Each state and territory in Australia has different laws for Cyber-bullying. We need one Commonwealth law that cover all State and territory In Australia. we need bullies to paid for there actions they do online and may be then. They will thing twice about do it again.
1 Intentional Infliction of Mental Harm
2 Stalking
3 Invasion of Privacy
4 Defamation
We as online user have a Duty of care to stop people from be bully.
It time to make cyber bullies paid for there action.
