3. Kentucky Petition for Secession
This State under the United States Constitution and Federal Government has committed the following sins that require confession, and repentance pursuant unto a new Government under God:
i. Our rejection of God the Father and his mediatorial King, the Lord Jesus Christ, whose royal prerogative (Phil. 2:9-11, Dan. 2: 44-45, Dan. 7: 13-14, Rev. 1:5, Ps. 89:27, 1 Cor. 15:25, Luk. 22:29-30, Acts 5:29-31, Heb. 1:13, Acts 2: 29-35, Heb. 1: 8-9) has been treasonously rejected by our Constitution's Preamble (Which contradict Romans 13:1), Article 6 (Contradicts Exodus 18:21 ) and First Amendment of the Bill of Rights (A disestablishment principle utterly incompatible with the Bible and Christian History).
ii. Legal protection of idolatry and false worship within a nation that has been enlightened by the gospel, together with a refusal to establish the true reformed religion as the only established religion within that nation.
iii. Refusal to affirm in constitutional documents that God's moral law is the supreme law of the land (within a nation enlightened by the gospel), but to the contrary, the legal declaration of an immoral constitution to be the supreme law of the land.
iv. Inciting of racial agitation (Especially Black against White), through media and educational disinformation.
v. Legal protection of public blasphemy against the name of the Lord in all forms of media.
vi. Refusal to prohibit all unnecessary work on the Sabbath.
vii. Subjecting the children to the evils of the Roman Catholic Church and their perverted rapist Priests without proper prosecution.
viii. Legal endorsement of the slaughter and murder of unborn children.
ix. Legal protection of gross immorality, sexual perversion and heinous pornography.
x. Habitual theft through unjust and excessive taxes through inflated paper currency and the violation of a man’s natural right to his wages for personal service.
xi. Our involvement with wars of conquest.
This will be accomplished by defensive war if necessary. This war is not offensive, but defensive; not by falling upon persons to take away their lives, but a defending of our Religion and ourselves from all unjust assaults which is allowable to all men (Gen.14,1 Sam. 14:44-45, Prov. 24:11-12, Luke 22:36). We must resist this wicked government. It is our duty (Psa. 94:16). We are informed by Scripture that God punishes sinful nations with war (2 Chron. 16:9, 2 Sam. 12:10). We are informed by 2 Kings 21 that God brought complete destruction upon Jerusalem because of the sins of their King Manasseh. God held the people liable for the sins of their Government! Jeremiah the prophet warned those who would murder him, “But know ye for certain, that if ye put me to death, ye shall surely bring innocent blood upon yourselves, and upon this city, and upon the inhabitants thereof: for of a truth the LORD hath sent me unto you to speak all these words in your ears.” (Jer. 26:15) In fear of almighty God we seek to repent of our sins that more judgment does not come upon us than already has.
We do not fear the reproach of man. As the apostles stated, "Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye. For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard." (Acts 4:18-20) We do not fear death, as the Lord Jesus Christ commanded, "And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell." (Mat. 10:28) And we know that through much difficulty we shall prevail, "And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death." (Rev. 12:11)
No doubt, our enemies will try to rise up puppet representatives among us, to lead us astray and discredit our movement. When an Anglo or Japhethite Protestant Christian people have demanded a land and a Christian Government for themselves, evil white men have risen up in their ranks to lead their people to offensive violence to justify the existence of a reactionary movement which the media has mounted to support against us. Therefore, to protect ourselves, let it be clear: WE VEHEMENTLY REJECT OFFENSIVELY VIOLENT AND MALICIOUS ACTIONS AND ATTITUDES TOWARDS PEOPLES OF OTHER ETHNICITIES AND PEOPLES OF OTHER RELIGIONS. ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH NEO-NAZI MOVEMENTS OR MALICIOUS KU KLUX KLAN GROUPS WE REJECT. AFTER OUR ESTABLISHMENT WE SEEK TO CONDUCT PEACE TREATIES AND COMMERCE WITH OUR BLACK AMERICAN FRIENDS AND OUR CATHOLIC FRIENDS.
