Stop funding to train Vietnamese judges whom they have been act as world criminal judges that they would send all Vietnamese bloggers, priests, rev., high monks to the prison when these Vietnamese demand for freedom of speech, freedom of belief, as Viet Khang, Nguyen Van Ly, Thich Quang Do etc.
As a Canadian Taxpayer ask Mr. Harper stop funding to Viet Nam, now.
