由吳宗憲主持的本節目在節目播出時將涼宮春日小說解讀成色情小說，節目中主持人在念涼宮春日內的文字時，更是隨意添加內容，有意將輕小說貼上成人書刊的標籤，以達到節目效果。此事在網路上引發大量討論，絕大多數主題皆是批評居多，主持人黑澀會美眉的其中一人更說出了「宅這種人根本不應該活在世上」、「宅就是電車上的變態」之類充滿偏見之話語，因此招致更大的批評。

遲至目前（9/2）為止，主持人和製作單位並沒有對此發表任何看法。

My ten year old daughter was excitedly awaiting her 11th sleepover birthday party. While she and her friends were enjoying what was supposed to be an exciting night, her father secretly set up a video camera in our bathroom and video taped these girls using the bathroom and undressing.

I found the tapes upon cleaning and when I saw what was on them a friend and I called the police. The police took the tapes and a year battle in court pursued with his lawyer committing stall tactics. He had control over all our assets and when he finally got a slap on the wrist and was sent to jail for less than a year, we are told we have no rights, he was able to take all our possession and leave us about to be homeless and no monies to start over.

The law has no rights for victims under these circumstances and we were told to "shut up and move on with your life". While he was going through courts he was able to work two jobs and do a few episodes of Rescue Me. My daughter and I are scraping by to find a new home and were left with a great debt while he doesn't have to do anything for us! The law is treating us like criminals that, we made our choice by reporting him and now we have to except the circumstances.

Please I beg you, he got a slap on the wrist and we are the ones who lost everything! The lawyers have told me that it's not worth a lawsuit cause he doesn't have to comply(he never complied with all the stipulated agreements) I want justice and we keep getting places in front a stone wall!

Our world history teacher, Ms.Simanu Klutz is a nice person however not a great teacher. Ms. Simanu Klutz has taught us nothing so far in the year, and when I mean nothing, I mean nothing. She gives us many packets of the book to try and help us but we haven't even went over that chapter or section in class.

She gives us the packets and makes us do it on our own. She then gives us tests and quizzes over chapters and sections in the book that we all don't even remember discussing in class because we haven't. She tries different ways to teach us including: slideshows and group projects. Slideshows are a good way for us to make notes and learn but not when she doesn't even let us finish writing everything on the slide on our peice of paper and then doesn't even bother going back to let us write it down, but tells us that we should write faster.

How are we supposed to study for test if we don't have any notes in class. We have only seen three slideshows and not that much information on them. We are now on Chapter 14. She also sometimes lets us watch movies on what sections we are on but it is so boring that everyone ends up falling asleep. Also our class is the only freshman class that she teaches so we get treated like seventh graders. She doesn't do anything in our class to teach us about history. The information that she lectures to us is all coming out of the book.

We never have homework in her class and we never know when we have homework because the plansheet changes in class everyday. Its like social hour for us and we don't like it because we don't learn anything and when she gives us quizzes we bomb them.

Three slaughter houses are hidden within the United States of America. Three hell buildings that steal the lives of thousands of innocent animals.

Transported in cramped cattle trucks or tractor trailors, mares, stallions, and foals are taken to the slaughter daily. Malnurished, starving, dieing, the animals are packed together in pens awaiting their death. For many the conditions in which they are kept get to them before the slaughter does and are dead before they hit the box.

The process begins with a 'stunning'. Stunning as it is, this does not mean the emotion. 'Stunning' of a horse is when a metal rod is shot directly through their foreheads into their skulls and deep within the brain. This action obviously paralyzes the animal. They are then thrown down a shoot into a 'kill box' where they are taken out and lifted upside down to be hung by their hind legs.

Their throats are slashed and left to bleed out to death. From there, their hides are sliced off for leather like a cow. Hooves are ground into hoof glue and the meat can also me made into glue, or dog food, or even transported to other parts of the world where eating horse meat is a delicacy.

But if you ask me it's disgusting and repulsive and needs to be put to an end.

The paternal Grandmother of baby boy of 18 months filed for joinder under false grounds and false facts/statements. The Joinder was still Granted!
After, Grandma filed a motion to requests visitations un supervised. The baby doesn't even know them and vice versa to say there is an en dangared pre-existing bond.
I had a brief with points and authorities with case law and state codes/ laws made, was grantedsupervised visits at my home every week for 2 hours at my convinience.

Grandma showed on a day she wasn't supposed to, put my mother and child in dangers way, I then filed a TRO
but the Judge denied it because I wasn't the victim.

Now grandparents get un supervised visits with supervised pick up and drop off and we both have to pay. Grandparents have been getting away with it all, the court doesn't want to hear me out. I have plenty of laws, statues, codes, case laws, evidence, testimonials, witnesses, and it is almost as if I were the invinsible parent. I have been the parent 100 percent of the time, the other parent is not around. There is no pre existing bond or anything that the court should have to go by to allow forced visits.

