1. FREE CLAUDE DUBOC

Claude Duboc is a French citizen being held in an American prison. Who is requesting repatriation back to France based on the 1983 Prisoner Transfer Treaty signed between the Republic of France & the United States.

The treaty states that each country's respective nationals may purge their sentence in their country of nationality. In his case France. He has been turned down three times for the most inane reasons. His 4th application went into Washington, D.C., Department of Justice and its sub division the I.P.T.U. (International Prisoner Transfer Unit) January 31, 2013. The quest is he want to "do" his sentence in a French prison which will save American tax payers $35,000 usd per year (this "35" is the estimated cost of caring for a Federal Inmate by the Bureau of Prisons per year).

Claude is being held in a maximum security federal penetenary for CONSPIRACY to import and distribute marijuana as well as laundering money. He will have served 19 years as of March 24, 2013. Claude has been sentanced to life plus five! He is non violent criminal.

2. Legalise fireworks in Australia

Fireworks are legal in both the USA and the UK, but are illegal here in Australia. The main reasons for the illegalisation of fireworks are because of injuries and frightened animals (and owners that care about nothing but their pets).

Animals (mainly dogs) that are affected by the fireworks shouldn't prevent the use of fireworks, as they generally lessen one's sleep much more than fireworks. Why should annoyed pets and owners ruin a tradition? Something that makes days like New Year's Eve special? Injuries caused by fireworks are not because of malfunctions or pure explosive force, but because of short fuses or bad design and lack of knowledge.

Because of the banning of fireworks, there are no laws regarding the design of the products. This greatly affects the safety of the fireworks as they're not designed for the average user, instead only for a pyrotechnician. Another thing worth noting is the lack of knowledge that some users may possess. Because nothing about fireworks is taught to the public, some people may not know how to use them properly, and the safety measures that they must take. This all leads to more injuries and deaths, and less freedom and fun.

Please legalise fireworks for a 'win-win' result.

3. 2D Otaku Marriage

This petition will grant OTAKU CITIZENS the right to MARRIAGE with a 2D CHARACTER (from anime, manga, video games, etc.). The Otaku community must unite to bring about change to this great country, and make it even greater. Our plight is akin to that of gays; a forbidden yet deeply tantalizing relationship with a taboo race...

A fellow Otaku in Japan tried to create a petition over there for the same reasons, yet did not get enough signatures. I aim not only to get enough signatures to make 2D marriage legal here in the U.S.A. but also GLOBALLY.

Join the cause for equality of 3D and 2D Otaku citizens!

4. Reform The Electoral College

The Electoral College was adopted when the population was not as large as it is today. I believe in the "Majority Rule". Thus removing the primary source of election of the President being majority. If the majority vote does not have a unanimous decision then proceed to the Electoral College. Doing so would ensure that every ones vote counts. Especially in states that are a majority one party.

When a state is a majority one party that party usually wins that state. Making citizens of that state that are not that party feel like their vote does not count. Removing the Electoral College would encourage more citizens to exercise their right to vote and have a larger turn out on election day. Please move forward on this issue as I am sure i'm not the only citizen that feels this way.

8. Increase the Age Limit to 21 for Legal Buying and Drinking of Alcohol

There have been many accidents in Australia due to young adults consuming too much alcohol, whether it be in a car crash, a street fight or other issues such as brain damage or death.

Pushing the age of legal drinking up to 21 years of age would benefit the whole of Australia and save many lives.

9. Support Parental Rights for parents with teens

Parental rights for parent with teens. Legal age to be changed from 16 to 18. Parents to have help from government officials courts and all legal aspects. People who harbor these children with out parental consent should be fined or unlawfully charged.

It because of the legalities that the advocates seem to think should be in place consequently there is no disciplinary action for a parent which enables the child/teen to do whatever they want therefor ending up uneducated and on the street.

There need to be put in place a legal avenue that a parent can use when or if a child desires to leave home with or without parental consent.

There has to be something put in place for a parent to help guild these children/teens.

My Niece left home without parent consent and decided she was not coming back and said she was 16 and didn't have to. She is staying with someone the family has no knowledge of and will not tell her parent where she is. She left their house with a 20 year old friend who has influenced her decision and also contributed to this miner. The 20 year old also will not let the my family know where my niece is. My My niece does not go to school and wants to party all the time and has never had a job. This age limit needs to change.

