1. Enact Laws to Limit Parents who are on a Central Child Neglect or Abuse Registry 
Many children in the State of Arizona and other states are innocent victims due to the lack of laws that if were in place could safeguard and protect them.
Currently in the State of Arizona there is NO law enacted to safeguard children from a non-custodial parent (i.e. as the result of divorce) who has been placed on a state or any state's central child neglect or abuse registry due to a state's or division/department within that state's findings of neglect or abuse of that non-custodial parent.
In other words, a non-custodial parent who is on a state's central registry, as a result of a preponderance of evidence found for child neglect or abuse, can legally have unsupervised access to their children and can take them out of the state of Arizona and have their children stay with them for extended periods of time in their household. Also, the non-custodial parent who is on this child neglect or abuse registry can legally have overnight and unsupervised privileges with their children.
A law must be enacted in the State of Arizona to prevent this from occurring with children who find themselves in these unfortunate circumstances.
My hope is that all children be safeguarded by being surrounded with the healthiest, happiest environment possible for their emotional and physical development and well being.

2. Justice for Bailey: Appeal against the lenient sentence given to Nathan William Forrest
Nathan William Forrest was sentenced to 6 years non parole period for the manslaughter of Bailey James Constable. Nathan William Forrest struck Bailey across the head and body while he bathed him on the 1st of April 2011 in his home in Warren N.S.W, the actions Nathan William Forrest chose that night resulted in the death of this 4 year old boy we ask that an appeal be granted for the following reasons:
1: Nathan willingly injected a drug that gave him violent outbursts;
2: Nathan choose to bathe Bailey on the 1st of April 2011 knowing he was under the influence of amphetamines and agitated;
3: Nathan struck Bailey on the head and body more than once and as little as 4 times;
4: Nathan lied to medical professionals hampering resuscitation efforts;
5: Nathan showed no remorse after the fact, he was witnessed using drugs and alcohol while enjoying social events;
6: Nathan lied to police for the 5 weeks preceding Bailey's death hindering closure for family;
7: Nathan winked and smiled when handed the 6 year non parole period sentence he was openly over joyed with such a light sentence, this shows no remorse or potential for rehabilitation in such a short term as remorse for a crime would be where one would start;
8: Bailey was 4 years old not even 20kg when Nathan William Forrest beat him with such force he died from as stated in the autopsy "multiple injuries".

4. Stop people getting away with "grooming" because the child is over 16
My niece was groomed for 8 months, she thought she had an online 21 year old Australian boyfriend, when it really was a married couple living just up the road. The police were involved for 6 months, and gave us great hope, but in the end it got thrown out by the CPS because she was over 16. Still classed as a child in most ways but not in this.
The effect it has had on the whole family is heartbreaking, and we want to stop any other 16/17 year olds going through this. Please help us.
5. Bring back capital punishment for all pedophiles and child murderers...
After whats just happened to a defenceless 5 year old girl reminds us of the sick world were living in, a society where children aren't safe.
It's a parents worst nightmare and as a parent i can't bare to think about it. How can it ever be any different if laws aren't changed.

8. We demand a complete internet ban for convicted pro-paedophile activist Nigel Oldfield

In August 2005 - A TWISTED teacher jailed for downloading 11,000 vile images of children is masterminding a website for paedophiles from behind bars. Disgraced chemistry tutor Nigel Oldfield, 44, plays “agony uncle” to perverts who log on to the site, which justifies paedophile activities and demands sex with children be made legal. The site also advises paedophiles on how to download child abuse images without being caught.
Now released not only does the pro-paedophile ex-teacher still run blog's for that give advice to other paedophiles but he spends a great deal of time harrassing survivors of child sexual abuse on facebook, by using fake profiles. This man is a clear danger to children and should get a immediate internet ban
Oldfield was arrested in August 2002 after a shopper saw him taking pictures of children in Sheffield’s Meadowhall shopping centre. Police then discovered child porn images on computers at his flat in Doncaster. Oldfield, was head of science at a Derbyshire school in the summer of 2002 when, over a three-week period, he collected abusive images of children/babies in several 18-hour internet sessions.
He set up the website, which the Mirror has chosen not to name, while out on licence after serving eight months for possessing child abuse images. The site was axed in May by internet service providers after a police probe and Oldfield’s probation team ordered he return to prison. But now he has managed to restart it and Oldfield is in contact with fellow perverts on the running of the website, which offers a mobile number and an email address to offer one-to-one “support”.
He is also campaigning to lower the age of consent to 12, and to legalize indecent images of children
And now he is back to his old tricks !

