Skateboard park for Heartland Crossing

Petition Background (Preamble):
Here in Heartland Crossing, we have several children wanting a place to go skateboarding. We have plenty of land here and no place for our children to go skateboarding.
Our children needs a safe place where they are allow to have a good time in a safe envirorment. Our Children have been threaten by the police to stop skating at both the park as well as on the street.
They are being told that, they will loose there skateboards if they are caught skating anyplace other than there driveway's. Something needs to be done.
These are good children wanting to express themselves and aren't able to do so.
