This petition is signed by Rat Terrier Breeders, owners and dog lovers in general.
We are trying to change the color and pattern standards. We think that brindle pattern, the solid white color (NOT ALBINO) and any solid color without the need of white should be accepted in the breed standard.
This petition is being developed concerning the matter of the proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendment to change the current land designation for property located west of Grand Avenue and Hillview Drive in Marion, Iowa.
The proposal is to change the designated area from "Parks and Recreation," to "PD-R, Planned Development-Residential." We, the residents of this neighborhood, do not believe this proposal should be approved.
123. Down With Tiny Toon Adventures On Nicktoons TV!
Tiny Toon Adventures has recently taken over The Angry Beavers time slot on Nicktoons TV, while we understand the change will only be temporary, we must get Tiny Toon Advenutures off for the following reasons.
1. Duh, Angry Beavers Rules and TTA Stinks!
2. Angry Beavers is more popular than Tiny Toon Adventures, which will lower Nicktoons TV's ratings.
3. Angry Beavers is owned by Nickelodeon, but TTA is owned by Steven Speilpburg, so Nick will have to Speilburg money to air the show, so Angry Bevaers=Saved Money.
4. Young children who watch the network do not like sudden change, it will make them upset and they will stop watching.
5. Once again for young children, Tiny Toon Adventures is Rated TVY7 because of slightly innaproriate content, Angry Beavers is rated TVY and is approriate for children of all ages.
These are all the factors that should get Angry Beavers it's time slot back, DOWN WITH TINY TOONS!
124. Residents Oppose Zoning Changes to Arroyo Grande Site
The property on Arroyo Grande is presently zoned as residential and previously approved as an office complex. The owners are petitioning to rezone those properties to accommodate a storage facility. The residents are opposed to the change.
125. Save WHFS 99.1
As of January 12, 2005 the legendary WHFS 99.1 alternative rock station changed its format without and warning to its listeners or to its employees. At 12 noon, they simply stopped playing the music my generation has loved for years, and switched to a new format. No warning, no good-bye, no anything. I have listened to this radio station for years, infact, it is the ONLY radio station i listen to.
This also means an end to the legendary HFStival and Nutcracker concerts that WHFS puts on every year. I am attempting to collect as many signatures as possible with the intentions of sending the petition to Infinity Broadcasting in an effort to get them change their minds and not take this great radio station from its thousands upon thousands upon thousands of loyal, dedicated listeners.

This petition is to address the fact that students in K-12 don't have rights that allow them to go to the restroom when they need to in public schools.

The speed limit of Borden Drive in Yellowknife needs to be changed to 30km/hr. Too many children walk in danger of fast speeding vehicles on this road. With a school in the middle of the road, hidden in the trees, we are asking that the speed limit be changed to 30 km/hr on the entire road.

134. Change Lifeguard Swimsuits for NJ State Park Lifeguards
Every year a wish list is created for the following year and every year a request is made to issue improved swim suits for the females and males. Every year that request is denied for each region.
Listed below are the suits being requested and the reasoning behind the request. It is our intention that with the signature of every NJ State Park Lifeguard in favor of the swimsuit change, the request will no longer be small enough to be overlooked. And as well known that all lifeguards are in favor of these changes, without documentation, it unfortunately does not count.

Religious Education (from here on referred to as RE) plays a significant role in molding the lives of our youth today. From the teachings received during RE sessions, youths will be assured of good moral, ethical and spiritual teaching. This will go along way in curbing the wrong doings that are evident in our country due to the behavioral pattern of our children. To withhold RE from our youth, is to allow the devil into our schools. Having heard counsel, and received instruction, our children and youth will be made wise for their future state according to Proverbs 19:20.
Change in our society will not come tomorrow, but one thing we know for sure, it will come in the future if we target the young. Religious Education needs an urgent re-introduction in our schools, for if we forget God, our nation is doomed.

139. Stop the degradation of Lakeline Villas
Lakeline Villas sold to United Dominion. Since the onset of this change, the quality of the property has diminished, the management is unfriendly and rude, the gates remain open and there is a lot of non-resident traffic on the property as well as in the pool.

141. Re-buff Life Drain
As of the first PvP beta-patch for Blizzards upcoming MMORPG World of Warcraft, the Warlock skill Life Drain, was changed to stop channeling when the caster was hit. Along with NUMEROUS other changes to the Warlock class, it is now so severely crippled, it's planned status as the best soloing class is ruined.
This is why I want Blizzard to change back Life Drain, so it only stops channeling when the target is stunned.

Tinley Park has a free skatepark in which only inline skates and skateboards are allowed. All over the united states, skateparks are starting to realize that bikes should be inlcuded just as much as the other inliners and skaters. Bike riders have brakes on their bikes and know how to ride them as any skateboarder knows how to skate. Please help.

It is beyond belief that the St Helens House buidings are under threat of change of use. The concept of helping people who are less able to work or disabled in any way was founded in Derby at this address and has a good reputation of success helping those who help themselves advance or ready themselves for re-introduction into the workforce in Derby.
This will be a disasterous loss if the changes proposed by my Council take place in April 2004 and it is also preposterous that those working or training there had no idea, until it was let slip during a radio Derby broadcast. This building is also steeped in historical value and I challenge them that it is illegal to change the use of a listed building after it has received a preservation order. I beg the people of Derby to sign my petition to save this wonderfull historical building in its present form and use.

There has been a lot of discussion regarding the need for a City Manager. The cost of hiring a City Manager at a time when we are in a financial downturn is not the only consideration we have. Hiring a City Manager is just adding to our costs and removing the direct access we have to the way our city is run.
The cost of bringing a potential City Manager to Pryor can cost in the $1,000's. Then you have a contract that may have to be honored - even if the individual doesn't do the job he has been hired to do.
Did you know that Locust has had 2 City Managers this year? Did you know that Kingfisher has had 5 different City Managers?
Where is the cost savings and where is the continuity needed to run a city?
We have the option of having a full time mayor. A mayor that is accessible everyday. A mayor that is responsible for the day to day running of our city. A mayor that is elected by "we the people" and is responsible to "we the people". If we want a change in leadership all we have to do is vote! To change the city manager you have to go through a lot more AND the city (our taxes) may have to buy out the contract.

The role playing boards at Neopets.com have been sort of a home to a lot of people, hundreds, perhaps even thousands. I myself started role playing there around November of 2000. Over the years the boards haven't changed very much, just a change of color here and there, the biggest change probably being neoHTML, until August 5th, 2003.