9. Do not grant Custody back to Mother accused of beating her baby on a bed in Malaysia!
A video of a young Malaysian Mother beating her baby girl with a pillow, kicking her, pinching her arms and legs, and throwing objects at her has been circulating on the internet.
She was reportedly sentenced to 18 months in prison and the child was placed in Foster care.
10. President Obama: End mistreatment of American children; Ratify the CRC!
Three former U.S. Presidents have denied children their basic human rights, and Obama will too unless we demand action. The CRC, The Convention on The Rights of the Child, is an international treaty that has been ratified by every country on Earth except the U.S. and Somalia. The CRC can change childrenʼs lives by finally giving our children their basic human rights.

A 4 week old baby boy who was beaten and hospitalised with suspected rape injuries. this baby boy suffered from such severe beatings he has been left with all his ribs broken, a broken arm, broken collar bone, punctured lungs and severe bruising, he has even suffered a cardiac arrest at such a young age.
We as a members of the voting public are asking that those responsible, who tortured this baby boy are kept in prison, and given a life sentence, no chance of parole, with an indeterminate sentence in place, for the safety and protection of the public, most importantly our children.

13. Senate must pass Family Law Bill 2011 NOW to protect children
Protecting children from violence and abuse must be the paramount consideration, not secondary to the rights of the parent to have contact with the child. Too many children are being cruelly separated from their protective parent – usually the primary carer they have known since birth.
These parents may have raised allegations of abuse and violence against another party. Instead of investigating the allegations from the child protection point of view, the courts (often via single experts and ICL’s advice) label the protective parent ‘delusional’ or worse. The courts remove the child from that parent’s care and place them in an abusive situation with no review or follow-up to check on their welfare.
Children are being removed or forced into coerced shared parenting arrangements which are inflicting permanent emotional, psychological, physical and sometimes sexual damage on them.
14. Stop Child Pageants in California
We feel that beauty pageants exploit children and are in the interest of the mothers and not the children themselves.
We would like to see age restrictions (16+) placed on pageant contestants to ensure full consent. We oppose promoting physical beauty as a main value, and not allowing children to play with dolls, but instead, turning them into live Barbies.

