1. Layla's Petition (Better Enforcement of Child Support) 
Not enough action is being taken against dead beat parents who work under the table, jump from job to job, house to house in order to avoid paying child support.
They don't file taxes, don't keep their addresses current with the USPS and 'fly under the radar' as much as possible to avoid being help responsible for their own flesh and blood. It's time for it to stop.
2. Pass a Primary Care Giver Law
In 2005 my husband and I divorced. He decides he wants a break from being a dad, and husband. So he goes out and has a time of his life.
I on the other hand stayed with my daughter and never gave up on supporting and caring for her under any means WITHOUT help from the father. 3 years later, my ex- husband remarries and decides he wants to be a dad again.
He has all rights even though he walked out without a care for his child. What are My Rights For The Parent Who DID NOT walk out or give up on her Child?
3. Make it easier for parents to collect child support from deadbeat parents in Alabama.
We are trying to get a deadbeat parent law passed in Alabama that would make it easier for parents to collect child support from deadbeat parents. It would take rights away from the deadbeats.
