I'm am tired of my neighbors telling Me and my other neighbors we cannot ride on our road back in the woods! The only thing I have every wanted to do in life is ride my dirt bike. Ever sense I was little all I was ever able to do was ride my dirt bike and since we lived in a neighborhood we moved out to the woods where we were allowed to ride our dirt bikes and be as loud as we want to.
What many people don't understand is that motocross is really expensive and it is not easy for my family to pay for food and every day finances like normal families have to. When you add on all the gas money for the truck and two bikes its a lot of money but when you add on all the money to pay for a race bike, maintenance, gear, oil, parts, and many other things to keep a rider safe while they ride its a whole lot of money! When you add on the going to a track to ride during the week when it is $20-35 per rider! It's a lot and not many people have that kind of money.
Motocross is a ride at your own risk sport. My little sister and I understand the dangers of motocross because we have been riding incee we where very little. We have had friends break bones, get knocked out, get a concussion, and even death has found a few of them unfortunately.
We have been told we cannot ride because we are in danger of hurting someone else or our selves while riding out in the woods on a gravel road where there is a speed limit. I am a licensed driver and I ride a dirt bike with my neighbors who stay close behind in case of a car.
2. Dump Starbucks at the Catholic University of America 
As the national university of the Catholic Church, The Catholic University of America (CUA) has an exemplary role in upholding the moral principles of faith and reason. The policies and governances of CUA, including the various businesses that operate under her banner, witness in some way, for good or ill, to all citizens, but especially to her faculty and staff, students and alumni (hereafter “members”). In turn, CUA members have a unique obligation of living an exemplary life, modeled in part on the mission of the pontifical university. CUA acknowledges this obligation in her mission statement: “[The University’s] distinctive character ultimately depends on the intellectual and moral quality of its members.”
In view of this solemn declaration, we, the undersigned members of CUA, wish to question the prudence at work in allowing businesses to operate at our university which support causes that militate against the dignity of the human person. Starbucks Coffee is one such business.
It has been confirmed beyond a reasonable doubt that Starbucks uses revenue from its products and its platform as a nationally recognizable chain to support that which is gravely objectionable [1-3]. It is widely known, for instance, that the CEO of Starbucks advocates for both Planned Parenthood (the largest abortion provider in the United States) [1] and “gay marriage” legislation [2-3], stating, in fact, that the latter “is core to who we are and what we value as a company” [2]. Because both abortion and same-sex unions are deemed morally unacceptable by the Catholic Church (see CCC 2271 and CCC 2357-2359, respectively), permitting the sale of Starbucks products on campus is particularly unwise. It countenances the notion that CUA supports the practices of Starbucks and, what is more, it makes material cooperators of CUA members in the financing of gravely immoral acts.
A few have voiced concern that, if Starbucks were removed from the Przybyla Center, there would be no other means to purchase coffee on campus. The prospect of this difficulty could be easily remedied. There are many other coffee providers, fully competitive with Starbucks in products and services, that do not consider it necessary as a matter of corporate policy to support and advance causes inimical to Catholic moral teaching. Dunkin Donuts, whose coffee costs less and whose profit does not go to the promotion of immoral causes, is just one example. Even a student-run coffee shop has been proposed as a possible remedy. However, the discussion of the replacement for Starbucks is secondary to the purpose of this appeal. The issue before us is not a matter of convenience, but of principle. Can we continue to ignore Starbucks and its corporate positions on issues of vital moral concern? We can, but only to the detriment of those involved in or suffering the effects of abortion and same-sex activities, all those who mistakenly cooperate in the work of Starbucks, and those of us who have been privileged to know better.
It seems not only advisable, then, but imperative that The Catholic University of America takes all measures necessary to prevent the violation of her mission and faith, and, in consequence, the consciences of her members, by relinquishes her licensing agreement with Starbucks Coffee. It is not only our right, but our duty, as members of this community of Catholic scholars, to challenge any organization that exhibits its contempt for the created orders of life and marriage.

