The game's story, Soundtrack and concept was a great success amongst Sonic gamers and casual gamers alike.

But sadly, the game had a few bugs, which made the game hated by hardcore gamers, and made fun out of it.

The story has ended in the first game, but we know, there IS a way to make the storyline continue.

This Amazingly amusing movie made over $9mil when it opened in theaters in 1996. This is a petition to re-make "Mars Attacks!" with todays special effects. However as fans of the movie it is requested that all the original actors (Jack Nicholson, Glenn Close,Annette Bening,Pierce Brosnan,Danny DeVito,Sarah Jessica Parker, Michael J. Fox, Lukas Haas, Natalie Portman, Jack Black, Christina Applegate) be used in the remake and that the storyline be preserved.

Tim Burton is an amazing producer but this movie has a lot more potential now with better effects and a larger audience we know Tim Burton can deliver a proper re-make.

My name is Ephraim Ntlamo, 18-year old Zimbabwean. I’m the founder of the Refugee VI foundation a project with a mission to create a community among young unaccompanied refugee children living in South- Africa (www.refugee6foundation.org).

I will be embarking on a walk from Cape-Town to Pretoria campaigning for a peaceful, free and fear elections 2012 in Zimbabwe. On the mission that will take us months of walking, I shall be accompanied by Mr. Kachinga Nsanile (25) a Zambian national whose wish is to see Zimbabwe hold a peaceful and credible election without bloodshed. He believe that Zimbabweans should be inspired by his country which held free and fair non violent polls this year and hope Zimbabwe will follow in the footsteps.

The Cape-Town to Pretoria walk will be dedicated to all Zimbabweans who have lost their lives, injured due to political violence that swept the nation, before, during and after the 2008 elections. We hope that with the message we shall carry along on this journey to Pretoria, the throw back to the 2008 polls that were marked by killings, horrendous injuries, electoral fraud, manipulation and selective application of the law in favour of individuals or political party shouldn’t be tolerated in 2012. Our walk therefore pledges to all Zimbabweans to be tolerant, respectful and maintain peace despite their political differences because nothing is of value as precious life.

The campaign will resume on the 18th of November 2011 (12pm) at Cape-Town stadium to 23 January 2012. We chosen the Cape-Town stadium as our start up point because the site is inspirational, some doubted the stadium would meet the deadline and host the World Cup games, yet it did therefore in our view the stadium landmark is of hope that any situation can be made possible, provided people work together as one. If so free, fair and peaceful elections are possible in Zimbabwe. We pledge to the Southern-African community to voice their message in solidarity with political reforms in Zimbabwe.

During the 1456km campaign we aim to get a million people sign the petition supporting a free and fair election 2012 that will comply with SADC facilitated election road map. Half a million of petition collected shall be delivered at the office of president Jacob Zuma, the chief mediator and facilitator for the Zimbabwe crisis. The other half a million shall be delivered at the Angolan embassy which chairs SADC’s regional politics, defense and security.

On the petition we demands the following be addressed:
We call upon all political parties in Zimbabwe to be tolerate, work towards peace and respect the rights of its citizens before, during and after the election 2012.
We call for a free, fair and peaceful election 2012, where by voters will be able to choose the leader of their choice without fear or being intimidated.
We call upon Zimbabwe’s security forces, military, police and intelligence services to stop the persistent arbitrary arrest of political activists and journalists in the work of violation of individual human rights.
We call upon President Jacob Zuma the chief mediator and facilitator of the Zimbabwean crisis together with SADC to take necessary urgent steps to ensure the political environment in Zimbabwe allows for a peaceful, transparent and credible election in 2012 and beyond.

We call upon SADC, the African Union (AU) to urgently deploy peacekeepers and monitors to keep spotlight on Zimbabwe and prevent state sponsored violence; Zimbabwe lack an independent and professional police force to maintain law and order without applying selective law that favour individuals or individual political party.

Why should be people behind us and sign the petition
Zimbabwe’s political crisis has the potential to divide the region therefore disturb regional development and bring instability to the whole region.

Because of Zimbabwe’s economic woes, Zimbabweans young and old cross the borders to neighboring countries mostly as illegal immigrants putting the concerned governments under immense budget pressure leading to budget defects.

Zimbabwe’s economic meltdown has triggered the raise in xenophobia, racism and ethnic divisions.
Because of the economic problem that Zimbabwe is currently, security departments such as the police have been resource less, giving organized crime syndicates an advantage.

Young people desperate for jobs and a better life have become an easy prey for human traffickers, a serious security problem for the entire region and making it difficulty combating the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
Zimbabwe’s problem is our problem all; therefore, there is a need that we all become part of the solution.