The grievances which have brought us to this petition are bitter and if we are not careful can easily lead to malice and offensive violence. Let us never forget the wisdom of the Scriptures which says, "When a man's ways please the LORD, he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him" (Pro 16:7) and as the Lord Jesus Christ said, "But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil." (Luk. 6:35) May God grant this mercy to us with lawful assemblies and non-violent petitions to both our representatives and our fellow man.
Eligible Petitioners:
- Voters in the United States, who desire to become citizens of The Republic of Kentucky
- Voters who are Citizens of the State of Kentucky
4. Bring Cinematic Titanic to Louisville, KY
Cinematic Titanic is a live comedy show and movie screening event from the creator and cast of the Peabody Award winning television show Mystery Science Theater 3000.
Comedians Joel Hodgson, Trace Beaulieu, J. Elvis Weinstein, Mary Jo Pehl, and Frank Conniff provide standup commentary for a movie screened before a live audience. After performances, the cast usually has a signing line where fans can meet their favorite movie riffers. For more information on the show, see http://cinematictitanic.com.
This is inspired by the Tompkins300 groups on Faebook who helped book shows for comedian Paul F. Tompkins, and it will work for us too! A description of Paul's campaign, the inspiration for ours, is here: http://paulftompkins.com/blog_detail.php?id=47. The gist is: when enough people promised to see him, he did a show in their city.
This petition is that promise for a Cinematic Titanic show. Facebook changed the way that groups work, so our campaign to Bring Cinematic Titanic to Louisville, KY is using this petition instead of page Likes to measure our group's true size and audience commitment.
If a theater will book Cinematic Titanic, we will come to see them in Louisville, KY!
☆★~~ ATTENTION MSTIES ~~★☆
1. Why do you want to sign? Because I've met Joel Hodgson, and so can you! The Titans always have a signing line after shows.
2. That said, PLEASE ONLY SIGN IF YOU ARE ABLE TO set aside the ticket and/or travel costs and are likely to attend the show in when it is booked. For campaigns like this to work, we have to convince the theater owners AND the Titans that a show in Louisville will make money. Things certainly come up, and no one will hate you if you can't get a babysitter that night, but please be realistic about your ability to be in Louisville, KY for a show.
3. Please do not bug Cinematic Titanic about this show or this petition. It is not their decision. Venue owners are the decision makers we want to influence. Please be nice to them so they will take us seriously.
4. When we have 300 signatures, we will start contacting theaters such as the Louisville Palace or the Kentucky Center For the Performing Arts to find a venue for a Cinematic Titanic show.
5. After signing, please continue to spread the word! Check out our Facebook fan page and join the mailing list for monthly updates on our progress. Join us, won't you?

5. Bring the Abdullah Brothers to Lexington
The MSA of UK are trying to bring Hussain and Hamza Abdullah to Lexington as part of their 30 Masjids in 30 Days documentary this Ramadan.
This petition is to show the Abdullah brothers we want them here!
6. Save Sand Hill Cranes from Kentucky Hunters
Kentucky has just licensed hunters to shoot migrating Sand Hill Cranes. These Cranes are monogamous for life and fly to Florida over Kentucky.
Sand Hill Cranes are curious friendly birds used to people being kind to them.
7. Keep Jessamine, Boyle, Garrard & Lincoln County in Kentucky's 6th District
Let the Kentucky General Assembly know that you support Senator Damon Thayer’s proposed re-districting plan and oppose any plan that removes Boyle, Jessamine, Garrard and Lincoln from the 6th District.
If you would like to join the efforts to encourage the adoption of the Thayer Proposal, please forward this to friends, post on your Facebook page and ask others to join this effort.
