The Ministry of Labour currently does not expressively provide clear written consequences regarding job discrimination on the basis of skin color, economic status, or birthplace.

We, the undersigned, petition the Thai Ministry of Labour to ratify and pass the equal employment legislation and strictly enforce such laws to stop discrimination in the workforce.
