So many police officers are embellishing in their police reports and also conjuring with other officers, which is against the law.
Police officers are sworn in to protect and serve, not to be the KGB and NOT to abuse their authority and break the law, to harass or to be above the law. Police officers should be mandated to proving their reports truthful if the suspect in the case requests so.
So many persons are suffering the tattoos of crimes due to police being stressed to busting persons with more then one crime in order that the suspects be forced into accepting at least one crime punishable by law. This is NOT American!
If the country continues to move in a socialist way, soon we will all be criminals so as the government will have an identity and a way to remove the freedoms that we are to enjoy as Americans. Please sign the petition that all members Police be subject to prove themselves without error or prejudice so to protect US Citizens of Entrapment, harassment, etc...

4. LAW ENFORCEMENT ACCOUNTABILITY PETITION 
The Uniform Crime Reporting (U.C.R.) program was conceived in 1929 by the International Association of Chiefs of Police to meet a need for reliable, uniform crime statistics for the nation. In 1930, the FBI was tasked with collecting, publishing, and archiving those statistics.
The United States law enforcement and judicial system have a long history of racial discrimination against minorities. In addition, the United States Law Enforcement and judicial system have a long history of discriminating against low income citizens in rural and urban areas.
We believe that a society functions best when all of its citizens feel safe, and secure. We believe this is best achieved in a truly democratic society with laws based on the Declaration of Human Rights and the Constitution of the United States of America is enforced. We believe that the public needs reliable information for better understanding.
To date, the FBI, CIA, Border Patrol, Sheriff, County, City and/or State Law Enforcement officers do not have to document if a citizen has died while in their custody nor do they have to document how many citizens have been killed at the hands of law enforcement.
5. Powhatan and Goochland concerned citizens opposing firing range
Four outdoor firing ranges planned by the Virginia State Police (VSP), Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) and Department of Game & Inland Fisheries (DGIF) is slated to be developed off Old River Trail, a historic scenic By-Way. The Old River Trail neighborhood is rural with a productive farm sharing the property boundary.
There are 6 residents that are less than 1400 feet from the proposed firing ranges. These firing ranges will NOT be available for public use.
An active church begun by ex-slaves in 1866 and a large sub-division are both less than 2/10 of a mile from the proposed ranges. The range will impact about 600 residents within a 2-mile radius from the firing.
This will also impact those hobbyists who enjoy the tranquility of the James River for recreational purposes. This proposed facility will NOT create any new jobs NOR revenue for the counties. It will however, DECREASE the land value for those in the immediate surrounding areas thus causing a REDUCTION in tax revenues for the counties.
Powhatan and Goochland residents along the river will also be impacted by the noise the proposed firing ranges will emit.