We need to get copies of all the signatures to the House and Senate by January 3 when they begin their next session, since redistricting will be one of the first things they will consider.
Let's fight to keep ALL of Central Kentucky in the 6th District!
KRS-403.270 is a 6 month de-facto custodian law for miner children 3 years old and younger. Once in court this can be postponed monthly for the full 6 months resulting in loss of child. This law promotes illegal adoption.
This is what happened to me and my daughter the day before Thanksgiving 1999. This is bad for Kentucky families.
Hello all! My name is Brittany Hicks (Hurt). I am 23 years old from Johnson County, KY. At age 19, I was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance. In 2009, I was convicted of said charge. I was given a 5 year sentence with possibility of shock probation. After spending 7 months in KCIW, I was granted the said shock probation. Immediately after release, I signed into a substance abuse rehabilitation program.
I completed the program at the very end of 2009, and began my journey as a sober, productive member of society. In early 2010, I enrolled in KCTCS and began taking classes towards earning an Associated degree in Medical Information Technology with an administrative option. Many things such as financial aid eligibility has stood in my way. I am a fighter, so I fight for what I truly believe in. I believe in myself and i believe people can change. I know, understand, and accept that laws are placed in order to protect the citizens and maintain justice for all. However, justice for me (a citizen) would be being allowed to to have a fresh start. I can't do this without expungement of my record when the time comes for that to happen.
I am found that with a felony conviction that you are so limited. I mean i know I committed a crime and I must be punished for it, but as i see it, it is though I am getting continuously punished over and over again each time an application asks about a criminal record. I try my best to always do what's right and cause no trouble. I was just young and dumb and made bad decisions.
10. Develop Newport Skate Park
This petition is in support of development of the Newport Skate Park, a public skatepark in Newport, Kentucky.
Skateparks in other cities have resulted in decreased petty crimes and private property damage as well as increased social networking and health.
Additionally, skateparks enhance the unique urban appeal of communities such as Newport.
In the summer of 2010, John Calipari and the University of Kentucky basketball pursued Enes Kanter, a center from Turkey. In the last months, he has been declared ineligible multiple times. The cause, Kanter accepted a surplus in funds, 33k to be exact.
This fact has been agreed by both opposing parties, the University of Kentucky and the NCAA. However, multiple other players in similar situations very comparible to the Kanter's have been declared eligible. This petition calls for the NCAA to declare Kanter eligible in pursuit of consistent ruling in these types of cases.
Kentucky hasn't had an NFL team since the 1920's. That's 90 years. Kentucky is big enough to have an NFL team. It could be located in Louisville or Lexington.
Please give Kentucky an NFL team. Even if they are horrible I know that I and a lot of people in Kentucky would support them. Thanks you.
13. Solve the health crisis of Martin County, Kentucky
Since the early 1900's, the people of Buck and Elk Creeks in Martin County, Kentucky have endured deplorable water quality. Seeing as there are so many homes with straight pipes in the area, E. Coli levels have skyrocketed.
In partnership with Morehead State University, we have seen areas with over twenty times the legal limit of E. Coli This is a major problem seeing as so many children and animals populate the area. We can overlook it no longer.
Something must be done.
14. Bring Taco Bell to Allston Rock-City
Throughout history, men have always demanded two things for contentment. First, a good job to put food on the table for him and his family.... and Second, for that food to be tasty, affordable, fast food.
We the youth of Boston see that fit for our us as well, yet we are forced into the consumption of some of the most vile provisions a dollar menu can offer. We lack choices, we lack flair, yet are forced to lick our lips in awe every time we turn on the television set to gaze upon the countless commercials promoting the delicacies of fast food establishments foreign, to the likes of our neighborhood.
The replacement of our Taco Bell with a Starbucks at BU central was the last straw. We will stand up for what we believe in and soon enough, we will again be making that run for the border, that we all know and love!
