1. Request from Youtube, Machinima & VEVO to allow partnership of any country!
As some of you don´t know, Youtube, Machimima & VEVO does't allow for some countries like Croatia to be official partners!
2. Allow Charles to drive with breathlyzer ignition sysytem
I have had the privilege to drive taken away for life, in Missouri for DWI'S. The wreckage of my past is plain for all to see. The man who drank and drove no longer exists. What's left is a remorseful, recovering, Alcoholic.
I am currently confined to a wheelchair as well, without the privilege to drive, I am absolutely dependent upon all.
As well I live in Ohio, So Missouri is still in control of my life, even though I reside in Ohio. I have been sober since September 29th 2002. I am no longer a threat to the public.
3. Boycott Facebook to allow Message-ing on any Profile & fb page & for any user!
We the undersigned are asking Mark Zuckerberg to allow ANYONE to use messanging wether friend or not on Facebook!
4. Allow American Flatbread Patio/Outdoor Seating
The original Retail and Attraction Plan for the Zoso mixed use project called for, "support amenities, shopping opportunities and personal services to Zoso residents and to their Clarendon neighbors."
Specifically, the plan stated that the American Flatbread space would offer,"café style outdoor seating."
5. Allow "4 Men and a Little Lady's Frozen Treats" to operate in Farmville NC
4 Men and a Little Lady's Frozen Treats was established with the young and the young at heart in mind. What we are trying to establish is a means for the children and the transportation disabled to be able to enjoy the "old-fashioned" way of getting frozen treats from the local ice cream truck.
All safety precautions will be taken to make this a safe and exciting time for the kids in the neighborhood, and also give them something to look forward to every season.
6. No Tribal Water Industry on Fox Island
Currently, the Nisqually Tribe of Indians is seeking acquisition of the former site of the U.S. Navy research facility on Fox Island through a fed to federal agency transfer process. The Tribe has proposed to relocate its $2.9 Million per year commercial water industry business, Nisqually Aquatic Technologies (NAT), to Fox Island.
The Tribe intends to return the Navy's barge to the site, and conduct industrial operations from the waters surrounding Fox Island. NAT conducts commercial and industrial operations including geoduck harvesting training, commercial scuba diving, salvage, pipeline repair, and other water industrial operations.
Pierce County land use ordinances strictly prohibit water industry in a "Shoreline Conservancy" and “Rural 10” zoning. If allowed to be transferred, the Tribe has the option to have the Bureau of Indian Affairs place the property into trust status. This would allow the use of the property to be unaffected by state and local land use ordinances designed to protect our environment, community goals, lifestyle, and property values.
In 2005, Congressman Norm Dicks acquired $17 Million in federal funding to remove the Navy's operation from Fox Island. He did this because of the incompatible and inappropriate nature of an industrial operation in a residential neighborhood and because of the negative environmental effects the offshore structures had on our shoreline. The U.S. Government must not allow the return of another incompatible, inappropriate, and environmentally damaging industrial activity to Fox Island's residentially zoned community.
Some birth mothers and birth families report that having a closed adoption makes the grieving process more difficult because there is a lack of information on the child’s well-being.
Also, since there is no opportunity to communicate with the child about why you placed him or her for adoption, it may be easier for feelings of guilt to develop.
KEEP THE RED - GREEN. SEE THE PICTURE.
There is a beautiful greenbelt that runs through Lang Ranch and in 1992 it was dedicated to all the residence of Thousand Oaks as a restricted use easement with the right to prohibit construction.
For 17 years residence have enjoyed hiking along this naturally set hillside.
Case # 2009-70359 will allow an individual homeowner to build on this land for personal use. There is no upside for the taxpayers to allow this.
If this individual is allowed to do this it will open the floodgates for other homeowners to do the same.
With this petition we are letting the City of Thousand Oaks know that approving this case would be detrimental to public interest and would be a violation of the City of Thousand Oaks's fiduciary obligations.
Recently, Toastmasters International Board of Directors cancelled the right for District Regions to host Regional Conferences.
The Regional Conferences, just like District Conferences provides Toastmaster members the opportunity to learn, network and broaden the Toastmasters horizons at a very reasonable cost. The Regional Conference Team made up of the host District, provides all the support and efforts at no cost to the Toastmasters International Board of Directors. The Regional Conference, to the best of my knowledge, has not lost any money and therefore usually either breaks even, or makes money for the host District. The only cost that may be associated is the cost for an International Director to be present at the Conference, but this can be decided by the Regional Conference Team.
This decision should not be up to the ID Board, but should be a decision that is made at the Regional and District levels.
10. Allow the property at the southern end of Center Street, to be converted into a "Dog Park"
In an effort to provide a safe area for the many dogs (and their owners) in my neighborhood to run, walk and play, without the worry of being hit by a motor vehicle. There are no sidewalks in our neighborhood to walk you pet safely. The property at the southern end of Center Street has been vacant since the demolition of the First Aid building, many years ago.
Only until just recently, the property has been excavated and refilled with raw material which was dredged from one of the lagoons in Beach Haven West.
