Those who are currently in power in Croatia,SDP government headed byZoran Milanovic,Ivo Josipovic the so called president have renounced Veljko Maric, they have not provided any protection for him, and his case has been put aside in a drawer, and they have left him at the mercy of Serbian antagonists, as if the man does not exist, it is obvious that Veljko Maric was sold to the Serbs !

The Serbian government headed by Tomislav Nikolić, who himself committed crimes in Croatia during the homeland war,has ignored requests for Veljko Maric to be transferred to Croatia.

Tihomir Purda was released because of strong protests, but someone is still in Serbian custody and no one is campaigning to free them. The Croatian government has not bothered to campaign to free Veljko Maric who is still in a Serbian prison. Which makes you think about Croatian government cooperation with the Chetniks and future arrests of Croatian defenders in the name of project the Western Balkans or EU.

In the prosecution of Kevin G. Wiggins, on conspiracy and wire fraud charges, it is alleged that United States Attorneys for the Northern District of Georgia conspired with Mr. Wiggins's co-defendant and his co-defendant's attorney to falsify evidence. Such false evidence was presented to the court, along with documents prosecutors submitted to the court containing materially false evidence, and a variety of false statements made by one of the persecutors, which resulted in the sentencing of Mr. Wiggins.

In addition, the prosecutors violated Mr. Wiggins's and his sister's constitutional rights to due process, by deceiving the court into believing that other key participants in the fraud, a loan officer and underwriter, were innocent of the same crimes, and they also misled the court into believing the two closing attorneys in the conspiracy would be charged soon after Mr. Wiggins's sentencing, and to recommend a reduced sentence for his cooperation against the attorneys. It's been over a year and no charges have been filed.

It is also alleged that prosecutors, along with the F.B.I. case agent, prepared a report of Mr. Wiggins's testimony he provided in a debriefing with the government, in which he provided evidence to refute the false claims the appraiser in the case made about Mr. Wiggins's sister. The report was never presented to Mr. Wiggins or his defense attorney, nor the court. Moreover, the evidence disproving the false claims by the appraiser, were deleted from the report, and thereafter the report was provided to Mr. Wiggins's sister and her attorney, which led her to plead guilty under false pretenses, because prosecutors never mentioned the positive testimony her brother provided.

Mr. Wiggins has had a website set up to help bring the outrageous corruption of justice in his and his sister's case to the public's attention, to help prevent it from happening to other citizens of our country.

"No one is going to give them their rights to live with dignity on a silver platter. They have to be extracted with force... This statement and the hope put in non-governmental organizations come as a surprise if one looks at the recent developments in different states of India. There are various non-governmental human rights organizations active India and many of them recently faced serious threats by the police and the political powers. Activists were arrested and false charges were filed.

Examples:
The most recent example is that of Subash Mohapatra, the director of the Forum for Fact-finding Documentation and Advocacy. He was arrested from the office of the Chhattisgarh State Human Rights Commission when submitting the reply asked by the Commission regarding a case of Dalit exploitation on July 17, 2007. Human Rights Commissions are meant to protect human rights and are not meant to be the site of its violation. False charges were filed under several sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

Just a few days before his arrest, Amarnath Pandey, advocate and human rights defender from Chhattisgarh was charged with a false case on atrocities against the tribes (for whom he is providing legal service in courts). His life has been threatened many times by the police and he travels with a sign on the rear of his vehicle saying "Chhattisgarh Government may kill me in a fake encounter (extrajudicial killing)”.

Around the same date, on Saturday, 14 July 2007 Saroj Mohanty, poet and long-time activist with Prakrutik Sampad Surakhya Parishad (PSSP), which has been opposing the entry of large bauxite mining companies in Kashipur for over 15 years, has been arrested. Saroj was taken into custody at a railway station in Rayagada District. He is currently in judicial custody in Rayagada district jail. The charges against him are completely fabricated but serious. They include section 395 of the IPC (Dacoity), section 397 (Robbery or dacoity with attempt to cause death or grievous hurt), and section 450 (House trespass with intention to commit offence that is punishable with imprisonment for life).

Brijesh Bilathare, advocate and human rights defender from Madhya Pradesh, had false charges filed against him on 6 June 2007 stating he was obstructing a public servant discharging his duty.

