1. Justice for Daniel Bowers SR 
On March 15th, my dad, Daniel Bowers SR was killed in a motorcycle accident. My dad was going east on 104th and Washington and a guy in truck pulled out in front of him, making a left turn going west causing my dad to slam into his back left tire. He died of impact. The man is being charged with reckless driving resulting in death, which in the state of Colorado is a misdemeanor.
We have 10 witness reports stating that the guy rushed out of the parking lot trying to beat my dad and another car. The car was able to move out of the way my dad tried everything he could do to stop but he wasn't too lucky. The guy took away a very loved man. He was a father of three, a grandpa, a brother, a son, a best friend and so much more. It's not far the guy gets to live his life like nothing happened. We lost a very important piece in our lives that we will never get back. The less that could happen is the guy gets charge with a felony. It just seems like all he gets is a slap on the hand and he gets to go on with his life. I know he's living with guilt but it's not the same.
I want to see something happen even if he doesn't get charge, I do not want this to happen to anyone else's loved ones. It should be a law that if you are charged with reckless driving resulting in death the charges should be a felony.
This is for Crash team racing 2010. The game that never was.
3. New Crash Bandicoot Game For 2012-13
For many years the bandicoot known as Crash Bandicoot has been very loved by gamers. It has come to all the Crash fans out there that we have gone without any new game in 4 years! Most people complain about Crash's new look but face the fact.
Crash would get boring if it was always like the 1st, 2nd and 3rd games. Grow Up. Personally I loved Crash of the Titans! Maybe not Mind over Mutant AS MUCH. Activision. Please. Make a new Crash Bandicoot Game! I can give you, Activision some ideas for a new Crash Game....
A spin Off Fighting (like Tekken) Game with all Crash Characters and friend Characters (Like Spyro!)
In 2008, Crash: Mind Over Mutant was released. This was the last major console Crash title to be released. Radical Entertainment was to develop and release a new Crash console title in 2010, but it was canceled and the team laid-off. Since then, Activision has released nothing but two small iOS applications in the Crash series.
We believe this to be a mistake, and we, as a fanbase, want more Crash character action games (or "platformers") for major consoles. Here are the facts about Crash:
According to Jason Rubin, Co-Creator of Crash Bandicoot - In 2010, Crash rated more popular amongst 18-49 year olds than both Sonic the Hedgehog AND Halo in the 'Q-Scores'. This demographic is filled with people who grew up on Crash.
In 2008, Crash: Mind Over Mutant was reportedly difficult to find. This would imply that not many copies were shipped to begin with. People who never found this game want more Crash games.
On the internet, many people seem to be unaware that Crash titles exist beyond the original 5 or 6 games. These people still want more Crash games, and could be reached.
Beyond these, the core fanbase could not be more anticipative of a new Crash title.
Because of these factors, we believe that the reason Crash games of late have been declining in sales is poor MARKETING and advertising, particularly since the Playstation version of Mind Over Mutant enjoyed the highest ratings for a Crash platformer on a Sony console since the Naughty Dog games. Thus, we submit this petition.
5. Support Annual Driver Check-Ups after Age 65
Something terrible just happened to one of our friends. He is a trucker and was doing one of his jobs. It happened in Key West. He stepped out of his truck and a Buick car with and 85 year old man and an 83 year old woman hit him and dragged him 20 feet from his truck.
Long story short, he died. We were all devastated. The Buick stopped 400 feet from the truck. We don't know why they stopped so far but i think there should be a law about this.
6. Lena's Law
On July 29th, 2010 16 year old Angalena Kristina Robinson was killed in an auto accident at the hands of someone who was driving under the influence of narcotic medications. She was the front seat passenger in an automobile that was hit head on by the DUI driver.
This woman who was driving under the influence knew she was not to drive, was given previous citations earlier that day for careless driving and told by a state police officer not to drive but she did so anyways. Her careless disregard for the law and the safety of other people ended the life of a 16 year old girl that day who had her whole life ahead of her.
If convicted she only faces a minimum mandatory sentence of 3 years or maximum of 10 years. A small price to pay for taking the entire life away from an innocent person.
For this reason we feel that there needs to be stricter punishments in cases involving homicide while DUI/DWI.
7. We want a Crash Bandicoot Movie
An uncountable number of people have played the "Crash Bandicoot" video game series at least once in their life. A lot of people still play it and are wanting a film made of Crash.