A baby's growth In the first trimester that rules out just a bunch of cells.
In Exodus 20:13 it says: Thou shalt not kill. Many Christian's are pro-choice, but if they are believers of God and claim to follow God, than why do they not see this scripture? How to baby's somehow not apply? Also in Matthew 5:21: Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgement:

All scientist' and biologist' cannot correctly deny the fact that a baby is a living being at conception.
A baby is fully formed at 12 weeks, that's well before the end of the first trimester. So if a baby is conceived and alive at conception, then when tell me, is it still ok at 11 weeks?, 10 weeks? Does there come a time when it is not a living human being after conception? It may not be fully formed at that age, but it is still alive.
Q: At what point does it become wrong to intentionally destroy a developing human being?
A: Conception?
B: Implantation?
C: Heart beat?
D: Brain waves?
E: Capacity of pain?
F: Viability?
G: Birth?
H: Mobility?
In 2003 66% of Australian's thought abortion should be legal in the first trimester.
10% thought it should be legal in the third trimester.
Why the discrepancy?
Because a third trimester abortion kills a baby and a first trimester kills a bunch of cells.
Or does it?
A 9 week old foetus sucks its thumb and turns somersaults.
A 7 week embryo shows distinct limb movement.
A 6 week embryo has measurable brain impulses.
A 3 week embryo has a heart beat.
They may not look like a baby yet, but they look exactly as a human being should look 21 days after conception.
In the hours of conception every aspect of the genetic inheritance for a new individual will be determined once and for all.
So begins the first day of the first nine months of life.
At any stage of pregnancy, abortion kills a rapidly developing, genetically distinct, human being.
4. Support Hadiya Pendelton Gun Control Law
500 plus murders in Chicago in 2012 and 30 plus murders in the first month alone in 2013. We need to continue the message that Hadiya herself fought to achieve.
Hadiya and so many others like her demand and messagedeserve to be heard, they silenced her voice but notnot her message.
We are their voice by God's choice. Let their voices be heard.

The NHS in Scotland has decided to stop offering funding for gastric surgery and opted to put the money into weight management courses instead.
Statistics prove that weight management courses alone are successful long term less than 5% of the time and the only sure way to treat the rapidly growing problem of obesity is to follow these courses with gastric surgery, where appropriate.
Help us to bring some of our hard earned money back to services that actually solve the health issues of obese people and not just tell us that willpower and exercise can magically cure this eating disorder.

Above all it is the last public space in Las Termas, where all can enjoy a free thermal bath in the open air in a natural setting. Now the Olla is under threat. The municipal authority intends to fence-off the area, “remodel” it and control and charge for admission. The Olla deserves consideration as a site of outstanding value in the patrimony of Argentina. Such consideration would guarantee its future protection and survival.

United States firearm laws need to be changed as they no longer protect the people. There are over 40,000 firearm related incidences every year in the US, 23% of which are intentional homocides.

How many more innocent people need to be killed before the US government realises something needs to change?
Yes, I'm aware the guns don't kill people, people kill people but guns make it easier for people to kill people which is what they are doing.
If people who actually needed firearms had them and were licensed to have them then America would be a whole lot safer then it currently is.
But No, ANYONE can go and buy a gun "for their own protection"....protection from what? other people with guns? Can you see where i'm going? Not everyone needs a gun which would mean not everyone would need a gun to protect themselves.
The Law as it stands is now working against itself and doing the complete opposite of what it was designed to do.
Every 1 in 1.5 Americans possess a firearm, surely not everyone of those people is in the right frame of mind to hold such weapons.
Less guns = less massacres, less homocides, safer America.

8. Right to Life at Conception
According to scientific evidence, life begins at conception or fertilization. According to the Constitution, we must protect both the lives of the mother and the unborn child. There are forces which seek to only seek protection of the mother to the detriment of the unborn.
Presently there are bills pending that address the issue on the protection of the unborn. Congress ought to enact a law which protects the lives of both the mother and the unborn.
According to scientific evidence, life begins at conception or fertilization.

The RH Bill is inconsistent with these two. Hence the RH Bill should be rejected.