This property would be ideal for a "Dog Park"! Please consider this petition and the reasons surrounding it. Our communities safety is at risk!
11. Allow Temporary Inflatable Pools
According to Westshore Subdivisions original bylaws, it was stated that Above Ground Pools were not allowed. Above Ground Pools are permanant and year round pools. Up until this summer, many families in the subdivisions have had Temporary Inflatable Pools.
It was only until the past year that there have been a few complaints, thus changing the bylaws without a consensus or formal vote. As homeowners, we want to be able to enjoy summer family activities in our yards.
12. Allow on duty t-shirts for PRO Transport-1 employees
T-shirts are more comfortable, cooler, and easier to work in. If kept tucked in they can look professional.
13. Home Confinement for Rob LaPointe
On August 11,2007, Robert LaPointe from Medway, Massachusetts was involved in a boating accident on Long Lake in Harrison, Maine, resulting in 2 deaths. The circumstances of the accident were that the boat, black in color, containing the 2 people killed was moored at night and was proven during the trial that there were no working lights on the boat.
The jury did not convict Rob of the manslaughter or reckless conduct charges, but did believe that his blood alcohol content of .11 could have contributed to poor judgement. He was given the maximum sentence of 5 years, 3.5 to be served with 1.5 years of probation of which he has served 15 months. He has settled the civil suit with the families involved and delivered a sincere and heartfelt apology for this tragic accident.
14. Restore Riverhead School District before/aftercare Transportaion
After seven (7) years of providing before and aftercare transportaion for school age children residing in Wading River attending Riverhead Schools (Riley Ave) the Superintendent deemed the location of Kiddie Academy Wading River as out of District by 1 1/2 blocks.
The District failed to notify either parents who attended Kiddie Academy or Kiddie Academy of their decision until a new neighbor went to register their child for September busing with the district. We feel the district has not given us ample time to appeal to the district voters, nor the education commissioner to petition for this decision. The district still has not formally notified any parent whose child is affected. We wish to appeal to the district and the board for a hold on their to decision for the school year 2009/2010 to allow for such an appeal and or alternative care and or work schedule.
There is no monetary expense for the district to bus these children to this location as they have to pass the location to provided busing to their homes.
15. Keep Mrs. Linda Dysart Teaching
On May 11, 2009 Mrs. Linda Dysart's class was informed that she would not be returning as she was being let go. Holding back tears she explained to the class how all of her classes had been redistributed to other teachers or completely taken off the available classes. Classes like drama, speech, and psychology were all given to other teachers to instruct. Classes like creative writing were gotten rid of.
She also coached both flags and show choir; she herself has not been informed of what is to come of those and is not even sure if she will be allowed to continue coaching them. Linda Dysart is an exceptional teacher and lady. If she is let go so many people will be let down. All the students taking, or planning to take, her prior mentioned classes will not be able to experience what an amazing teacher she is. If let go students in drama, psychology, speech, flags, and show choir will all be let down as they will not have the teaching of Mrs. Linda Dysart behind them.
She is an exceptional role model for Delta High School students and is one of the best we've seen in communicating, sympathizing, and directing students.
For years now My husband has been fighting to see his son. His name was not put on the birth certificate as the father but yet he is still responsible to pay child support, and yet he is not allowed to see him. He has a court order to see him but the mother doesn't allow it. Yet she still wants the money.
The child does not know my husband is his father, he does not call him dad, nor does he want to come here. He calls another man dad. I believe that in a case like this why should we have to pay for a child we have nothing to do with?
17. Save the West Milford Parks and Recreation Pre-School
The West Milford Parks and Recreation Pre-School has been educating the young children of our township for over 25 years. However, the students, teachers and parents alike are worried that this will be their last year in their beloved school.
The West Milford Parks and Recreation Pre-School is a small, family oriented school that promotes not only the highest education available, but also a family friendly atmosphere for our children and their parents. Our children spend their days with devoted and loving teachers. These teachers have collectively dedicated over 50 years to educating our young children. Our teachers deserve job security and our children deserve the best that we can provide for them.
So, the families of students past, present and future have banded together to let the Township of West Milford know that we will not allow this to happen to our school. If the program must be moved to a new location, it must be one that is appropriate for our young children. One with opportunities for safe and structured play, both indoors and out.
Please sign this petition in order to keep the West Milford Parks and Recreation Pre-School open. Our children deserve the best academic and social education possible and that is found at the West Milford Parks and Recreation Pre-School.

Currently the State of Nevada is in a Educational Civil War and its Carson City VS the People. At the end of this academic school year the best school in the east region in the Clark County School District will have to cut teachers, deans, and counselors.
Yes the people who run the school to allow your children to have a respectable education. Las Vegas High School will be cut next year by 300,000 dollars in funding which means class sizes possibly doubling from our current levels.
Please fight against this lack of governmental logic.
Allow goats and chickens to be kept as pets, permitting they are not roosters. Goats and chickens are a great way to teach kids responsibility, respect, and love for animals. Goats are just like dogs they can be walked and played with and are very loving and gentle.
