Release Mohammad Rashid Hedayati

Mohammad Rashid Hedayati an Iranian Student Activist, was arrested by the Iranian secret services, when he left the university on Tuesday 22/11/2011. He was beaten up brutally at the point of arrest, and taken to an unknown location. His family were have spoken to him only once and are not aware of his whereabouts.

According to the Human rights article 19, Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression,but, Mohammed was simply arrested because he expressed his political opinions publicly.

Iran has signed and ratified The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), in which the pretrial detention is restricted and all the parties are required to recognize the right to liberty and security of a person, stated in article 9.

Hereby, we request the amnesty international and human rights watch dog to order the immediate release of Mohammad rashid hedayati.

محمد رشید هدایتی‌ از فعالین دانشجوی دانشگاه آزاد اصفهان بعداز ظهر روز ۳ شنبه اول آذر ماه امسال هنگامی که از دانشگاه در حال بازگشت به منزل بود، توسط ماموران وزارت اطلاعات بازداشت و به محلی نه معلوم منتقل شد. طبقه ماده ۱۹ اعلامیه جهانی‌ حقوق بشر نقل شده: هر فردی حق آزادی بیان و عقیده دارد و همچنین طبقه بند ۱ ماده ۹ میثاق بین‌المللی حقوق معدنی و سیاسی نقل شده: هر کس حق آزادی و امنیت شخصی‌ دارد، و هیچ کس را نمی‌توان خودسرانه دستگیر یا بازداشت کرد.
به همین خاطر ما ایرانیان مدافع حقوق بشر از سازمان‌های حقوق بشر خواستار پیگیری آزادی محمد رشید هدایتی‌ می‌‌باشیم