In 2007, Christopher Lee Hutchens -- TDCJ no. 00480349 was reviewed for possible parole for the first time. After reviewing his files, the parole review board voted to extend his case until next review in 5 years. Now in 2012, we are once again faced with the possibility of his release. I am Inez [Botello] Crowley. Rita Isabelle Botello was my only sister and sibling. I am writing you today and this petition on behalf of my family, relatives, friends, co-workers and concerned citizens in hopes that you will once again find it in everyone’s best interest to keep Christopher Hutchens incarcerated.
On June 17, 1987, Rita Isabelle Botello was stabbed 48 times by Christopher Lee Hutchens after refusing to have sex with him. A loving mother of a [then] 1 year old child and a devoted regular attendant of the Christian Church of Austin, she fought hard to survive, but was left to die in an under-developed subdivision alone and scared. She had just turned 22 years old and was celebrating her birthday with friends when she “allegedly” and innocently offered Christopher a ride home because he had no car. Her car is where he committed this heinous act and left her like discarded trash.
Rita was 2 courses shy of completing her Bachelor’s Degree at UT Austin and was an upstanding member of her community. In a statement given to police, Christopher Hutchens stated that “[he] got angry because she kept saying, NO!” and that he was “high on cocaine.” He stabbed her in the throat 2 times to “shut the b___h up” and then
“went crazy” stabbing her another 46 times. At sentencing, he told the press that he believed his sentence was “...fair, because I will get out and do it again!”
In 2008, I had a chance to converse with Christopher Hutchens. I do not believe that he has repented his sins. In a statement made to me, he claimed that “…[his] only mistake was going back up to the bar and the bartender recognized [him].” He stated that when he stole the car and got arrested in Travis county, he figured they were looking for him for the murder of my sister so he just confessed. I asked him to tell me about my sister’s last night, but he would only say…”it’s not something that you want to hear, I can’t remember most of it because I was high and it won’t bring your sister back.”
It is my opinion that if Christopher Hutchens were to be released, he would attempt to contact my parents who have lived in the same house since 1978. We do not wish to have a constant reminder of the pain he caused us. While I have forgiven his action, I do not believe that he is, will or can ever be an asset to our society. He has proven that he is a repeat offender and without any family to speak of, his release would have to be to a halfway house with medical facilities, since he has advised me of his serious medical condition which needs constant monitoring.
Please help us keep Christopher Lee Hutchens incarcerated for LIFE. Help us make sure that he cannot do this to another family again. With his arrest for murder, he has been arrested approximately 15 times on charges ranging from theft to murder, and has been incarcerated in the state penitentiary at least 3 times. Christopher Lee Hutchens is a career criminal with no regard for life and no intentions of reform. Thank you for your assistance and support!!

11. Save Lives Through Presumed Organ Donation
4500+ Canadians currently await an organ transplant because the need for replacement organs far exceeds the available supply. for waitlist individuals, this leads to debilitated lifestyle, critical care intervention, or premature death. sadly, hundreds of preventable deaths result each year due to organ shortages.
Presently, the organ donation registration process varies across Canada. only 2 provinces have an official organ donation registration system in place (BC & Ontario). for the remaining provinces/territories, organ donation of the deceased individual is ultimately vulnerable to omission or disregard: within the extant system, family members are empowered to make the final decision.
In conducted health polls, 95% of Canadians answered that they would accept an organ in the event they needed one. additionally, the majority of these surveyed individuals were not in fact opposed to the idea of organ donation but rather quite the opposite. so if the majority of the nation supports the idea of organ donation, then why have so few actually registered?
The establishment of a federal organ donor registry would bridge this gap. Upon legal age, citizens would be automatically registered as willing organ donors in the event of a premature death. to ensure personal freedom and rights are protected for every citizen, each individual would be provided with the option to legally unlist from the registry. in the case of a minor, the choice to donate would become a legal guardian responsibility. presumed organ donation would more accurately represent the disposition of Canadian citizens, minimize premature death based on organ shortages, while still protecting personal freedoms and rights.
How can you help eradicate the organ shortage crisis? a bill will be proposed to the Government of Canada (with the signatures added to this petition) which will state:
Let it be recognized that every citizen of Canada of legal age be registered in a Federal Presumed Organ Donor Registry unless otherwise specified by the individual right to unlist.

