My name is Peter(nickname) 'Pang', I need mediation with Watt's Boarding Home located on 695 Irma in Beaumont, Texas(zip code: 77701).

I have been a boarder or tenant at Watts Boarding Home for 9 month, since June 11th 2004. I have been steadily improving on my medication, I want to apply for Beaumont Housing, or Apartments. I am well enough to help myself within an individual living environment. I am in the process of applying BHA or Apartments, but Watts Boarding Home registrants owners do not generally agree.

Additonal Concern:
Watts Boarding Home registrants have a tendency to torment. Most tenants are schizo. I trust Watts Boarding Home cares about satisfying their customers, boarders or tennants, I hope for my request to be resolved and the matter closed.

Texas resident for seven years, graduated from BHS, GISD(Galveston, Texas) in 1994. Applied readmission at Lamar University with Service For Students With Disabilities SFSWD.

I am a 17 years old, young lady,an 11th grader at Edison Tech, I was living in a bad environment that I felt i had to move myself away from do to the things in the environment, and the people. I am asking for a chance to improve attendence, and my grades in the 3rd marking period, I am asking for an eight weeks trial if I do not improve in attendence, and my grades, I will except the consequences given to me such as pins (people in need of supervision).

I'm sure you all have gotten those annoying messages from BOTS trying to get you to visit their porn sites. And I am VERY sure you along with myself find it extremely annoying to be trying to have a conversation with your friends or family to have it abruptly interrupted by a nasty ad such as "lisahot_weebcomsex87: cum watch me play with my ***** http://sdlhSexxxy.html"

YAHOO obviously has not done anything about this and it seems that the PORN BOT problem is gradually getting worse. I myself timed the breaks between porn ads and the average time was around 7 seconds (depending on room).

Therefore I have decided to start a petition to tell YAHOO that something needs to be done NOW about all of the porn bots flooding the chat rooms. Whether it be a new registration that would make it extremely difficult to make dummy accounts that are used to create these bothersome bots. Or have it to where there would have to be some kind of email conformation in order to create a new user ID.

Never the less, I r_a_v_e_n_859 ask everyone that has ever been annoyed with these bots to sign this peition and tell YAHOO in voice that were sick of this and want action to be taken to remove the graphic ads made by these bots plauging out chat areas.

To open the doors and let them in- a shoulder to cry on, or empathy. Don't turn your back on those that are hurting. Rather listen with your heart to hear those who are crying out silently. My family and I have resided in Parker Island aka "Palm Haven Estates" located off County Rd 29, Lake Placid, FL, for 11 years. The best thing about the purchasing our home and land was for the "QUALITY OF THE GREATEST WATER AROUND". We have had the best drinking and cooking water here, until the beginning of 2003. Our water has been tainted due to the fact of excessive pumping from "Heartland Waters". This water is being pumped from my families backyard, the traffic of all hours is unbearable. Especially to those of us whom are waken from sleep due to the noise.

I have children that go to school everyday tired from a lack of sleep, I myself am a mason by trade and need sleep too. I noticed sand in the bottom of our glasses, and my fish tanks as well as my pool, which also brings on an uncontrolable amount of algea build up. I also notice in the bottom of a cup this am, of 03/11/2003 some type of grit and greenish colored substance. Which took bleach to remove the stain. I have never in the 11 years I have lived here needed bleach for my clothes (which are starting to yellow). Much less needed bleach for my dishes. Please don't forget about our personal cleansing I myself have finicky skin and even the softest soap such as Dove, Lever 2000 is rough on my skin. I feel that yes my neighbors are suffering from the same problems. This pumping is causing a road attached to my propety aka "Coots Road" to cave in. (Which the residents have chosen to claim as theirs and fenced it off). They are also dumping some type of fluid into the canal (county maintained) which is also attached TO MY LAND, which is discoloring the water. Keep in mind my children love to fish and do so in this now putrid canal. Which is being ruined by "Heartland Water" excessive pumping. I personally am going to be at a loss of a safe environment if this pumping continues. PLEASE SIGN OUR PETITION AND SAVE "PARKER ISLAND"

I am a advocate for human rights. I'm posting this petition to help a freedom fighter who is about to be imprisoned for exercising his freedom to speak. This is his story

An Appeal from A Soon-To-Be Prisoner of Conscience in British Columbia, Canada

I am writing this personal appeal to the world because by August, I may be incarcerated in prison for having exercised my God-given and constitutionally protected freedom of speech in Canada.

In my work as an advocate and fighter for the rights of aboriginal people, I have discovered that an American conglomerate known as NAWAPA - The North
American Water and Power Alliance - is coveting the lands of native people in central British Columbia, with the assistance of corrupt and violent native
politicians and the government of Canada.

NAWAPA plans to dam and divert three major river systems in our province into the United States through a massive water reservoir known as the Rocky Mountain Trench.

As a result, the lands of thousands of indigenous people in north-central British Columbia will be flooded and their way of life destroyed forever.

Some of the most powerful native politicians in this region are dispossessing their own people from their lands to pave the way for the NAWAPA project. According to eyewitnesses Frank Martin and Helen
Michel of the Dene-Carrier nation, chiefs of the Carrier - Sekani Tribal Council in Prince George, BC
have employed violence, extortion, and even murder to secure trap lines and other lands from their own people.

According to Frank and Helen, and other Tribal Council activists, these chiefs are also implicated in criminal actions like drug trafficking, prostitution,
and the exploitation of children in organized pedophile rings in the Prince George-Moricetown area. These allegations have been substantiated by
journalists, lawyers, and sources within the Carrier-Sekani Tribal Council.

Two weeks ago, one of these accused chiefs, Ed John, commenced a lawsuit against Frank and Helen, myself,
and other critics, to permanently silence and incarcerate us if we persist in our investigation of
crimes against aboriginal people in his territory.

The law firm handling Ed John's case - Blake, Cassells and Graydon of Vancouver - is closely tied to
the government of Canada through its head, Marvin Storrow, who is a close friend and confident of Prime
Minister Jean Chretien.

Chretien has not only recently been cited at the International Criminal Court in The Hague for complicity in Genocide of native people in Canada, but
his government, like Chief Ed John, is committed to the NAWAPA project through its obligations under the NAFTA agreement with the USA.

There can be no clearer case than this one of a modern state employing puppet indigenous leaders to dispossess entire peoples in the interests of foreign
multinational corporations. Nor can there be a more obvious example of a government attacking and silencing dissidents than what myself and native
activists like Frank and Helen are presently up against.

Besides this lawsuit, we are experiencing regular death threats, physical assaults, and other
harrassment designed to isolate and break us.

We need all persons of conscience to rally now to our defense, and to the aboriginal people of central
British Columbia.

We ask that you do the following:

1. Alert Amnesty International and other human rights groups about our case and the ongoing Genocide of
native peoples in Canada, and ask them to adopt us as prisoners of conscience.

2. Contact the government of Canada, and Prime Minister Jean Chretien, and demand that their covert harrassment of opponents of NAWAPA and Ed John cease.

3. Contact Marvin Storrow, Q.C., at Blake, Cassells and Graydon in Vancouver, BC, and demand that this
firm halt their lawsuit (#S012186) and campaign of harrassment of myself and other critics of Chief Ed

4. Acquaint yourself with the past and present legal Genocide of native peoples in our country by accessing

Genocide in Canada and other agencies.
