Rinny says no to animal abuse

We, the undersigned, call on the UN to make a longer sentences for people murder, abuse, torture animals.

If a human was murdered by another human that person would get life or sent to death. If a human harms or beats an animal they get one year in jail or can pay bail. e.g. in new york AG&M § 350 et seq.**
General cruelty, Misdemeanor, $1,000, 1 year.

This isn't right! Animals have the same rights as us. We are all animals.