Dr. Binayak Sen, senior human rights activist, was arrested on May 14, 2007 by Chattisgarh police. He is General Secretary, People's Union for Civil Liberties, Chattisgarh and its national vice president. He was detained under the provisions of two highly controversial laws: The Chhattisgarh Special Public Security Act, 2005 and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 2004. The allegations are based on assumed connections with Maoist rebels.

The paternal Grandmother of baby boy of 18 months filed for joinder under false grounds and false facts/statements. The Joinder was still Granted!
After, Grandma filed a motion to requests visitations un supervised. The baby doesn't even know them and vice versa to say there is an en dangared pre-existing bond.
I had a brief with points and authorities with case law and state codes/ laws made, was grantedsupervised visits at my home every week for 2 hours at my convinience.

Grandma showed on a day she wasn't supposed to, put my mother and child in dangers way, I then filed a TRO
but the Judge denied it because I wasn't the victim.

Now grandparents get un supervised visits with supervised pick up and drop off and we both have to pay. Grandparents have been getting away with it all, the court doesn't want to hear me out. I have plenty of laws, statues, codes, case laws, evidence, testimonials, witnesses, and it is almost as if I were the invinsible parent. I have been the parent 100 percent of the time, the other parent is not around. There is no pre existing bond or anything that the court should have to go by to allow forced visits.

They have had my child dropped off with vomit on his clothes, un approved medicine stains on his shirt, chocolate, it goes on and on. HELP Your petition counts!

The Hennepin County Juvenile court prosecutes so many false child Abuse cases that it is damaging families unnecessarily. I think that a class action suit should be filed against them for defamation of Character and Slander.

The courts take the word of a child mad at the time at their parent or guardian and file a report that goes to the police. Whether the police drop the case or not the Hennepin County prosecuter still gets a copy and files a suit on a dropped case. This means the innocent person then has to do some form of restitution for something that should never has been tried in the first place, and ends up with a record they don't deserve. They are faced with background checks and the inability to obtain decent jobs to provide a decent standard of lifestyle to children that are no longer angry.

The problem still remains that the child needs to get disciplined so they won't end up a menance to society but this is not taken into account when that same child that lied in the first place is stealing or vandalizing or some other horrific crime that could have been prevented before the right to discipline a child was taken away from their parent.

The administration of Palmer High School decided to change the current bell schedule at Palmer. The new schedule would include two days of extended periods and a teacher collaboration period once a week.

Question: What is wrong with the present schedule?
Answer: The present schedule doesn't allow time for teachers to collaborate or to work individually with struggling students.
False. The present schedule gives most teachers two free periods plus a lunch period in which they can work with other teachers and struggling students.

Problems with Current Schedule:
• No time for teachers to collaborate
• No time for teachers to work with struggling students
o False, all teachers have free periods in which they can work with other teachers or with students.

Problems with the Proposed Schedule:
• No time allotted for Terror TV or announcements,
• On a block day, it is possible for a student to began,
class at 7:40 and not eat for five hours.
• Field Trips are discouraged
• Students taking classes at other schools or at a local
college will have trouble creating a schedule
• Students who are taking 8 classes per day will lose a
class, because only 7 periods are offered.
o Particularly detrimental to IB students who wish to participate in elective or extra classes.

Proposed alternate changes to Schedule:
• Retain present schedule.
• Create department wide lunches/planning periods, so that all members of any given department share a free period in which they can collaborate.

In light of the current situation in Iraq, and the way that these so-called "world leaders" have conducted their self with lies and false issues surrounding their campaign of Operation Iraqi Liberation (O.I.L.). With their selfish needs for the Iraqi oil the have lead our military to an unnessecary war, leading to countless deaths of troops and innocent civilians, which in turn will invoke more terrorists all over the world.

Allthough their false intentions seemed nobel at the time, their accusations have failed to materialise. With the death toll rising these people need to be withdrawn from power as like they done with the Iraqi leader. It was clear from the news reports that the Americain leader was not making the decisions and that the British leader was merely mislead into believing the dangers that the Americains portraid.

There are too many false reports made regarding child abuse that sometimes certain individuals fall through the cracks of the system. Some people report suspected child abuse to be spiteful and vengeful towards the parent, guardian and caretaker of a child. This causes a buildup of caseloads that child protection services have to investigate, which results in time wasted if the reports are not true. People should be held accountable for their actions and statements, and if they are willing to go as far as to report suspected abuse, then they should willing to back it up if necessary and not hide behind the cloak of anonymity.

