We are being forced to leave 67 Shuter St., Toronto, Ont., a PRIVATE parking lot due to an obscure and outdated By-law that states that refreshment vehicles cannot park or operate out of a parking lot--public or private.
This was told to us by MLS several months AFTER paying for and receiving for ALL necessary permits/Licences to operate at said location.

We, the undersigned, request an amendment be made to by-law TMC Code 545-269G to ALLOW Refreshment Vehicles to park and operate on PRIVATELY OWNED parking lots zoned for restaurant use.