11. Decrease Voting Age Requirement

I am 14 years old and I am very interested in politics, more than most kids my age. I would love to get involved in the political process and many other teenagers, younger and older than myself, want to also, but there is something stopping us, the age requirement.

Teens can make wise decisions despite the stereotype that we magically become mature at the age of 18. Teens can make a big difference and our opinions aren't random. I would much like to see the voting age requirement decreased to the age of 17, this does not mean that we are legal adults.

Teens could be required to take a class when they reach this age of 17 in order to educate themselves on the voting process and how to determine who they want to vote for, not what pop culture is endorsing.

12. Help make airsoft guns legal in Singapore and also for private possession

Airsoft is a widely recognized hobby and sport internationally

Is Airsoft Safe, Yes or No?
Airsoft has enjoyed a huge increase in popularity recently. Along with the rise, Airsoft has also gotten a lot of press as to whether the guns are safe or not. So are they? The answer is Yes and No; here's why.

Before we go any further it is important to understand that Airsoft guns are not toys. They are highly detailed firearm simulations that fire plastic 6mm BBs at muzzle velocities of 100-400FPS. Like paintball guns, they are designed for use under controlled, private environments, and should be treated like a real fiream. Used correctly, airsoft is a fun way participate in paintball-like competitions and/or to enhance military simulations/training. Use of airsoft guns also develops the proper handling and respect for firearms. Parents should ensure that children under 18 should be supervised by an adult when using airsoft guns.

From a lethal stand-point Airsoft Gnus are safe. The plastic Airsoft Ammo that it shoots is too slow and light to penetrate the skin, and cause damage to internal organs. So, your not going to kill anyone using an airsoft gun. That said, don't get to relaxed around airsoft guns because that what cannot kill you can still injure you.

A flying plastic 6mm BB, moving at airsoft velocities can break bare skin and worse damage the eyes and/or cause blindness. That is the number one danger from airsoft guns. Because of this it is important that everyone uses eye protection when shooting airsoft guns. Even when shooting at targets, a chance ricochet can cause eye injury.

I believe with age restriction , licening , improvised strict rules and regulation , airsoft guns will be much safe here , in Singapore. I believe that airsoft can widely benefit singapore.

With strict rule and regulation( carry gun in a gun bag when going to skirmishesh etc). The person must pay a fee and go through several test mentality test before getting to applying for a airsoft gun license.when purchasing an airsoft gun , the license must be present. Whether or not there must be an orange tip and flash hider can only be used when in skirmish( a legal one with approval )I believe if airsoft are legal, some airsoft shop may open here in SG. This will attract foreign airsoft company to invest in Singapore airsoft shops and might even buy land or even build airsoft indoor facilities.only people who are members of airsoft clubs ( which are know to the government and police ) can buy airsoft guns from another country and travel with them to other country for skirmish or match.

Having airsoft legal and places for skirmish, this will lead a decrease of obesity rate, as it not only help heavier people to lose wait and also train Singaporean about urban warfare, this will again attract foreigners to come to Singapore to have an airsoft "war" this also can strengthen bond with other country , making SG a peaceful country. Government can banned lousy protective gears like mesh goggles and allow such good quality airsoft / paint ball mask makers like onimaru to open a shop here if it's successful it will have permission to expand there business and again this will attract foreigners . This can allow Singapore to be a cosmopolitan country, again lead to attracting of permanent residents, which helps overcome the ageing population and shrinking of work force, therefore SG can adapt to other culture experience for example Halloween which people in Singapore are starting to celebrate.

But if people uses airsoft for bad intend , like robbing the bank, strict doers can be given to police to shoot them, without giving in and also patrol areas like void decks and so. If it is not safe enough, glued orange tip of airsoft guns, so that peopl can't remove them and at once peopl can tell which is a toy.

Make sure that airsoft guns must must be kept out of reach of childrens. Safety phamlets can be distributed when buying airsoft guns. If a person tries to abuse their with their airsoft guns, their license will be confiscated and banning them from purchasing any airsoft guns.with the license, government can keep tract of how many airsoft gun that particular person own. Make that certain airsoft guns cannot exceed a certain range.