Users from "YouTube" are making fake trailers for a "Crash Bandicoot" movie. But me and thousands more want a real movie to be created!
1. All the money in the world is VIRTUAL money, of no real consequence whatsoever (see the EcoTort website). Therefore there is no financial reason for anything. Eg, there is no financial reason why we cannot feed, clothe, house, & educate every person living on the Earth today, AND be 100% eco-responsAble too…!
2. Any contract to damage or destroy the environment is a contract to commit the most serious crime of “Aggravated Criminal Damage” to the environment (max Life Sentence, see the EcoTort website), and is therefore a void, unenforceable contract (which is based upon money which does not exist ! ).
3. According to UNiversal Law it is illegal to pay tax in ANY country of the world (see the EcoTort website) until the World’s Government(s) cease their criminal activities in allowing heinous environmental damage and destruction at present day UNprecedented levels; equivalent to a threat of war, and indeed being the single most likely cause of most conflict (armed and unarmed, domestic and international) in the World today.
4. AT LEAST 60% of everyones wages on the Earth is being collected by the elite bankers of the world, through interest payments on unenforceable contracts, to do with as they please; unelected, unrepresentative, unaccountable, and unacceptable! (see the EcoTort website).
5. Every Police officer promises to “protect life and property, and to uphold the Law”. The most serious threat to life and property, and the most serious breach of the Criminal Law are BOTH due to CRIMINAL environmental damage and destruction, for which the banking elites are demonstrably responsible (see the EcoTort website)..
6. The remedy is through a global implementalion of the principles of Permaculture (see the EcoTort website).
9. Remedy Xbox 360 E71 E72 E74 errors, Red Light, Red Ring, etc...
Microsoft is running an ongoing scam with their hardware game system Xbox 360. I purchased the Xbox 360 thirteen months ago for 400 dollars. Recently I have received an error from the system where it flashes a single red light and reads E71 and E74 error.
This is a very common problem reported by extremely high numbers of people all over the internet. The system seems to fail after the included 1 year warranty for many people. On top of this, there is speculation among many tech savvy people that E71 error is caused by software updates to the system provided by Microsoft.
Another error common to the system is 3 or 4 red lights coming on or more commonly “the red ring of death” which is a hardware manufacturing defect, this is covered under a longer warranty thus repaired for free. The single red light E71 error has no such warranty.
Judging from the endless number of consumer complaints I’ve found online this would seem to be a built in flaw with the system to keep revenue flowing for Microsoft.
Microsoft by their own claims has sold 28 million of these units, this is an alarming at 100 dollars each to fix an error the company is creating. The errors created by the company, should be fixed for FREE.
Upon calling technical support they have a long list of “blaming the consumer” tactics.
This is not what an honest law abiding international company partakes in.
10. Back The Venus Project Backed By The Zeitgeist Community
My belief is that the society that we currently live in is clearly failing. The solutions that have been brought are not correcting the problem but just putting it among the next generation to bear suffer with, and solve.
We as a society must drive for the success of the Venus project which is backed by the zeitgeist community as well as the best possible solution to the environmental problems as well as an alternate government rather then democracy.
11. Red Faction Game Tracker crash
Red Faction wasn't ever popular e-sports game. When we take a look at this game, it's really something unusual that it still bringing new players, new clans, new leagues. And it still gives to all of those players a lot of fun.
Since many years for a lot of players it was the main online game. Even if Red Faction scene isn't as big as CS or UT, it is still the best way to spend free time by hundreds of players.
However, due to Red Faction Game Tracker crash many players are not possible to play their beloved game. Leagues can't be so active as usual, number of servers online is a lot lower, new players stopped to come. And those which already were playing RF started to think about changing game. All players which don't want to end playing RF think what to do with it. But we can't do nothing. Everything is now in THQ hands.
We have bought Red Faction to play multiplayer - now it looks that our purchase was pointless. We have lost a lot of fun which this game is STILL providing and we are losing players everyday now.
I hope that THQ will remember about this and will help us - THQ clients - to enjoy one of greatest THQ games in our opinion.
Red Faction isn't just a game. It's for many people part of life. Thanks to this game, I have met many great persons in real life. And many other players also.
12. Create A Crash Bandicoot Cartoon
Crash Bandicoot is a very popular video game series, but it's the only one that does not have a cartoon. Sonic the Hedgehog and Super Mario Brothers have cartoons, but not a Crash one.
