Background (Preamble):
After a two year trial period, Woollahra Council approved to keep the existing restrictions on the access of dogs to RHW Park, Paddington. These are fair restictions and allow for the park to be shared by all.
A petition has been circulating asking that nearly one half of the park be off-limits to dogs at all times. Considering that the RHW Park is so small, it is a preposterous proposal.
Please support our petition that asks Woollahra Council to keep the status quo.

We, the undersigned, ask that Woolahra Council, keep the existing restrictions to off leash access for dogs at RHW Park, Paddington, and not erect signs to ban dogs from nearly one half of the park.
