We the people of Summerlin subdivision request the building of a playground for our children. The playground would benefit all involved.
Not only would it raise property values, but it would also encourage other families to make Summerlin their community of choice.
The HOA for Summerlin would be responsible for insurance and upkeep. Thank You for your consideration.