People applying for license must be 18 (unless exception) and above. If they fail to pass the test they will not be able to apply for license until the next test. Before taking a test , people must go through maybe a 24 hour course (8 course lesson) which government can hire professionals from clubs to teach the people about safety, people must attend all course
Unless they are on medical leave, if not they will not receive certificate to go for the test, which they need to wait for the next course.

Here are some airsoft rules
1: airsoft gun should be kept away from children.
2: when airsoft guns are not in use , make sure gun on safe mode, battery remove, magazine remove , change back flashlighter to an orange or red one.
3: when going to skirmish , keep rifle in a gun bag , do not be a hero and expose them to public before reaching skirmish ground.
4: protective gears must be present at all times
5: never flash an airsoft gun out in public even if you are going to head to a repair shop, make sure the airsoft gun is fully conceal and not visible to public
6: airsoft guns must be treated like real fire arms don't do stupid things like looking into the barrel, shooting people and animals( when they are not wearing protective gears and are not playing with you) don't do stupid things like shooting at other people's property
7: only allow singaporeans and PRs to buy airsoft guns locally , cannot buy from other country to Singapore through hand carry , ( exception for exclusive club members only]only can oder through Internet but must be checked by the airsoft profesionals and arm and explosives department . Only replica accessories like sights and scope can be brought into Singapore by hand carry through luggages.
8: any airsoft guns with a muzzle velocity of over 500fps will not be allowed or must be powered down.
9: no metal or paint bbs can be sold in Singapore or ordered[although this generation of airsoft guns have been provent that cannot fire metal bbs and also modified in to real fire arm.]
10: only airsoft guns can be brought without licnese if it a spring operated , not 1:1 scale ,bright coloured and less than a muzzle velocity of 100fps.
11: all airsoft vest and and uniform must not be the same as the SAF uniform or vest.
12: orange tip must be present at all times unless in skirmishes, if not person will be fine or even jailed

Singapore can hire professionals to educate our citizens on airsoft safety and how to differ an airsoft from a real firearm and also EDUCATE ADULTS to not foolishly allow children to play with their airsoft guns.

13. Extend statute of limitations for TBI survivors

TBI (Tramatic Brain Injury) survivors face difficult and challenging conditions and situations and often endure physical disabilities as well.

TBI which can happen to anyone, at any age, through millions of different occurrences (car/motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice, work related injuries, etc.) and it changes a person's life and their families' lives as well forever.

However, at the time that a person suffers a TBI, it can take years of recovery to fully comprehend the severity of this drastic life-changing event. Because of this, the statute of limitations should be extended for TBI victims/survivors by doubling the standard time frame.

Extending of the statute of limitations is deemed necessary to ensure TBI victims who had been denied access to the courts, due to their disability, were given a chance to pursue their legal claims against the responsible party.

14. Reveal Industry Statistics, death and abuse in the Canadian Family Court System

PLEASE NOTE: That the above publish date is the origin of petition cause. The petition below was been updated in the month of November of 2011.

The following statement is of my own personal opinion and true beliefs.

I spent less than a year as a licensed private investigator with little to no skill in order to discover what will no doubt soon lead to one of the most significant discoveries and or disclosures of judicial industry information regarding the Canadian family court system ever disclosed.

It is my true belief with respect to my simple discovery that there are no changes that could possibly ever be made to the present family court system that would reduce the enormous amount of suffering and death presently taking place.

With your support, this never before seen judicial industry information will be for the first time, gathered, compiled, then disclosed to the public.

15. Make hemp foods legal in Australia and New Zealand

Hemp low THC foods are an important part of a growing new industry of low THC industrial industry products in Australia and New Zealand. Every other WTO country now growing low THC industrial hemp has hemp food as the main contributor to making this an important agricultural industry, an asset to their country.

Australia and New Zealand Food Regulation Ministerial Council will vote on this issue in December 2011 and need to make hemp seed food legal so that the true value of all hemp products will be shown from a hemp harvest.

Articles from Canada, France and China show their governments support to help build on the efforts of the people involved in industrial hemp industry. At a time when food is such a critical issue to lots of countries, it would seem criminal to not allow a nutritional food source that has potential to make a big difference in a country that has the broad acre land available to really help local farmers and the needs of a growing world population.

I believe that with the nutritional benefits of hemp foods that the hemp industry would be better overseen in the Department of Health (like Canada). We are asking for the same rights all WTO countries have but we in Australia and New Zealand do not. Where is the evidence to not allow low THC hemp foods?