Immediate oversight and accountability of the Ontario (C.A.S.)
In 2010 1 child in direct care of C.A.S. died every 3.5 days.
Ontario governments despite the fact that every other province in Canada allows its ombudsman to oversee child protection says no. Therefore they are a Private Corporation empowered by the Ontario Government to perform child protection services The declared goal to "promote best interests, protection and wellbeing of children.
A Corporation Maintaining 2.5 Billion Tax Dollars in funding per year. It is not a social entity most of its employees have no credentials resulting in no accountability to any Academy of Social Work.
1- 90 children died in Ontario in 2009 under direct care of Ontario Children's Aid societies studies to date unknown.
2- PRC Ontario say 90 child deaths was miraculously low yet It now appears that the 90 child deaths were all in foster care. Spread over 19,000 foster children that is 474 deaths per hundred thousand, making Ontario the deadliest juristiction for which there is credible foster mortality data, seventeen times more hazardous than care by mom and dad.
3- Census Canada states in 2006 Ontario had 3,977,005 living children.
4- Children's Aid Societies had 25,000. children in direct care.
5- Child deaths under direct care of (C.A.S.) 249 times higher PDR says still a small percent?
6- It is reported that ( C.A.S.) denies all physical abuse of children in care and they do not seek medical attention for a child unless police are called or an inquiry is demanded.
7- It is reported that (C.A.S.) does not cooperate with police or other authorities and are reported as falsifying documents.
8- It is reported that (C.A.S.) does not investigate sexual abuse of a foster child if their record states them to be an aggressive child.
9- 44% of foster children in Ontario are on psychotropic drugs.
10- It is reported children are regularly moved from foster home to foster home unnecessarily at an additional cost of 3,600. per child per move for tax benefits to all board workers at the public tax payers expense.
11- New SUV's are purchased and paid for by the public tax payers.
12- It is reported that decisions are often made by unqualified workers or falsely informed outsourced service provider's.
13- It is reported that children under the age of 5 are considered most adoptable and families have little chance of the babies being returned to them.
14- It is reported that families are targeted and psychological warfare is regularly practiced.
The Harvard Crimson reports former foster children are almost twice as likely to suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) as U.S. war veterans
No studies have been done in respect to the psychological damage done to the children's families.
The societies receive funding from, and are under the supervision of the Ontario Ministry Of Children And Youth Services.
However, they are regarded as a NON GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION (NGO) which allows the CAS a large degree of" Autonomy from Interference or Direction" And known lack of accountability in the day to day running of CAS by the Ministry.
16. Harsher penalties or life sentences for raping and abusing children
Because innocent children who can not defend themselves, need someone to do the defending and fighting for them. Let's make our voices and cries heard in the attempt to keep our children safe and untouched by sexual predators.
Children are our future and I am sure that every parent would agree that the death penalty should be applied to these criminals. They are sick and possessed and should under NO circumstances be allowed back into society after such an offence.
17. FREE the Musas and send the Whole Family back Home to Nigeria!
British Govt Detains Nigerian Couple’s Six Children was published by the National paper Leadership on 21 August 2011 and named the family, while the children's identities still need to be protected for legal reasons in the UK. Their horrendous 'case' is one of the representative stories that shall form the foundation for a Parliamentary Inquiry into White Collar Crimes.
In April 2010, five Musa children were taken by Haringey Council without any legal justification, and completely false allegations, such as the mother being a sex worker, the children being from different fathers and a visibly faked letter by the eldest daughter were gradually fabricated after the event.
DNA tests took unduly long and proved the contrary, but Haringey Council was adamant about inventing more reasons for keeping the children away from their parents.
The photo gallery shows clearly what a happy family they were, before they met Haringey Council. But their sixth child was taken by nine police officers at birth. In August 2010, the oldest daughter reported being "inappropriately touched" and she has not been seen or heard by either parents or siblings since. The other children have not been seen since May 2011, and the High Commission of Nigeria has been refused consular visits - contrary to Article 36 of the Vienna Convention.
Does this family have human rights? asks Christopher Booker in one of 14 articles about the Musa Family in The Telegraph: "A council whistleblower has said that, at a recent case conference, the social workers admitted that maybe they had made a mistake, and that the mother they had falsely accused was in fact devoted and blameless. But apparently, because of “press interest” in the case, the officials agreed that the council could not afford the very damaging publicity which might follow, if the unhappy children were reunited with their parents. It was therefore vital that the council should continue to justify its actions."

Unfortunately, their case of child snatching is only one of many, as Christopher Booker also wrote: Britain's forced adoptions: the hidden scandal we can't ignore. Hence our petition that The Secrecy of Family Courts should be Lifted NOW.

Since "chronic litigant" Maurice J Kirk BVSc has acted as their McKenzie Friend, there are news on his site and his support site, besides the Musa site. While trying to help the Musa Family, he ended up in Cardiff prison where he fears to be locked into a mental hospital for life. The Nigerian Standard covered his involvement here.
On 28th November 2011, the Musas were arrested and refused bail on two occasions. Since then, a completely staged 'court case' with a rigged jury has found them guilty of child neglect and abuse and they were sentenced to SEVEN years imprisonment! A seventh child, a boy, was taken from the mother right after birth.
Their mistreatment in prison opened another can of human rights worms!