NZers are being forced to have smart meters installed without consultation or choice, in total disregard for what they believe are their human rights:

* to protect themselves and their family from hazards to health and safety;
* to choose what is installed in their homes;
* to protect their economic interests;
* to protect their privacy;
* to have access to adequate information to enable the right to making informed choices according to individual wishes and needs.

There are many concerns regarding smart meters including;

* health issues, including radiation;
* additional cost on households,
* the additional costs of time of use tariffs would impose on households;
* the accuracy of smart meters and the inability of households to check energy consumption levels;
* that installers of smart meters may not be appropriately qualified;
* individuals making it known that they did not want a smart meter installed at their property, or wanted their meter removed being totally disregarded
* problems with wiring, the possibility of fires developing and the loss of appliances following installation and consumers rights for replacement of their assets and appliances
* insurance concerns
* privacy of data collected and concerns over hacking of the system to name the main concerns.

There is no law or regulation for volunteers in New South Wales to refer to for assistance when they find that they are not being treated fairly by the management of a charity or not-for-profit organisation, or if they are not able to convince management to review its staff management practices. Some organisations have appropriate grievance policies that provide for complaints to be dealt with by independent mediation and arbitration, but such policies are not compulsory

Many volunteers find that they are bullied and their rights not protected. They have no right to seek help from the Privacy Commissioner, the Ombudsman, or the NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC). The Department of Fair Trading has jurisdiction over many charities under the Associations Act, but can only act if there is a breach of the Act. The Department has no power to intervene if there are breaches of the Constitution, Code of Conduct or grievance policies. Some charities take advantage of this lack of government power, knowing that the Government cannot intervene. This causes many volunteer workers to end up as involuntary unemployed.

Volunteer work is still work. Workers that receive wages have options when they are unfairly treated by bosses, but volunteer workers can't do anything about their employers. We call on government to protect all those dedicated volunteer workers who give their time, energy, and money in service to others.

Neither the federal Environmental Protection Agency, nor the New York Department of Environmental Conservation has stepped forward to protect the people from the plundering of our resources, poisoning our water, crowding and damaging our roads, ruining our beautiful landscapes, threatening our agriculture and tourism caused by industrialized gas extraction.

Can our local government step in and fill the gap? Yes! It is quite clear, (Black Letter Law), that a Town Board has the ability to prohibit land use it does not feel is compatible with the wishes, safety, and economic well-being of its constituents.

Many communities across the state have now banned gas drilling.We propose that the Town Board of Vestal, New York enact a total ban on industrialized natural gas extraction (hydrofracking).

Hadi Abedi Bakhoda is a political prisoner of the 1980s on charges of supporting the main Iranian opposition People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK). He was tortured and shot by the Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), when arrested.

His spinal cord was damaged in such a way that he now cannot walk and is in a wheelchair since the incident. The shooting also damaged other organs including his kidneys and his bladder that had failed totally. Since then, he suffers from debilitating physical complications as a result of his injuries. Abedi Bakhoda's wife and Mehri Javan Mahjub (a former prisoner) were arrested and sent to Lakan Prison. His brother, Hormoz, was executed by the Iranian regime on similar charges.

Branch One of the Revolutionary Court condemned Hadi Abedi-Bakhoda for two years imprisonment in 2009 (he then was transferred to the Lakan prison in Rasht in Nov 2009) even if he was not capable of imprisonment due because of his severe physical infirmities. The coroner's office, prison clinic and other health institutes confirmed this fact at the time and also demanded his release but the Intelligence Ministry and the Revolutionary Court have never paid attention to his conditions, therefore, he was transferred to prison.

Hadi Abedi-Bakhoda is sent to hospital only when his conditions become very critical, but ultimately because of his fragile health, they are forced to give him sick-leave.

According to Human Rights Activists in Iran, on Monday May 23, 2011, the Revolutionary Court of Rasht (Branch One) summoned Hadi Abedi-Bakhoda to notify him that the lash ruling against him would have been carried out despite his health conditions (his bladder was not functioning properly and he was suffering from a severe kidney disorder) and did not even consider the fact that he was in a wheelchair: he then received 51 lashes for the alleged crime of not reporting to the Lakan prison in Rasht on time when he was hospitalized during a sick-leave.

Hey all,

We are a group of ANU university students, and as a born and bred Canberran, I’ve always had trouble with the Action Bus system. I have a hard time finding out where the stops are, the bus website is really hard to use on the go, and judging from the posts already made regarding this, I decided to go ahead and implement a mobile application for Action.

