Background (Preamble):
Brimbank Council is run by external forces and individuals who are controlling a ruling faction of councillors. The ruling faction is misusing ratepayers' money to do its political bidding and acting against any individual, group, club or organisation that opposes it.
Brimbank Council has been reduced to a group of party-political factional warlords who are treating the residents and ratepayers of Brimbank with contempt.
Conflicts of interest among sitting councillors are rife and public money is allegedly misused, misdirected and misappropriated to ensure that the personal and political interests of the ruling bloc are maintained at the expense of Brimbank Residents and Ratepayers.
UPDATE: The Victorian Ombudsman has found council to be dysfunctional and suffering from political interference. The Ombudsman's scathing report is further evidence that Brimbank Council should be sacked immediately. http://SackBrimbankCouncil.com