15. Get the Jonas Brothers to Louisville
The Jonas Brothers - what teenage girl or parent doesn't know they exist? The Jonas Brothers, made up of Nicholas, Joseph, and Paul (Kevin), are the wonders of the world. Girls scream while they play their hits including, S.O.S. and When You Look Me In The Eyes.
There are thousands of fans around the world. There's not single reason why they SHOULDN'T play in every United State's state? So why don't the brothers make a stop in Louisville? The fan's aren't reacting!
Sign this petition to get them to your city!
16. Give Spencer-Shelby Voters a Voice!
We represent the voters of Spencer and Shelby County, who want the right to vote on the proposed expanded gaming amendment.
This is our chance to have an important say in the future of both Kentucky and our local community.
So let's tell State Senator Gary Tapp, and our State Representatives Brad Montell, David Floyd, and Milward Dedman we want OUR VOICE heard in November!
17. Let Us Vote!
We are Bluegrass Democracy Now, a group of voters in Henry, Oldham, Carroll, Trimble, and Jefferson Counties of Kentucky.
We believe we deserve the right to vote in November on whether the Commonwealth should have casino gambling.
We are asking our State Senator, Ernie Harris, and our representatives, David Osborne and Rick Rand, to approve a constitutional amendment that will LET US VOTE!
18. Hardin County United for a Vote
We are a diverse group of Hardin County citizens who have come together in favor of allowing the people of Kentucky to vote on the important issue of expanded gaming.
We are not taking a position in favor or against expanded gaming - our stand is that the people should be allowed to make this important decision, not politicians.
We are proud to have people for and against expanded gaming on our steering committee, as well as people from both political parties and from almost all geographic areas of our county.
This will come down to a vote in the state house and state senate this legislative session. We are encouraging our state legislators, Senator Elizabeth Tori, Representative Jimmie Lee, and Representative Tim Moore, to vote in favor of allowing us to vote on this in the ballot box this November. And we are encouraging you, concerned Hardin County citizens, to contact these legislators and respectfully ask that they allow you to vote on expanded gaming.
Expanded gaming amendment facts:
* People on both sides of the expanded gaming issue support allowing the people to decide.
* With the revenue shortfall in Frankfort, expanded gaming would be a boost to the state economy and the state's coffers. The people should be allowed to decide if expanded gaming is a solution.
* The horse industry in Kentucky is having a hard time competing with tracks in other states who have casinos. If expanded gaming is not passed, we could see tracks leave the state. The people should be allowed to decide if Kentucky should have expanded gaming to help the horse industry.
* Kentucky is losing hundreds of millions of dollars as our citizens go to Indiana casinos and other states. The people should be allowed to decide if Kentucky should have expanded gaming to keep from losing these tax dollars to other states
* In closing, let the people of Kentucky vote. This is a democracy.
19. Stop Kentucky Casino Gambling
The horse track people, gambling interests and the politicians who have money in their pockets are not going to stop until they get their way.
The politicians are particularly vague on the casino issue. They know casinos are not popular with voters, so they give non-committal answers when asked about support for casinos, saying only they support giving Kentuckians "a chance to vote" on the issue. This rhetoric means they want casinos - and won't stop until they get them.
Gov. Beshear and his powerful gambling allies know the recipe for getting an unpopular measure passed: First, get the gambling measure on the ballot during a mid-term election cycle, when voter apathy is high and turnout is very low.
Then, with enough television ad saturation and unprecedented get-out-the-vote campaigns in urban Democrat strongholds, the casino ballot measure has a better than 50% chance of passing.
20. Rescuing Recess in Kentucky
CHICAGO Oct 9, 2006 (AP)— Here's some soothing medicine for stressed-out parents and overscheduled kids: The American Academy of Pediatrics says what children really need for healthy development is more good, old-fashioned playtime.
21. Conjugal Visits in Kentucky
July 15, 2006
Being married to a prisoner is hard enough without having any physical contact with your partner.