Our ideas so far involve a live-bus positioning so that you know where the bus is along its route, telling you the closest bus stop along with the times, scheduling a trip, alarms and anything people can suggest.

We developed a prototype with dummy data, and met up with Action to show them our work so far, and to try and get the data needed to get it working perfectly and accurately.

We were unfortunately told that while Action already has all the compiled Google Transit Feed data, they cannot provide us with anything due to the politics and bureaucracy involved

We want to develop our application for Android, iPhone, and even Blackberries, but we cant until we get the data and Action’s help.

As you may know, Total Nonstop Action Wrestling were in talks with Paul Heyman over joining the company, however he refuses to sign unless he was given full control over the company, something TNA President Dixie Carter does not want to do. Dixie had hinted to his arrival as a surprise at a few pay-per-views but no deal was made.

We believe that the current situation with TNA is unacceptable and drastic measures have to be taken and we believe that with Paul Heyman running TNA, things will change for the better. When Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff signed with the company, they made controversal changes to the product, brought in all of his friends from the failed Hulkamania tour as well as Bubba the Love Sponge, who was later fired from TNA after issues with Awesome Kong, who also ended up leaving the company.

Under Hogan and Bischoff in TNA, we have seen the dismantling of the X Division and the Knockouts Division where talent were being fired and replaced with ones who couldn't wrestle, more former WWE talent who were immediately pushed to the main event scene while TNA Originals were having to take a seat in the back, more talent over the age of 40, a bloated roster of 70 with barely any TV time to accomodate most, Hulk Hogan wrestling when he shouldn't be, horrible storylines by Vince Russo – one of them involved somebody receiving Hulk Hogan's WWE Hall of Fame Ring and becoming all powerful, poor quality TV shows and ratings and a failed move to Monday nights, notable things being Rob Van Dam getting the TNA World Heavyweight title and receiving a 0.5 rating. Also, the majority of PPVs are having to take place in the Impact Zone in Universal Studios rather than being on the road. Only 2 PPVs are on the road this year and one of them is taking place in the Ocean Center, home to the formation of the New World Order and Jeff Jarrett lying down for Hulk Hogan. The No Surrender PPV which takes place at the Impact Zone in September will have two main events that are solely focused on former WWE talent, which isn't good at all.

Hogan and Bischoff in TNA are killing the product and somebody has to take over and save the company from going under and we think that Heyman is that person to do it. We want to see TNA in with younger talent being pushed and good quality programming, not WCW 2010 or WWE-lite.

Paul Heyman has made his opinions vocal regarding TNA. He is not interested in just being involved in Creative, he requires full control of the product and that older talent over the age of 40 would either be fired or not pushed at all. Dixie Carter thinks that those are not good ideas and she is happy with how the company is right now, regardless of it being of poor quality. She constantly defends and protects Vince Russo, Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff when they shouldn't be in the company at all. From what we know, Hogan and Bischoff have 2 year contracts but these need to be terminated as soon as possible due to how they have been involved in the company so far.

Dixie Carter must do something and that is by giving Paul Heyman full control of the company for a better direction, rather than having to revisit the 90's all the time.

WHEREAS, the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) has released a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) supporting the proposed fee-to-trust conveyance of certain real property owned by the Cayuga Indian Nation (CIN) and located in Cayuga and Seneca Counties in the State of New York; and

WHEREAS, the DEIS acknowledges that the property in question is on "ancestral land" and therefore net en a current reservation, thus the CIN application is being treated improperly as an "on reservation" rather than an "off-reservation" application; and

WHEREAS, the DEIS concludes erroneously that there would be no signiflcant environmental impact if the approximately 125+ subject acres owned by the CIN were taken into federal trust for the use and benefit of the CIN because it fails to address, analyze and consider mitigation of significant negative impacts that will result from such action; and

WHEREAS, taking the subject land into trust weuld render it sovereign territory and therefore exempt from lecal property taxes, special district charges and other fees, thus reducing the revenue of relevant counties, tewns, villages, and schoel, fire, water, and sewer districts; and

WHEREAS, despite the fact that the stated purpose of the CIN application is to foster activities that will result in economic growth for the Nation, the DEIS nevertheless contends incredulously that the CIN has "no plans for further development .on the properties subject te the proposed action;" and

WHEREAS, the DEIS fails to take into consideration the fact that the CIN already owns same 765 additional acres in the Counties and intends to buy mere with the intent of making future trust applications, and allegedly intends to acquire up to 64,015 such acres of ancestral land that the Nation contends would thereby become eligible for trust status;

My friend was 18 years old when he signed his first of two 14.95% interest student loan with Sallie Mae. He had never worked a full-time job in his life prior to his signature with Sallie Mae and at best could be described as a naive and optimistic college student. Sallie Mae could be described as giving a sub-prime loan to a student with no credit history. His principal balance after college came to $17,000.

