Petition Background (Preamble):
As Master Plumbers in the City of Binghamton, we find the City of Oneonta's failure to adhere to the requirements of the Reciprocal Licensing Agreement to be an issue of health and safety.
Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on the City of Binghamton to suspend the reciprocal plumbing agreement with Oneonta until such time as the testing in Oneonta is determined to be at least equal to or more stringent than the City of Binghamton.