12. Petition to Stop House Bill No. 5711
House Bill No.5711 will do the following:
-Criminalize all abortions after 20 weeks of pregnancy, without exceptions for rape victims, the health of the woman or in cases where there is a severe fetal anomaly
-It would require health centers that provide abortions to have surgery rooms, even when they don't provide surgical abortions.
-It would require doctors to be present for medication abortions and to screen women for "coercion" before providing an abortion
-Ban "telemedicine" abortions, or the use of technology to prescribe medication for abortion services and the morning-after pill
If this bill is passed it holds the potential to shut down most reproductive health centers in the State of Michigan, which is not only detrimental to the health of women but also infringing on a woman's right to choose.
13. We NEED a FAIRER JUSTICE SYSTEM
In the UK, our justice system always seems to favour the offenders. By offenders we mean paedophiles, child abusers and domestic abusers and those who are charged with obsession of child 'porn'.
These abusers more often than not get lenient sentences with lots of support to get 'their' lives back on track when their victims get none. They also recieve luxuries in prison such as gyms, TV's etc with many finishing their low sentencing with a new i.d and a new life at the cost of tax payers money.
This is while their victims receive nothing and help is minimal, leaving them to cope with the aftermath of their abuse and the prejudice which accompanies it.
14. Validate "Extraterrestrialism" as An Authentic Religion
Extraterrestrialism is a belief by many that humanity evolved into what it is today through the aid of extra-terrestrials.
Extraterrestrialists believe in treating their neighbor the way they, themselves would like to be treated. They believe in an open mind and warm heart when coming in contact with other people or ideas that may or may not conflict with their own beliefs. They do not impose their religion on others, nor do they require church and organization goers to donate. One’s financial choices, time or resources given to the church or organizations will never be judged nor ridiculed.
Problem:
While growing in popularity amongst all types of people, Extraterrestrialism has remained a marginalized group. It is not given the same validity as other religions such as Christianity and Mormonism, which Extraterrestrialism originally stemmed from. It does not have rights to be recognized as a valid article on Wikipedia, when “Baller” is accepted as a legitimate term. Extraterrestrialists want others to know that they exist. They want to teach others in an unbiased manner of what they believe and show the world the ways in which they live spiritually.

17. Make biodegradable plastic bags mandatory
Plastic bags are a heavily consumed product of the non-renewable resource petroleum, when they break down they pollute the sea, the earth, the crops and the animals. Animals can think they are food and choke and die, or have them trapped in their digestive system. It is far from a painless death.
Plastic bags take many years to biodegrade, they are a danger to the health of humans and animals alike. Sign to keep the Canadian environment pristine, beautiful and safe for all life.
We need to get rid of these harmful plastic bags that fill up our precious landscape with landfills. It would make a very significant, positive difference to make biodegradable plastic bags mandatory.
18. Support Hospital Ship 支持醫療船
Japan is considered as an easternmost small island with limited resources. Yet, if the volume and the depth of the sea are considered, Japan ranks fourth in the world. With this favourite marine background, Organization of Mobile Hospital International （OMHI）was established as a fair and independent non-governmental organization. We aim primarily for constructing Japan-made hospital ships, which help contribute to world peace.
Our proposed hospital ship will deal with natural disasters such as the earthquake or an outbreak of epidemic (e.g. Bird Flu and new influenza.) As for international need and demands, hospital ship will provide worldwide humanitarian support in devastated areas, for example Indochina, Haiti and Chile, where quake and tsunami are in the offing. We will help to maintain the security and to improve the safety in conflict regions.
Nowadays, registered hospital ships come from 14 countries and 4 non-governmental organizations, but none of them belongs to Japan. There is no denying that hospital shipwill provide medical services, whereas world peace is a more important issue to deal with. Japan could make fairly contribution to the issue by utilizing her oceanographic technology.
We have started this project since a private workshop held in Tokyo in February 25, 2011. Influential people from various quarters participated in the workshop and exchanged their opinions actively. It has been reported that 350 animals, cats and dogs, have been infected with ringworm. According to studies, ringworm is curable. There are many methods to cure ringworm, but may take a several months.

It has been discovered that the outbreak was caused by human error. Protocols for identifying ringworm in the animals were not followed.
OSPCA should find an alternative, for example, raising money for treatment and taking time to treat the animals oppose to terminating them. There are many alternatives, they should find the best one. An animal should not loose their life because of a human error- it was not their fault, it was human error.

30. Stop Abuse of Children - Eliminate Parental Alienation
Richard A. Gardner, M.D. introduced the term parental alienation syndrome and pioneered its study. In his efforts to assist people who were interested in learning about parental alienation syndrome and educating courts about PAS and its acceptance in the scientific community, and in response to misrepresentations that work on PAS had not been published in scientific journals, Dr. Gardner maintained on his Web site a list of references on parental alienation syndrome, a list of legal citations, a list of professional conferences on parental alienation syndrome, and a list of lectures that Dr. Gardner had been invited to deliver on parental alienation syndrome.
In May 2003 Dr. Gardner passed away. Since then a few of us throughout the world has stepped up to the plate to keep the truth out there. People that believe this is a form of abuse of human rights of the child. That children should not be caught up in adult conflict and have the right to both of their parents without interference by the other.
