Save the disability degree at RMIT!

We represent the students of the Bachelor of Applied Science (Disability) and Bachelor of Education/Disability university courses at RMIT University.
We, the current students of the disability studies degree and the disability/education double degree, are a community of dedicated and passionate industry professionals we support continued commitment to the ideals of social inclusion, educational excellence, empowerment and human rights of people with disabilities. We will achieve these outcomes through social and political advocacy, evidence based practice, personal and professional development and a desire to encourage a society based on tolerance of diversity.
Show your support for our movement. We want anyone who has an interest in inclusion for all to sign up their interest so that we can take this further and fight for our university course.
We, the undersigned, implore the University and the Vice-chancellor Margaret Gardner, to reconsider the decision to close the Bachelor of Applied Science (Disability) and the Bachelor of Education/Disability programs as of 2012.
