15 South School Street in Ashburnham has been vacant for many years and is a danger and an eyesore to the community. The building is rotting and collapsing with a large amount of debris outside. Children have taken to vandalizing the property and often park next to it to engage in foul play.
This is located next to one of the top youth baseball fields in the community. This street also serves as a popular walking area.
This property greatly decreases the value of South School Street, the neighboring community and the town as a whole.

Petition:
We, the undersigned wish for the dwelling on 15 S. School Street to be torn down and the property cleaned up.
This action would increase the value of the street, offer a more appropriate location for our town youth baseball teams and remove the temptation for vandalism and risk of fire.