They have had my child dropped off with vomit on his clothes, un approved medicine stains on his shirt, chocolate, it goes on and on. HELP Your petition counts!

Rapist's 60 DAY Prison Sentence Triggers Outrage

Burlington, Vermont -- January 4, 2005

There was outrage Wednesday when a Vermont judge handed out a 60-day jail sentence to a man who raped a little girl many, many times over a four-year span starting when she was seven.

The judge said he no longer believes in punishment and is more concerned about rehabilitation.

Prosecutors argued that confessed child-rapist Mark Hulett, 34, of Williston deserved at least eight years behind bars for repeatedly raping a littler girl countless times starting when she was seven.

But Judge Edward Cashman disagreed explaining that he no longer believes that punishment works.

"The one message I want to get through is that anger doesn't solve anything. It just corrodes your soul," said Judge Edward Cashman speaking to a packed Burlington courtroom. Most of the on-lookers were related to a young girl who was repeatedly raped by Mark Hulett who was in court to be sentenced.

The sex abuse started when the girl was seven and ended when she was ten. Prosecutors were seeking a sentence of eight to twenty years in prison, in part, as punishment.

"Punishment is a valid purpose," Chittenden Deputy Prosecutor Nicole Andreson argued to Judge Edward Cashman.

"The state recognizes that the court may not agree or subscribe to that method of sentencing but the state does. The state thinks that it is a very important factor for the court to consider," Andreson added.

But Judge Cashman explained that he is more concerned that Hulett receive sex offender treatment as rehabilitation. But under Department of Corrections classification, Hulett is considered a low-risk for re-offense so he does not qualify for in-prison treatment. So the judge sentenced him to just 60 days in prison and then Hulett must complete sex treatment when he gets out or face a possible life sentence.

Judge Cashman also also revealed that he once handed down stiff sentences when he first got on the bench 25 years ago, but he no longer believes in punishment.

"I discovered it accomplishes nothing of value;it doesn't make anything better;it costs us a lot of money; we create a lot of expectation, and we feed on anger," Cashman explained to the people in the court.

The sentence outraged the victim's family who asked not to be identified.

"I don't like it," the victim's mother,in tears, told Channel 3. "He should pay for what he did to my baby and stop it here. She's not even home with me and he can be home for all this time, and do what he did in my house," she added.

Hulett -- who had been out on bail-- was taken away to start his sentence immediately.

After issuing the original sentence, Cashman was attacked by commentators on TV and on the Internet. On Fox News, Bill O'Reilly told viewers as video of Cashman rolled: "You may be looking at the worst judge in the USA." Gov. James Douglas called on the judge to resign, and several lawmakers demanded his impeachment.

Think deeply, honestly, and carefully about the breed you are considering passing discrimatory legislation against. It doesn't deserve the reputation street fighters, thugs, idiots, and the opportunistic let-you-see-what-they-want-you-to-see media have forcefully thrown upon it.

You see, this breed was created by old time dog fighters to only be aggressive toward other dogs. Those fighters of old were smart enough to not breed dogs that would put their life or limbs in any sort of danger. And the way the fighting fraternity worked demanded a dog that was docile and amiable in any sort of situation because sometimes they even needed to be handled (medical attention) when they were torn open by another dog and in incredible pain or in the middle of their fight (canine tooth stuck in flew instance).

There developed a dog that was aggressive to other dogs but at the same time extremely docile with humans and dying to please them.

Because they are so eager to please and will do anything their master wants, sick, twisted individuals can teach them that they want them to be vicious toward people (mostly through extremely cruel abuse). So they learn to be mean dogs from their owner. But back up in time and place these dogs in stable homes with families who are competent in the rearing of a canine and these very same dogs would probably grow up to be so human friendly that they wouldn't bite a human for any reason unless it was to protect a family member.

We don't mean this in a rude sense but we suggest you come to understand this breed through research so you can separate fact from fiction and make sound judgment calls that will be to the benefit of all.

You see, you can't blame a dog for what his master does to him. If you don't want Pit Bulls going around biting people, then go after the people that make their dogs that way in the first place. If they can do it with a Pit Bull, they can do it with a Labrador Retriever, a Rottweiler, a Collie, or any dog they please.

Pit Bulls need our help, not our hate.

In Early March of 2004, The FCC came down harshly on Howard Stern for something he was wrongfuly acused of. The crime was that he said n***ger on the air, but really was another person who called in. For you who don't know Howard Stern, he is one of the biggest radio show hosts in the world. Plus he is known for Raunchy Talk on air, but is not the sitution.