Me and a few other fans would like to see this happen. If you would, listen to us loyal Crash Bandicoot fans, and let our dreams come true by making a cartoon for the video game series.
13. Stop people getting away with murder behind the wheel
We lost our 12 year old daughter Hayley in a car crash on 16th March 2003. Hayley was a passenger in a vehicle and was on her way home when the accident happened. It seems that a blue peugeot 406 was driving erratically at around 80mph up the centre of the road overtaking and undertaking traffic causing it to swerve and brake heavily.
The vehicle Hayley was in was forced to brake and went into a skid which threw them into oncoming traffic and fatally injuring her and seriously injuring 5 other people.
The peugeot having seen what had happened and avoiding being involved in the collision itself stopped some 100 ft away from the site of the crash and then drove off at speed. This vehicle has not yet been traced. The law allowed us one police officer to carry out investigations into the accident and to find the driver of the peugeot.
This is ridiculous as there were over 100 statements taken which took one officer months to complete. Had my daughter been killed on the street rather than in a car there would have been a whole team of detectives working on her death and finding her killer.
If this driver is found they will be charged with causing death by dangerous driving which carries a maximum of 14 years in prison but is usually dropped to a careless driving charge whereby the death of a person is not even taken into account and the sentence is usually just a fine and sometimes a driving ban of upto 3 years.
The law needs changing to ensure that the death of a person killed by dangerous driving is taken into account and treated as manslaughter when neccessary.
It is now 3 years since Hayley died and her killer is still out there free to kill again. We haven't heard a thing from the police in over 12 months which basically means that they have no further evidence to suggest who the guilty party is. If anyone knows a thing please get in touch with us or the police.
14. Pope-Preddy Air Force Base Initiative
INTRODUCTION: The Air Force often names air bases and air fields after the first aviator to be killed at or near the airport in question.
Many air bases are named for famous aviators native to the area in which the air base is located. Some air bases have been renamed.
There are only two major Air Force installations in NC: Pope and Seymour Johnson.
PRECEDENTS: Pope AFB, NC was named for 1st Lt. Harley H. Pope, killed with his crewman, Sgt. W. W. Fleming, January 7, 1917 when his JN-4 crashed into the Cape Fear River near Fayetteville. Poor visibility and fuel exhaustion led to the fatal crash. Lt. Pope is from Bedford, Indiana.
Seymour Johnson AFB, NC is named for Navy Lt. Seymour A. Johnson, Goldsboro native, killed March 5, 1941 in an aircraft accident in Maryland.
Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona is named for two local early aviators, 2nd Lt. Samuel H. Davis, killed Dec. 28, 1921 and 2nd Lt. Oscar Monthan, killed March 27, 1924.
Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio is named for aviation pioneers Orville and Wilbur Wright and for 1st Lt. Frank S. Patterson, killed June 19, 1918, in the crash of a DH-4. The Wright brothers are from Ohio.
Dyess AFB, Texas was renamed for Lt. Col. William E. Dyess, WWII fighter pilot who took part in the infamous Bataan death march. He escaped from a Japanese prison camp in April 1943 only to be killed in a P-38 crash in December 1943 at Burbank, CA.
Laughlin AFB, Texas is named for 1st Lt. Jack T. Laughlin, Texas native, B-17 pilot killed over Java on January 29,1942.
McConnell AFB, Kansas is named for three brothers from Wichita: 2nd Lt. Thomas L McConnell killed July 10, 1943 during an attack on Bouganville; Capt. Fred J. McConnell killed in a private plane crash October 25, 1945; and Lt. Col. Edwin M. McConnell who died September 1, 1997.
McGuire AFB, NJ is named for NJ native Major Thomas B. McGuire, Jr., P-38 pilot, second leading ace of WWII, Medal of Honor recipient, killed in action January 7, 1945 in the Philippines.
Nellis AFB, Nevada is named for Nevada native 1st Lt. William H. Nellis, WWII P-47 fighter pilot, killed December 27, 1944 in Europe.
Schriever AFB, Colorado was renamed in March 1998 for Gen. Bernard A. Schriever.
Vance AFB, Oklahoma is named for Oklahoma native Lt. Col. Leon R. Vance Jr., 1939 graduate of West Point, Medal of Honor recipient, killed July 26, 1944 when air-evac plane returning to the US went down in the Atlantic near Iceland.
