This petition is to forbid any employer, agency, or charitable organization to require or request documentation that would enable it to secure information that would reveal -or lead to or contain information as a means to getting - the age of a potential employee (or applicant of any job) prior to actual offer of employment.
No Human Resources of Federal or State funded institutions would be included under penalty of law.
I hereby support the conditons described above in regards to employment as stated above. Stop employer age discrimination in the USA.
