Our Government Representatives Should Not Give Themselves Raises

We the American citizens declare that there is a two term limit for all government offices.

We set a salary cap for the President at $50,000.00. We set a salary cap for all other congress persons and/or government representatives at $45,000.00.
This salary cap is to be tied directly to the minimum wage law and can not be raised independently of minimum wages.

The only way our government representatives can raise their salaries is if that proposition is put on the ballet at the time of the Presidential Elections so that all citizens can vote on this matter. There is to be no special insurance provided for our congress people that is not also available for the American people. There is to be no special retirement plans for our congress people. Their Social Security is to be figured just like the American people's retirement is figured.

Our government representatives may not find employment with any lobbying company or major company that has had a history of lobbying our government for 10 years after leaving the service of our government.