We feel that conjugal visits in Kentucky prisons would raise moral, cut down on frustration, due to lack of physical contact, and keep prisoners from having sexual relationships with other men.
Many other states allow conjugal visits and it is working out fine for those states.
Please consider this proposal and allow conjugal visits in Kentucky prisons.
22. Sorgho Residents
June 3, 2006
The Sierra Club and Health Department ordered a drainage tile to be plugged to prevent RAIN WATER from flowing into the ditch.
This has caused flooding of yards. I want to petition the city to move forward for city sewage which is about 4 miles away.
23. Stop Kentucky Fried Cruelty
April 23, 2006
After viewing the Kentucky Fried Cruelty video aired on several news stations, I wanted to DO something to stop not only the vicious criminal offenses that providers for KFC have done to the chicken, but for animals in general.
I am not PART of PETA. Their system is severly flawed. I ask that you sign this petition to speak out against animal cruelty, even if you've had a SLIGHT thought about it.
Please visit the following website, www.kentuckyfriedcruelty.com and browse around, but perticularly view the Kentucky Fried Cruelty video.
You don't HAVE to support PETA, but please sign my petition!
24. Long hair at Louisville Male High School
Louisville Male High School has a rule against the students of male gender's hair being at the eyebrows or past them, at the ears or past, or at the collar of an oxford polo shirt.
Their main explanation for this rule is that it's a distraction towards other student's education. Many students have been suspended for having too many detentions from having getting referrals for having "unacceptable" hair.
25. Adopt Metro Louisville "Owner to Control Animals; Nuisances Prohibited" into WP General Ordinances
January 22, 2006
No ordinance has been adopted in WP that would protect residents from owners who refuse to control nuisant animals (eg, excessive barking or howeling).
MetroLouisville has an ordinance (15-1990) in place that would eliminate this behavior and hold negligent owners accountable.
This ordinance would insure that we, as property owners, have a guarantee against nuisant animal behavior.
26. Keep Dewitt Elementary School Open
January 6, 2006
The Knox County School Board is trying to Close Dewitt Elementary School down.
We as a Community would like to stand up and be heard in order to Keep Dewitt Elementry School Open.
There is no reason that the School should be Closed..It needs some minor work done on it..But The Knox County School Board says they don't have them money to work on it..But they have the money to Build New Schools for other Schools in Knox Co, So Please People Stand Up and be Heard..
Please sign the Petition.
27. Student-Athlete Appeal - JV Football
Oct 28, 2005
We would like to ask if sophmore Devon Askew and freshman Ronnie Wingo could receive an early appeal before November to allow them the chance to play in the last game of the football season.
Devon and Ronnie are crucial assets to our JV team and everyone on the JV Football team and many more would appreciate it if you allowed them an appeal.
28. Stop Native Fish Population Declining
The local fishermen feel the hybrid trout being stocked at this time by the Department of Fish and Wildlife are detrimental to the native fish population. We would ask the Dept to consider stocking native fish.
29. A strong voice for KCTCS faculty and staff
The KCTCS Board of Regents (BOR)is supporting legislation that would cut the number of faculty, staff and student elected members by half.
Kentucky affiliates of the American Federation of Teachers including the community college and the technical college faculty alliances oppose this effort by the BOR.
30. KFC must improve their animal welfare program
August 4, 2004
KFC (aka Kentucky Fried Chicken) claim to have an Animal Welfare Program for their suppliers' farms and promise not to tolerate the suffering of any animals, yet over the last 3 years proof has been made that many animals have suffered (and are still suffering) within these farms, and KFC has done absolutely nothing to stop it.
These chickens suffer greatly from abuse such as debeaking, live scalding, and life long crippling.. NO living creature should have to endure such torture.
Please show your support against animal abuse by letting as many people as you can know about these horrific practices.
You dont have to be vegetarian to care about the well-being of our feathered and furred friends. Help stop the cruelty to these poor animals!
