Noelle has lived in the UK for 6 years. Her previous political involvement and that of her father led to Noelle being imprisoned, where she was assaulted, beaten and tortured. She has submitted medical evidence confirming her ill-treatment.
The adjudicators have accepted that, had she come straight to the UK in 1995, she would have been granted asylum.
2. Objection against Musharaf and the government of Pakistan!

* suspended and dissolved the judiciary

06.11.2007:
* 1000's of people been detained
* 1000's of people harassed and beaten up
* demonstrations trough out the country
10.11.2007:
* 10,000's of people detained
* 10,000's of people harassed and beaten up
14.11.2007:
* Imran Khan arrested, harassed, humiliated by the police
16.11.2007:
* Under extreme pressure from Musharraf and the
government Geo News and Ary Oneworld has been shut
down late Friday night
Generally:
Since the imposition of the emergency in Pakistan, Musharaf have not allowed people to hold demonstrations, public gatherings etc.
When ever or who ever have tried to organize a demonstration have been detained and harassed by the police - not only the organizers but also children, women and elders who are participating in the demonstrations are harassed and detained.
The media are not allowed to show the truth - they were approached by Government to sign a agreement on what they could show on TV - GEO and ARY refused, today, on the 16.11.2007 after tremendous pressure from Musharaf both channels has closed!
Musharaf is doing what ever he can do to hide the truth!

3. Drugged and Beaten Child receives no justice
My Son is an 11 year old Honor Student Attending Vidor Middle School in Vidor Texas.
My son has been subjected to much abuse this year. He was held down and beaten by two students. The students recieved no punishment for their actions. Two weeks later the Two students took their hatred one step further.
They crushed up sleeping pills at home and mixed it into a food coloring mixture brought the mixture to school and slipped it in my sons juice at lunch.
Charges were pressed... but the charges were dropped by the Orange County District Attorney stating that it is not illegal to put over the counter sleeping drugs in someones drink even if they are not aware of it. The District Attorney compared it to sticking one's finger in another person's drink.
Please help us send a message to the District Attorney's office to re-open the case before this happens again or happens to another child.
