or read a book!im hopeing you all read this and think about my points now.IM GOING TO WATCH TV.LOL

16. Bring Back The Rainbow Pool

Everybody wants to paint their neopets a cool colour, right? Well, we need the rainbow pool!
Neopets, make the quests a little more common if you want to be stingy, or if you wanna be nice, make it active all the time!
17. Allow "adult" content on neopets
i myself have gone through, i dont know atleast five accounts on neopets being frozen for very silly reasons. i am sick of it.
plenty of teen and adult neopians want to excercise their freedom of speech and press.
The Neopets Team, Also known as TNT has taken away glow and shadow effects on boards. This happened about 6 months ago and nothing had been done to stop it, so now I am stepping up!
19. Make neopets have a better site and treat users better
For people who have been frozen unfairly, people who have closed their accounts or generaly anyone who wants to complain about neopets.
20. Stop the banning of games on Neopets by Mcdonalds in Australia
Mcdonalds has banned games such as: Tombola, Brucey B Slots, Dice-A-Roo, Double or Nothing, Food Club, Fruit Machine, Go! Go! Go!, Grarrl Keno, Grumpy Old King, Guess the Card and the list goes on.
This ban to my knowledge is only in Australia but people around the world just think when your playing your daily games which are based on what Mcdonalds calls 'Something that turns children on to gambling.' about us in Australia who are left broke becuase we can't play the games that get you somewhere.
21. Neopet Automatic gaming program

Hey people I just found a downloadable program that plays games on neopets automatically and can post scores unlimited time with a time of 12 hours max (according to nst.time of neopets).
The only inconvenient is that it can only work once on an account.I already used it on mine. It got me 278 000np on a 7 hour play. What I propose, is I do this on your account but i get 70% of the np made. It can get you up to 130 000np if i let it 12 hours.Some systems like this one might exist but dont get scammed for a stupid reason.If you trust me, you can get some np help, but if you dont, I absolutely understand you.
I knew this system quite a long time but wouldn't use it because it can take out some fun. I started using it after I got scammed and lost 654 000np and items.If you believe me, or you don't but need some advice just email to this place.

On the australian news it says that neopets is a form of gmabling, well thats wrong! i have used neopets for 2-3 years and i'm not addicted to gambling!
23. Get Back Glow/Shadow In Chat
The Neopets staff decided that since some people's internet connection could not support it, glow and shadow fonts are no longer allowed in the chat boards. I find this very unfair. I like to express myself, and designing a font is one of the ways I am able to do that. If you're like me, then I'd really appriciate it if you'd sign this petition!
24. Bring Back General Chat!!!! neopets.com
When neopets was 2 years old, everything on neopets was great, even the genral Chat. Now TNT (the neopets team) has taken away our genral chat and added a new rule, stay on topic! A lot of poeples accont has been frozen because of the rule. But WHAT DO YOU EXCPETS US TO DO!?!?

26. Save Font Contests on Neopets!

29. Outsmart & Stop The Hackers at Neopets !!!
Dear Neopets,
It has always been a known fact that people try to scam/crack people out of their passwords. But now it seems like too big of a problem. The idea of adding the security code estinguished the cracking option that hackers did have. But it seems that other people have the whitts to outsmart people out of their password, & neopet glitches occur, what we are proposing will also greatly lessen the option of this.
We, the people of neopets propose that; The Neopets Team would put a lock on the profile page also placing the link of the self freeze site only inside the profile page, which would mean that any information cannot be changed without a proper code designated at signup and something that only an email could retrive w/ a special retrive password page. And, without knowing the 2nd password to access the profile page.
The, "hackers/scammers", cannot see the e-mail in the account to e-mail hack their account. Only the person/owner of the account will know what it was they signed up with. This would stop hackers from password changing (locking out the actual owner from saving their account & any prefrences edited without the knowledge of the owner. Also, from freezing the account they are hacking. This would sae you all alot of headaches, time and begging E-mails when hackers attack.
The 2nd password page, to gain access to the profile site, mentioned earlier would require a question that the owner of the account creates (to help make it easy for them to remember, but not hackers to know. On opening an account they would section from a dropdown a list of personal questions, easy for the owner to know, hard for a hacker. i.e-
Who was my best friend since 1st grade?
Let's just say the answer is ashley so when you go to retrieve any settings you would have to type to that answer (ashley) to be able to access the profile page. This protects hackers from seeing our birthday and e-mail etc.. so, they cant try to E-mail the account saying its theres with our private information.. later on after hacking us..
In addition, that When you make this option, neopets has a e-mail sent to everyone with current active accounts for an activation of our 2nd password for our profile page. The activation have Question Options to chose from like 6 different ones. - i.e. What is your mothers birth State. Then you type in your answer -ex. Idaho.. Then, submit to active - Now this answer is the only way you can getinto the profile. Hackers will never be able to see your profile only you. ON this page there be a resend 2nn profile password. When it shows the next page - this page ask two questions - what is your birthday and your zipcode. Then and only then if you answer right (as noone see's your birthday - its in your profile -) it will only then send to your e-mail. Protecting all of neopia and stopping hackers and even scammers.
In conclusion, Neopets we write you this because we want the hacking to stop. Neopets is just a game to most but to some of us its a different life where all of our friends are. If you took in effect, it would immensly increase the complication to hack our accounts. If they did get in, we are still able to stop them!
30. Stop the neopets mobile phone avatar
Neopets avatar trouble!
When I went on to the avatar chat today i discovered to my horror that www.neopets.com were actually charging to get an avatar. I believe that this is wrong and it should be re-released to something else. People should not have to buy an expensive mobile phone just to get an avatar.
