Save the post of Specialist Teacher for Gifted and Talented Outreach

Recently my mum has been told that her job is to be
disestablished due to the spending cuts that have been
decided by the coalition government. Lincolnshire County
Council no longer feels that her job is essential, however,
being on the gifted and talented register myself, I
obviously disagree strongly with their proposal and feel that
this post is greatly needed to encourage more able
students to strive and achieve their full potential. I am not
alone when I say that without this job many pupils will be
severely disadvantaged.