Goats are less noisy than dogs I know from experience, and cleaner too. Pigs are already accepted in La mesa as pets. Goats and chickens used to be permitted in my neighborhood until it was annexed into the city.
Our chickens are quiet and provide eggs for our family. People should be able to keep a reasonable amount of animals on their private property as long as noise levels are kept within reason and are not a nuisance.
20. Conjugal Visits for all Federal Inmates who are married
At the moment only 5 states allow conjugal visits. It is cruel and unusual punishment to keep a union apart from touch. It would allow for inmates to still be given human rights.
It would allow for the spouse to be receiving warmth and compassion from touch from her mate through "tough times" and through the rehabilitation process.
This law should be passed for the rights of our citizens of our country.
21. No To Building Laundry Mat in a Residential Area
Over the past 6 years, we have lived in a calm and peaceful residential area. Many of our neighbors have made wonderful changes to their homes which has made our community here around Bissell Street seem more lively and friendly. Most importantly violence free. We live in a residential area.
Lets get together and keep it that way. Lets not allow anyone come build a laundry mat which will change it all for many of us. Some of our neighbors would be forced to move if we allow this to happen, our street will not longer be a residential area. We would be exposing ourselves to losing the safety of our community.
22. Fighting For Public Justice & Common Sense
After hearing about the death of Mr. Gary Newlove, and the fact we ourselves are fighting the youths. That are allowed to run amok and cause fear, and dismay. These young people are constantly getting away with crime, violence and anti social behaviour and murder on a daily basis.
WHY are they being allowed to run around the country do as they please?
It is because the out of touch Judges and Magistrates and the Courts and ineffective and useless MP's and City Councillors and other "Do Gooders" who instead of helping the victims of crime.
See it more important to protect the rights of the scumbags and little toe rags who terrorise our streets and neighbourhoods around the UK.
23. Allow Volunteers in the Town of Hempstead Animal Shelter
The Town of Hempstead Animal Shelter is a large kill shelter, with over 100 dogs and cats. The overcrowding causes many otherwise adoptable dogs to be killed to make space. This is inhumane and totally unacceptable and changes must be made.
Successful shelters allow volunteers; it is a proven fact. Volunteers help socialize shelter pets and become their advocate for adoption.
Long Islanders care about our shelter pets, and we want to help change this shelter into a no-kill shelter. One of the best ways to accomplish this is to allow caring volunteers to help in the mission of adoption - not euthanasia.
Euthanasia is only appropriate when it is in the best interest of an animal who is terminally ill and in pain, or has been so badly abused has become dangerous and cannot be rehabilitated.
24. Allow Appropriate Touch in Paulding County Schools
Several middle and high schools in Paulding County are disciplining children for sharing appropriate touches with each other, touches like holding hands and hugging. Touching is natural and necessary for life. Well-adjusted children touch each other.
Touch is an accepted expression of friendship and acceptance in our Western society. The school system does not have the right to enforce a no-touch rule if the same touches it seeks to prohibit are readily accepted in mainstream society.
25. Please allow teams to hit our own ASA Approved Softballs
After careful study, research, and consideration, many of the players in the local league have come to the conclusion that teams should be allowed to hit their own ASA approved softballs in league games.
Since 2004, participation has steadily decreased each season. We believe that has mainly become such because of the quality of equipment ASA has required for their sanction, particularly the game ball. Scores, batting averages, and the overall quality of the game itself has become such that individuals and teams have started going elsewhere to play their ball games.
Though, the ASA rules state we must used ASA approved bats, we feel as though the Recreation Department has not done an adequate job of properly maintaining the softballs and the quality of the product has not been satisfactory to many of the teams and players in the league. If allowed to hit the softball of our choosing, the teams will conceed to a home run limit, consisting of either 8 or 5 home runs per game.
For teams that are not as financially gainful as others, they would be allowed to purchase softballs directly from the Office of the Athletic Director. We feel this change is very necessary for the continue existance and prosperity of the league.
26. Save the Camden Market traders
On 14th July 2007 a large number of Stables Market traders were given just over 6 weeks notice to vacate their shops.
This was a formal and official eviction made in writing by the Stables Market Management.
27. Allow students to wear hats during school hours
A petition to allow students to wear hats during school hours.
28. Stop Bill 880
Bill 880 is a bill that will allow slaughter of kangaroo's and other animals for sale of their skin!
That was outlawed in 1970.
29. Penalties for Uninsured Motorists in Arkansas
In my driving history, I have been involved in two wrecks. Both of which the at fault driver did not have insurance. I feel that if the State of Arkansas would have a stricter law against driving without insurance, people would not have to pay for others mistakes.
In Oklahoma City, State Senator Patrick Anderson has a proposal pending in the state Senate which would allow authorities to seize the vehicles of motorists who fail to show proof of liability insurance during a traffic stop. I think this is what Arkansas needs to keep our roads safe and to prevent accidents involving uninsured motorists.
This is a petition of unit owners at the Bayside Condominium at Danversport Massachusetts to the elected Trustees of the Home Owners Association to allow small pets, cats and dogs.