So far he has paid Sallie Mae around $5,000. However, he owes $20,000 now as $3,000 more has accrued on his principal. Can someone tell me what is wrong with this scenario?

There are more people like him who have even higher balances on their loans. Student loans with Sallie Mae have become a type of indentured servitude. It is a trap! Where our young people should be working jobs they enjoy and saving money for a house, or to start a family, they are forced to pay back this greedy student loan lender.

Last season a new initative was started by the SFA in relation to introducing video evidence. If Gordon Smith and the SFA are serious in wanting to clean up the game in relation to simulation or career threatening challenges, as they have indeed indicated. Then they need to be consistent in their actions.

The connection between meat consumption or animal agriculture & environmental pollution is scientifically proven time and time again. What we eat impacts our health and the health of the environment.

According to a 2006 report by the United Nation's Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), entitled Livestock's Long Shadow: it stated that livestock production is responsible for 18 percent of all greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions which is more than all the cars, trains and planes combined.

Due to the impact that meat has on the environment, we need to reduce our consumption of this carbon intensive product as an effective solution to the climate change crisis. This petition calls for Thai Government to take action now that will show Thailand’s commitment to tackling Climate Change.

We urge the government to promote every Monday as a day when the citizens of Thailand will abstain from meat products in an effort to protect the environment and halt global warming.

We call on everyone’s support in expressing to Thai Government the need for Thailand to adopt and promote a meat free Monday.

This delivery system comes with at massive environmental cost. Not only with the printing and paper used but with the distribution to every home and business.

How many of use just pick them up and put them straight in the bin? or save them and never use them.

With Global Warming being such a huge problem its time to stop this system of waste. We need to create an 'op-in' delivery program. This is we the printed versions are only delivered upon request therefore eliminating pointless waste.

Homes and businesses in Maida Hill / Maida Vale were flooded yet again in July 09 - the most recent of several floods. We believe this is due to inadequate drainage, and sewer capacity that can't handle even short bursts of heavy rain. It cannot be allowed to happen again.

THE PETITION IS PART OF THE MAIDA FLOOD ACTION CAMPAIGN. THIS APPROACH HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL BEFORE; The Kensal Green area flooded in 2007 has had action taken by Thames Water to address the problem.

The Max Payne license has been built around a dark captivating universe inspired by “noir” movies with tortured heros. For example the hero Max Payne is inspired by Humphrey Bogart.

The success of the Max Payne game is based on it’s originality. The game was able to propose an original universe and a captivating gameplay (bullet time).

Rockstar Vancouver studio is destroying the Max Payne license and convert it into a classic action game. We have now a classic bald and muscular hero directly imported from Die Hard 4. The scene takes place in San Andreas… hum Sao Polo.

The hero who was full of personality and hypnotizing dark has lost all his charisma. Now it’s just another gunslinger action hero.

The combat system loses its originality through the cover system present in all action games today.

As fans for the first hour we must do something to change all of this…

We were promised properly resourced quality nursing/midwifery services
- Public Sector nurses and midwives across metropolitan South Australia are taking action because the State Government has failed to deliver on its promise to support positive and resourced quality nursing and midwifery services.

It’s about time that these resources are delivered
- A promise was made, in February 2007, to provide more nursing and midwifery staff for direct clinical care so that other nursing and midwifery staff (including Level 2 and 3) could spend time performing activities that have an important impact on patients.
- Since this time, we have repeatedly requested that the resources be provided.
- To date, we have not been provided with a response or timeframe.

It’s the time we need to provide quality patient careThe failure to resource quality nursing/midwifery services has a negative impact on patient care. Failure to meet the promise means that less time is available for important work including:
- Quality improvement
- Infection control
- Rostering (ensuring adequate and appropriate staff on shift)
- Clinical teaching supervision / support of new staff
- Professional / knowledge development and resources
- Co-ordination management and planning.

We have exhausted all other options to make the State Government deliver
- Because we have not received a response, we are taking action so that the State Government will provide us with the resources we need to provide quality nursing/midwifery services.
- We regret that we have been forced to take action, but we are taking action because of our commitment to the community and your health needs.
- We ask for your patience and support in our campaign – this is a campaign to ensure the community gets quality nursing/midwifery services and that’s why ‘It’s About Time’.