19. Legalise adoption for Same-Sex Couples in Victoria

Currently, it is illegal for same-sex couples to adopt children within Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania & the Northern Territory.

In 2007 the Victorian Law Reform Commission recommended that the law be amended to allow gay couples to adopt: (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LGBT_adoption#Oceania) however this recommendation has not yet been implemented in the Victorian parliament. It is likely that if nothing is done, this law may never be amended.

Same-sex couple adoption has recently been legalised in NSW, which is a victory, however the Law Reform Commission recommended that this law be changed in 1997 (http://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/2010/09/09/3007592.htm) - I am standing for the possibility that it will not take 10 years to reform the Law in Victoria!

I am passionate about making a difference in the world and shifting paradigms that have not historically been shifted. What would it be like for you to be part of history? Someone who stood for equal rights in Victoria?

If this sounds like you, please sign the petition below. You don't have to be gay to show your support! I am aiming for 10,000 Victorians to sign this petition by December 19th 2010. This petition will be sent to the Attorney General of Victoria by December 20th 2010 to show Parliament that Victorians are serious about equal rights!

21. FX, Bring Back Damages for Season 4!

Damages is an Emmy and Golden Globe-winning cable TV show, widely critically acclaimed, and is a legal drama and thriller with a difference. It is funded through FX, the American cable network.

According to Nielsen ratings, Damages was the third highest digital video recorded (DVR) show in 2009 (1). However like many of the best shows, sometimes the Nielsen first-run ratings aren't too high (2). There is some concern that season three of Damages will be its untimely last.

This show needs better advertising, and before a decision to cancel or to renew is taken - there needs to be some serious consideration of DVD sales, and a focus on the DVR ratings as well as the first-run ratings.

23. Legalize Homosexual Marriage

United States citizens have the Constitutional right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, as long as those pursuits don't infringe on the rights of others. The pursuit of happiness through marriage is a long accepted tradition, one which federal law, and many state’s laws, forbid if the prospective pair is of the same sex. Homosexuality does not infringe upon anyone's rights, except where couples are being prosecuted for having a different way of life.

Disallowing homosexual coupling could be looked upon as an infringement of the citizens’ rights, because it is a nonviolent union, formed to pursue happiness, not to violate anyone’s rights. Christianity is a major religion in the United States, but we also have the freedom to choose to follow any religion we wish.

While Christianity is anti-homosexual, not every religion is, and not everyone in the United States is Christian. Therefore, not everyone thinks homosexuality is an unforgivable tendency, and many support it. Thousands of people, if not hundreds of thousands, have expressed their desire to support homosexuals. The opposition is almost entirely religously based, and unconstitutional.

26. Lowering the Drinking age to 18

The current United States legal drinking age is 21. Many United States citizens disagree with this age. Many believe that the age to legally be able to purchase, consume or possess alcohol should be 18.

A United States Citizen is allowed to vote when they are 18 years of age. 18 year old males are forced to join the Selective Service, for possible drafting. This means that 18-year old males can go to war. At age 18, a citizen is also inclined to jury duty. So, an 18-year old is given the responsibilities of voting, being selected for jury duty, and possibly being drafted for war.

If an 18-year old citizen is to be given these responsibilities, why is the legal drinking age 21? Does the U.S. Government not trust those of us under 21? They trust us with their votes, yet they cannot treat us like full adults for another 3 years!

30. Legalize Cannabis

It has been proven over and over again that marijuana is not a lethal drug, yes,it may not be good for children, and yes sometimes you can be irresponsible with it,but its the same case with Alcohol, and has similar effects..

Marijuana is the third most popular recreational drug in America (behind only alcohol and tobacco), and has been used by nearly 80 million Americans. According to government surveys, some 20 million Americans have smoked marijuana in the past year, and more than 11 million do so regularly despite harsh laws against its use. Our public policies should reflect this reality, not deny it.

Marijuana is far less dangerous than alcohol or tobacco. Around 50,000 people die each year from alcohol poisoning. Similarly, more than 400,000 deaths each year are attributed to tobacco smoking. By comparison, marijuana is nontoxic and cannot cause death by overdose. According to the prestigious European medical journal, The Lancet, "The smoking of cannabis, even long-term, is not harmful to health. ... It would be reasonable to judge cannabis as less of a threat ... than alcohol or tobacco."