If reporters were to be held accountable for their statements and actions and required to give their identity to only the child abuse agencies dealing with the reports, I believe there would be a decrease in the amount of false reports made. If there was a penalty to face for reporting false child abuse allegations then people with vendettas would be discouraged to abuse the system that was designed and set up to protect the abused.

I am a good man, from a good family. I met a woman from the backwoods, prostituting herself in a bar. We eventually married. I joined the Navy (8 years and a war) to help broaden our lives and serve my country. I supported her, while she slept with the 6th Fleet and took money from them occassionally, but constantly slept with other men in my bed. She convinced me it was because she was an alcoholic, so she got sober and we had kids. It's been a nightmare. She kept sleeping around, even with our minister! I converted, abandoned my family and worked two jobs to support her (she refuses to work) and the kids. We are now divorcing. Her rich mother bought her a house. We lost the family home (after she trashed it) and I moved in with my very religious Mother.

She's sleeping around even now, yet she goes to court and tells the world I shouldn't have friends. I am trying to get the kids and she files false Orders of Protection on me. I WON, but yet lost. I am my own lawyer at this point so even when I have her over a barrel I lose somewhat. We have no money or anything and she has dragged this nightmare out 17 months so far, even though she agreed we should divorce! My daughter has been committed twice and the boys are a wreck. She is physically and mentally abusive yet the courts won't protect us from her. I have Ex Parte 50% custody (no divorce TRIAL yet), but she's always filing BS like I don't take medication, when I have a bottle in my pocket, like our daughter attempted suicide while with me, but it was with my soon to be Ex that rode in the ambulance with my daughter then tried to cover it up instead of get her help!! The United States of America was created upon the basis of a eurocentric philosophy dripping with white supremist ideals. From the very beginning, America has been the number one terrorist in the world. It has institutionalized racism as well as supported and encouraged mass genocide of entire nations of peoples.

Contrary to popular belief, the first holocaust did not take place in Germany; rather, the first holocaust took place right here in the contegious United States. Hitler can be quoted as writing that his nazi regime had much to gain from studying how the Americans exterminated whole nations of native american peoples. The nazi concentration camps were based off of American indian reservations and the extermination and mass slaughter of over 100,000,000 native individuals. Our government signed treaties with these nations of peoples and continually turned around and broke nearly every single one of them. Native children were kidnapped and sent to boarding schools where they were forced to live their lives according to the strict Protestant ethic, taught to march and punished if they uttered a word of their native language. The popular justification at that time for the destruction of these children's ties to their native culture/way of life was "kill the savage to save the man." History books teach Americans to think of Indians/Native Americans as savages, when in reality, the Americans were the savages. Scalping is commonly associated as one of the savage behaviors native american's displayed. This is inherently false. Scalping came about when the federal and state governments offered a reward for native american scalps. Americans were the scalpers, not the native americans. In some instances people would get money for a native's head, then turn around and scalp the same head to receive even more money. Only long after Americans had instituted scalping as an acceptable, profitable practice did certain tribes begin to do the same to other tribes they were in conflict with--which, by the way, the government pitted against one another in order to ensure it would continue to have the upper hand in exploiting the natives and stealing their land.

People who live in the states of California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Nevada, Utah and parts of Colorado do not actually live in the United States; this land is in reality Mexican territory which the United States acquired without Mexico's consent after invading Mexico, leading to the war of 1812. Hence, many educated individuals refer to these areas as occupied Mexico, as they are truthfully not part of the United States. Therefore, "illegal immigrants" from Mexico who live in these areas are not illegals at all; rather, AMericans living in these areas are the illegals.

These are just a few of the endless facts regarding our country's history, and we need to stop teaching children false information in our schools. Publishers of history textbooks should be legally forced to provide the truth about our country's long history of savage, brutal, dishonest and racist behavior. In light of current global events, knowledge of the truth abut our country will help us all better understand why the rest of the world does not like or is fearful of our country. Sugar coating the harsh reality of American imperialism in history textbooks perpetuates the continued discrimination and marginalization of only breeds racism, ignorance and stupidity.

IF anyone has seen the commercial where they say the people who caused the accident were tested positive for marijauna? Firt off, I've done studies on it. Marijauna stays in your system 28 days after smoking it. It didn't cause the accident. Second off, Its not clinically proven nor is remotely true, its false accusations and evidence.
