We the undersigned would like to keep Tipton County beautiful and free from criminal activity.

We the undersigned would like to ensure that Sonny's Mini storage is responsible to the community by closing or maintaining their Mini Storage business in a manner equal to other Mini Storage facilities in the surrounding area.

We the undersigned feel that the facility attributes to the increased criminal activity in the area.

We feel that this facility is not only an eye sore to the community but also a health hazard due to the debris left scattered by tenants and dumpster divers.

This facility is unattended at all times and often doors are opened to expose contents left by parties that do not pay their storage fees.

This facility is in a family community where children can be exposed to many hazardous items left behind by previous users.
