Petition Background (Preamble):
My neopets account (Which had 160,000 np, tons of trophies, and 10 pirate paintbrushes that I was selling for VERY cheap) got banned for "chain mailing".
I was only having a conversation with my friend! that is NOT a reason to be banned. I hope this gets the neopets team to change their minds.

Anyone signing this petition is someone that wants my account - and the hundreds of others - that got banned for almost no apparent reason, to be unfrozen.