19. We will Boycott the Olympics to Stop Child Snatching by Corrupt Courts in the UK
In line with our request to the UK Judiciary The Secrecy of the Family Courts should be lifted NOW, President Zuma of South Africa is prepared for his country to boycott the Olympics in 2012.
He will call for other African countries to follow suit, as soon as he gets the 2,000 signatures that were collected via Facebook.

Many children sit in FOSTERCARE unjustly. Family members and family friends are being denied custody of the children, because CPS wont let the children go. CPS makes a profit by keeping children in FOSTERCARE and therefore children are being held against their rights. CPS destroys more children and kills more children every year than the assumed abusive parents do.
Many times false allegations are placed against parents and the children enter into FOSTERCARE HELL. Let`s fight back for our children and make them a #1 priority again. They are our future and if we dont protect them, we are not protecting our futures. Thank you!
21. Declare April 25th as Parental Alienation Awareness Day in the State of Montana
The problem of Parental Alienation in our state and beyond has become critical despite the fact that we as a society have the highest obligation to protect our children.
Dr. Richard Gardner, the first to recognize PAS, defines it as "a disorder that arises primarily in the context of child-custody disputes. Its primary manifestation is the child's campaign of denigration against a parent, a campaign that has no justification. It results from the combination of a programming (brainwashing) parent's indoctrination and the child's own contributions to the vilification of the targeted parent."
One of the leading professionals in this area, Dr. Richard Warshak, author of Divorce Poison, is puzzled by some therapist’s ambivalence in preventing PAS. While they agree that the brainwashing of PAS is a form of emotional abuse, they often fail to remove a child from the obviously damaging environment; yet they would be the first to do so if there were any signs of physical or emotional abuse. This is particularly alarming when you consider the fact that the impact of emotional abuse is worse than any other abuse, both in severity and duration.
RK Hendricks Esq., a retired family law attorney, pro tem judge and founder of Protection for Men, notes that no one has taken the time to educate bureaucrats and judges on the cultural changes that have taken place over the past 50 years. This failure has led to exploitation of the judicial system.
Hendricks continues that discussing this topic is simply too explosive and most are uncomfortable doing so publicly. He warns however, “if you are a wholesome and nurturing father, you need to fiercely protect your rights, as well as the rights of your children!"

I spent less than a year as a licensed private investigator with little to no skill in order to discover what will no doubt soon lead to one of the most significant discoveries and or disclosures of judicial industry information regarding the Canadian family court system ever disclosed.

23. SAVE NIMA - Stop Child Abuse In Iran
BACKGROUND ;
Iranian Judge Returns Severely Abused 4 Year Old to Abusive Parents
Iran Human Rights, May 19: A judge in Tehran has decided to hand over Nima, a 4 years old boy who has been subjected to severe physical abuse, back to his abusive father, reported the Iranian state run news agency ISNA today.
The report said: "Nima, is a four years old boy in Tehran, and the second victim of child abuse [who received media attention] in the past month. Yesterday, and only ten days after he was taken to the Mofid Children’s hospital, he was released and delivered to his abusive father."
"Nima suffered injuries from severe beatings from his parents who burned various parts of his body including his genitals and caused deep bruising around his eyes. He was transfered to the hospital on May 8th. Upon arrival at the hospital, Nima told the staff that his father had burned his body" said the report.
Mostafa Eghlima, the President of the Academic Association of Social Workers in Iran told ISNA, “According to the law, a father may refer to the Judiciary any time he wishes to collect his child.” He added, “Even though the legal proceedings have allowed for Nima to return to his father, we must [know] how the presiding Judge came to the decision that the father is qualified to care for Nima.”
According to paragraph 220 of Iran’s Islamic Penal Code, if the father or father’s father kills his child or grandchild, he will not be punished for murder. Physical punishment by a parent is permitted in Iranian law.
24. The Secrecy of the Family Courts should be lifted NOW
This petition was started by Jane Davies in the streets of Carmarthen and published on Unity - Injustice. It is an expression of campaigning efforts by many individuals, organisations and John Hemming as the leading MP.
"Lifting secrecy" implies not issuing 'injunction', 'reporting restriction' or 'gagging' orders, as reported in The untold story of gagging orders by The Independent: only 69 related to celebrities, while 264 were about children and young adults.
By publishing this petition, this site to support Vicky Haigh and this site to support Bishop Gloria Musa, I hope to raise awareness online. Here are the marvellous comments by petition signers.