We the people of Springhill, LA do knowingly ask for the removal of Shannon Morris due to his lack of concern for the community and unwillingly working with any of the people in the Springhill community to resolve issues in the timely delivery of the mail and not working with the people to resolve problems other than telling them to call the 1-800 number.

Also the safety of the postal carriers are another issuse when there is no dog spray in the office for protection against stray animals. Mr. Morris also leaves his Post Office and
doesn't work but about one to two hours
per day or returns to the office on a
Sunday because he doesn't have to deal with Clerks or Carriers. What he is doing is trying to stay away from people because of his lack of communication skills. He has
been in this office only 10 months and has run off or made the staff so ill that they have had to seek medical Psychiatric help. He is rude to anyone he talks too and even told a lady of great standing in the community that she was a liar and turned away from her and left her standing in the
Post Office with her issue unresovled.

I believe that paintball should be made legal in the U.S.Paintball should be legalized all over the United States.

It doesn't make sense for it to be illegal in some places and legal in others. A person could buy a paintball marker in a place it is legal to buy one, then go to a place where it is illegal and do vandilism. If a paintball marker is illegal, why not a baseball bat? They can do the same things, vandalize and kill Do you no why paintball is considered dangerous? i'll tell you, its people who go around and shoot houses and cars and people. It is a very safe sport if the right precautions are takin, such as wering the right saftey gear especially made for the sport, and chronographing your marker before play. You heard it on Entertainment tonight... or maybe access... it was one of those shows, but there's a new Spongebob movie set to come out 2004! Before you start celebrating, take a look at the company making it. Nickelodeon, who came out with such horrible flops like "Jimmy Neutron" and the sad little "Hey Arnold!" movie. Even though these may have started as good ideas, they have been "Nicked" to DEATH.

For those who do not know, a Moratorium is:
"a legally authorized period of delay in the performance of a legal obligation or the
payment of a debt b : a waiting period set by an authority"
I am sending this petition to the Govenor of Texas, in a plea for him to grant a Moratorium on current death sentences to be carried out. I am not asking for an opinion or vote on pro/anti death penalty. I am not attempting to abolish the death penalty. I am fighting for the rights of a fair trial and due process. It has been proven in 350 capital convictions over the past 20 years
that the convicted person had not committed the crime. Of these cases,25 people were executed before their innocence was discovered.
In cases where the person was guilty, or at least not proven innocent, most of these did not recieve adequate representation. On many cases the lawyer assigned to the case, had never tried a murder case, and/or an appeals case. In one trial, the defense attorney fell asleep during half of the trial! Fell asleep! And the Judge did nothing saying, that the law doesn't require an attorney to be awake during the trial!
Wrather you are for or against the Death Penalty doesn't apply. We are not fighting for the lives of criminals, we are fighting for fair trials, adequate representation, and a Criminal justice system that stands for the morals, ethics, and virtues, our country promises. Declaring the innocence or guilt is not our judgment, our judgment is to be sure that the person/people determining innocence or guilt, are doing so following all standards and proceedings as they are stated in our constitution and the laws that define what we in America stand for.
I am requesting a Moratorium-that all executions be postponed-untill the system is evalutated and an investigation of criminal proceedings is completed. The system is being investigated regardless, but in the meantime, people are being executed, some which may be proven innocent, probaly once it's too late to matter. Once the investigation is completed, those still found guilty and deserving, will have their execution date set and carried through. We are always open and able to carry through an execution, but once someone gets the needle, there is nothing we can do. We fight not for rights of murderers, we fight for the rights of a country founded on freedom and fairness.

The assumption of paternity law in Pennsylvania basically states that if a married woman has an affair and bares a child as a result of the affair then in order to preserve her current marriage the father of the child involved in the affair has virtually no rights to the child he has fathered because the child is assumed to be of the husbands creation. I believe this is a violation of human and civil rights and it should not be tolerated. We always preach the important role of a father in a child's life but here in Pennsylvania it seems we like to promote deadbeat dads with a outdated and cruel law such as this. It's prevents good people who want to be involved with their children from doing that very thing. People make mistakes and therefore potential fathers should be able to have visitation with their children doing this doesn't have to put a current marriage in jeopardy. Under the assumption of paternity law potential fathers can't get DNA tests or blood tests done to prove that they are the father because as I said the child is assumed to be of the husband. I always learned that the law was about fact and not assumption so this law is in my view unlawful. I believe it is an old leftover that was on the books to protect women's honor in the poodle skirt generation but everyone knows those days are gone and today women should be held accountable for their actions just as men are. Visiting a child you created doesn't have to ruin a marriage and everyone should have the right to know if they are a father and visit that child if they're suitable and proven to be fathers thank you and please sign to abolish this law in Pennsylvania.