The worst case and international cover-up seems to be Linda Lewis, but Ian Josephs who publishes Forced Adoption [revamped into Punishment without Crime] and has been helping families since the 60s, reckons that the Musa case is the worst. With a rigged jury and farcically staged case, they ended up getting 7 years in prison!
The Education Select Committee has received this portfolio of nine cases for its investigation into "child protection".
The Attorney General received this 4-page letter which was left unacknowledged.
The Petition with its comments is with the President of the Family Courts, Justice Munby.

25. Basics for all children entering state care and support for carers
we believe all children entering care for what ever reason should have access to crisis care packages which contain basics for the child in the initial 24-72 Hours.
Foster carers often tell us they receive kids at short notice or late at night when shopping is not possible, also was a child in care and know first hand how little these kids have and how much red tape must be overcome to simply access funds to purchase such items for the child.
We are happy to provide these packs free to the children , But NSW DOCS have said they are un needed as they provide everything they refereed to another organisation they fund, however the child must join this org, must pay a fee and it can take months to access it does not meet their needs during crisis.

I am sick of hearing the excuses Paedophiles give for abusing our vulnerable and innocent children and I want society as a whole to stand up and show how disgusted we are.
Whatever the do-gooders and the well-meaning say, the sick desires of these people will NEVER go away and they will continue to do damage to our future generations.
If they have killed once, abused a child or viewed indecent images, they will do it again if they think they can get away with it – and they always believe they will. The re-offending rate of a convicted paedophile is estimated at around 70 %.
Which makes it even more bewildering to most police officers is that this type of criminal should ever be even considered for release.
And all the mental health professionals I have spoken to agree with me that paedophilia is one condition for which there is simply no reliable cure.

After reviewing this video and hearing his remarks that the subject of sexual abuse should be kept in the therapy room and the subject should be kept privately, I am a survivor and I am outraged.

Paedophiles and rapists yesterday won the right to have their names removed from the Sex Offenders Register in a landmark human rights ruling.
Appeal Court judges ruled sex offenders who no longer pose a threat should be given the chance to have their names wiped off the police database. The decision has outraged victims’ groups who fear sexual predators will commit further crimes without any restrictions or supervision of their movements.
The case comes after two convicted sex attackers, including a child rapist, went to the High Court arguing that being on the register for life was a breach of their human rights.
29. HELP THOUSANDS OF AUSSIE KIDS IN GRAVE DANGER
Youth Insearch provides a powerful program that inspires young people, through the support of their peers, to make better choices in life. They are often products of alcohol and drug abuse, sexual abuse and violence. Many have turned to crime and considered or attempted suicide.
Youth Insearch is empowering these young Australian’s to turn their disadvantage into an advantage. 44% of those attending Youth Insearch had attempted suicide. (60% have thought about it!) After attending the weekend programs, 97% of young people report no longer feeling suicidal.
But as demand for the program increases, so too does the need for further Government assistance. Only 20% of Youth Insearch is funded by Government and thousands of ‘at-risk’ young people cannot receive the support they so desperately need.
Youth Insearch has requested Government funding of $601,200 per annum to help 1900 young people who desperately need it. This equates to the Government contributing $316 per young person.
The cost for not helping these young people is estimated to cost between $3.8m and $30.4m per annum in health, welfare and legal costs. The moral and financial logic is so compelling that Rotary and Lions are joining together to support a petition to the Government to significantly increase funding for Youth Insearch.
